Mrs Ramindra finally decided to call the family doctor who came to their house to check on the state of the Son, and the severity of Akram evict everyone in the room when a man in glasses, checking his health condition. Doctors were forced to close the door after Akram had the bespectacled man do his orders before being examined because he reasoned it was inappropriate when someone else saw him.

“I suspect that you actually did not experience anything, aka not sick at all, what is my guess wrong, sir?” the doctor named Raihan smiled with a slight raise of one eye eyebrow, feeling suspicious since his feet stepped into the room of the famous arrogant man all this time.

Who would believe, if an Akram suddenly got sick, because of the knowledge of a doctor Raihan, he said, the man who was notoriously arrogant and cold to anyone who came into contact with him outside the house, could not have easily experienced sudden illness.

“Close your mouth and don't twitter much like a stone magpie! Dr. Raihan grew increasingly laughing because the man knew that Akram's room had a soundproof bulkhead that no one else could hear from outside the room.

“Hahaha, you say I am an old man when you look old because you are far below me but have become a widower hahaha!” Doctor Raihan even more tempting Akram because in his eyes this patient is so very annoying and feels very funny because he does not know what the use of a piece of koyo chili but can be affixed to the second templet.

The man could only shake his head, feeling that an Akram was so very sorry for apparently doing all this charade just to take the Sympathy from someone named Adinda.

“So the name of the girl you were staring at earlier when I entered this room ... named Adinda?” the doctor raised his eyebrows again.

“His face is very pretty. Are you sure that he's interested in a cocky guy like you? Especially to do a big lie by pretending to be sick, all of you pretend to die, let him hysterically cry over your corpse hahaha!” the doctor placed some vitamins on the nightstand and left Akram staring intently as if he was ready to kill him.
