On a sunny morning, Jihan is busy preparing breakfast to help her daughter Jalwa, who is now in college. "Good morning Mother." Two handsome sons approached and kissed his mother on the cheek. "Boye. Let's sit down for breakfast." They nodded then sat down at their respective places. "For my dear grandfather." Jaffan and Juma. "Pretty good-looking." Replied Papa with a smile. "Morning of the Deck." Riza hugged his wife and kissed those smooth cheeks. He's no longer young and he's getting spoiled for Jihan. Now Riza's rivals are reduced because Mark and Jaafar are happy with their respective small families. They often visit while taking their son. Mark's two sons are 2 and 1 years old while Jaafar's son is 3 years old.
"Pa. Papa doesn't have to go to the plantation. Papa's at home." Jihan replied with a nod. "It's not what Pa. Papa is getting older. Lots of rest at home. If you want to walk later, Jihan befriend." Further. "Yes Dear. Papa understands." Answer with a smile. Jihan was so considerate of him. Even though the biological child himself never visited after many years. "Jaffan you will take Juma with you. I'm gonna drop by the shophouse." Riza said in response to the nod. "Ep...Mother. Later Jalwa has a promise with friends. It's late afternoon, okay?" Ask for permission. "Can. Keep association. Remember. Men and women have limits." That's what Jihan always tells her children. "Yes, Mother." Answer them.
Everything had already departed but Riza still had not moved from the seat where she was sitting. "But not yet gone why?" The woman asked while cleaning the dirty dishes aided by Auntie. "Later on Deck. Still have intentions." He said while hugging the waist of the beautiful woman. "Auntie." Call Riza. "Yes, ustadz." The answer. "I'm the same wife looks very different age far huh Bi?" Ask. Jihan sighed. Her husband always asks her the same thing. "Honestly. Yes, yes, ustadz. It looks so far away. Sorry yes." Aunt said goodbye to leave. "That's Deck. I'm old." His complaint. "Human names must be getting older. It is so nature." Said Jihan stroking her husband's head gently. " Now leave. Don't lazy. Let's take you." Said Jihan peeping at her husband's forehead. The man looked up with a smile and stood up. Riza cupped the wife's face and kissed the tiny lips greedily.
During the day Jaffan and his sister arrived home. "Assalamualaik." Her speech. "Getishalight." Replied Jihan who was chatting with her papa. "You're home." Jihan said as her two handsome sons kissed her hands with Papa alternately. "Yes, Mom." Jaffan and Juma answered sitting next to their mother. "Where did your sister play?" Ask Jihan. "No Ma'am. Jalwa didn't say. At most he bought a book with a classmate." The woman nodded at her son's answer.
"Where are you going?" Riza's question saw his wife coming out of the house with her two sons. "Juma asks satay." Answer Jihan. "Guman a minute. We go first."The woman kissed her husband's hand. "Hm. Don't take long." Said Riza peeping at the wife.
Riza looked at his wife. The pampit was just buying satay. Why now a table full of food. "So he just bought satay." The man said. "Sorry Mas. The others look good. So be keen on." Reply Jihan with a smile. "God. Where did you go?" Ask to distract the husband. "To the same bookstore, friend Ma'am. Buy comics." He answered while taking one skewer and eating it. "Jumas. Eat while sitting properly. Daritadi nempel mulu same mother." Tegur Riza's. "I'm Dad's youngest son. Must keep sticking." The answer. "Who Words? Your two brothers are the same. Huh." Complain Riza. "Later if you have a sister Juma is not the youngest child again." Jihan said instantly got a fight. "Everybody doesn't agree you have another child." The word Jaffan represents everything. "Why? Let's add rame." Everything squinted. "It's my mother's rame. I want a rame how else?" Ask Jalwa. "It has. Don't pout that way. Instead of adding more children mending plus eating." Said Riza feeding his wife. "Mother if you have another child later Juma will not be the youngest. Juma doesn't want Juma's position to be shifted." He lays his head on Jihan's thigh. "You are that." Jihan's words pulling her son's nose made Juma laugh.
Can it be over yet....?
