Night beats red tinge of California twilight. A bookstore with a fragrant coffee aroma is the best escape for Shanshan.

A balcony breeze hit his face and waved his pink hijab. This is a cafe owned by Indonesian people who are fun to visit novel lovers here.

Well, Shanshan was in California two days ago. The final semester is ready to go before continuing S2.

Panting on remembering the former's happiness, Shanshan went here; hoping that Emyr's shadow would disappear from the reverie.

Photos of Emyr and Adeeva's wedding were shared on social media. There was a moment where Emyr was seen kissing his wife's forehead.

Apparently so shallow is the expression of Emyr's love, which is only limited to words. No effort was made to defend himself.

A valuable lesson for Shanshan is, the man is essentially the same, even though he is an Emyr dzemir of his puja, his first love, the person he thinks answers his prayers.

A slightly yellowed book accompanied her night. The Five People you meet in Heaven title on the cover.

Tonight Shanshan dissolves into stories and words full of meaning. Diction is easily digested, and unusual way of telling stories makes him feel at home for a long time sitting in this cafe.

Search has search, apparently almost all sentences in Mitch Albom's work contain a philosophy of life.

...'There are no random acts... We are all connected...You can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind...'...

...No random action... We are all connected... You can no longer separate one life from another like you can separate the wind from the wind......

"I agree with these words." Shanshan turned to the right, where the heavy voice that just sounded, apparently came from a handsome man.

Highlight the eye with a slightly monolith frame now leads to its beautiful appearance. Shanshan knew that face well.

Haikal Sulaiman, the name of a young celeb who often paced on Indonesian television with his proselytizing.

"BTW, I'm sorry if I'm sitting here, but, I can leave if my whereabouts bother you,” Haikal said.

Soon Shanshan shook her head. "It's okay, just sit down." Although a famous actress, Shanshan is not brave enough to be arrogant, especially Haikal from the same country.

Well, they weren't familiar enough to sit alone on a bench, but it seemed Haikal was used to being close to everyone.

Got the green light, Haikal's smile bloomed to show his gingsul. "You know. I've read this book five times, and I'm still amazed by its philosophy."

Shanshan was silent, she did not intend to chim in the words of her interlocutor. Although in fact, he was interested in hearing the series for the sake of a series of Haikal reviews about the book.

Little did Shanshan admit, that this countryman who for the past three years has not cared enough about her, was so polite and intelligent.

What else when Haikal claimed to agree that all events in life are not inconsequential events.

That there is another life of another being. Everything also contributes to knitting the threads of events in life.

Especially when Haikal recounted the book 'Al Ibriiz' which he studied some time ago, as an escape from the heartbreak that occurred in recent years.

God has explained. Nothing in this world happens by chance, as stated in the Qur`an, "God governs the affairs of His creatures." ar-Ra'd: 2.

In another verse it says, "And not a leaf shall fall unless He knows it.." al-An'aam: 59.

Anyone who enters life, no matter how big or small the role, all have been written by the creator of nature.

As powerful as resisting and evading, man will not be able to turn. Because not a single leaf fell without His permission.

Shanshan smiled. "You know a lot of knowledge, I feel small sitting with you" he said.

Haikal chuckled, a tickle that comforted his interlocutor's heart. "But I know more about you, than science," he argued.

Shanshan giggled small. Apparently, the person who had not wanted once he greeted, enough covering the room.

"By the way, you're prettier with your hijab," haikal praised, the smile was soothing.

"Gombal sediments ala ustadz." Shanshan murmured softly with her puckiness. Before Haikal, Emyr always said, she was more beautiful when veiled.

"Wah-wah, I smell there's discrimination here. You know, ustadz are human too."

Again Shanshan chuckled, unlike Emyr who was notoriously cold, Haikal was so engrossed in speech.

By the way, why even today, Shanshan was still comparing Emyr who already belonged to people?

"I'm sorry my wife Mr." The words heard from the right made Shanshan and Haikal turn to the source.

Shanshan's heart beat increased instantly, when her pair of eyes found two people who had just entered the balcony area of this cafe.

"Emyr," he turned. Is it not enough to forget the man? Why should Emyr and his wife be here?

'My wife?' Just now his ears heard for themselves how Emyr mentioned my wife; it was seen that Emyr gave Adeeva the protection of a husband when Adeeva accidentally bumped into someone.

After being strong enough the Emyr family scratched the wound on him. Now it was as if Emyr was sowing salt on it.

So apparently, Emyr brought Adeeva to live together in California. It can be imagined how Emyr's touch is not reluctant when with his legitimate wife.

"Shan," call Haikal. A little pat on the arm made his daydream break.

Shanshan packed her bags and books, she got up from sitting down to immediately relocate the body from here. "Sorry Haikal, I have to go home" he said.

Haikal was silent at him, he knew Shanshan was in a hurry because of the existence of Emyr who was still not overwhelmed by their existence.

"Thank you, sir." Adeeva's gentle voice is heard when Shanshan accidentally passes through the woman's body.

"Shan!"

That call Shanshan ignored, that peaceful voice so familiar to her ears. However, to have it was no longer worthy of him.

I don't know why since coming home from Abah Emyr's boarding school, everything feels more sensitive.

"Gatian!" Once again Shanshan let out the cries that sounded from behind her body.

Soon he entered the car without looking at things for a moment. "We go to the house of Papa Alex Pak" he told the driver who was still faithful waiting in the seat of his steering wheel.

"Good young lady."

The car moved, a few taps on its glass window sounded. Sick, his tail peeked at the rearview mirror, the place where Emyr could be seen flinching behind his speeding car.

Shanshan's been sick this time. After that treasonous marriage, still shameless did Emyr mention his name?
