The Unconsidered Bungsu
CHAPTER 41 Who Else ?

In gratitude for the birth of his first son, Mbak Nia and Joni mas held the Aqiqah ceremony. The plan will be filled with studies by local ustadz. We also invite relatives, friends and neighbors around.

Saturday night the recitation was held. Her mother Eva and her bud came to help prepare food and drinks.

" Aira, later after the lecture please share gifts and souvenirs for the guests present" said Ms. Nia.

" Okay ready Boss ! " sahutku.

" Later Daffa help, Aunt Aira ! " call Daffa my ponakan. Since this afternoon my 2 sons have come with his father and his mother.

" Stella too yeah, Auntie ! " cry little Stella won't miss.

" Yes.yeah.all can help Aunt Aira." I just agree to this leaked request. They sat down with the others listening to Mr. Ustadz's lecture.

The study program went well. Before the guests came home I distributed food parcels and souvenirs to take home. Of course with the help of my 2 little steps.

" Sir, how many souvenirs? " my question was on Mbak Nia after all the guests came home.

"There are still some who have not been given. So tomorrow please share the souvenirs, here is the list I have written," said mbak Nia while giving a piece of paper to me.

I read at a glance, if there is a name mas Sidik.

" Mas Sidik also be given, Ma'am? " manyaku wonder.

" Yes dong, yesterday he also gave a gift for my baby" replied mbak Nia.

" Why not just Joni's mas who gives, tomorrow right he supplies his coffee to the store." I'm giving you another alternative.

" Mas Sidik was only a week ago last supplying goods, already in full stock. He wants to deposit into other markets as well." Ma'am Nia explained to me.

" That means he's not here anymore Ma'am, thank God he won't stop by the stall again."

" Yes still, maybe still charge money in some places. If the joni mas has paid off so Sidik mas not to our store anymore.

The important thing is that tomorrow the souvenirs are brought first to be stored in the stall. If he comes, just love him." Ms. Nia said then put her souvenirs into a large cardboard box.

" Tomorrow did you start opening the stall ? " tanyaku.

" Oh, mom said that. Just a day off again the show is also over." Ma'am Nia answered

It was too late and we were tired of sleeping. Only Joni's dad and mom still check this out. Rina's mother and family stayed here, while Bayu mas and Tika mbak came home because it was close.

Tomorrow the mother continues to sell because the thanksgiving event has been completed. ushered in Joni mas for carrying a large cardboard. Until the front of Joni's mas stall also brought him inside, then he went straight to the store.

" Mr Sri, this is a souvenir from mbak Nia. Thankful Aqiqahan his son." I took a package and gave it to Sri.

" Okay, thank you. May his son be a sholeh and clever son. Sorry last night couldn't come." Ma'am Sri accepted it and did not forget to pray.

"Aamiin, it's okay, Ma'am," I said. I put the card in the prayer room.

" Let me help you share, Miss Aira. Just around here, if it's far away I don't know." Sri Ma'am offered his services.

" Okay, later if the morning work is done" I said. Then I take 1 more package I will give to mbak Wiwit.

" Mr Wiwit, here is a souvenir from mbak Nia. The thanksgiving of his son Aqiqahan." I held out the package to mbak Wiwit.

" Wow what is this ? thank you, tell me the same about Nia," said mbak Wiwit.

" Yes Ma'am together" I said. I saw inside a guy sitting there playing a cell phone. Who else is it !

Unexpectedly the guy turned his head, he was stunned for a moment then threw a smile. I doubtfully returned my smile.

" I'm going in first, Ma'am." I said the same thing with Wiwit.

There are many customers who come for breakfast. I made some tea and I put it on the tray, and then I put it on the front desk. Customers will take it upon themselves if they wish.

" Sri's mom, that's how there's a guy in the store mbak Wiwit." I told mbak Sri.

" Maybe Heri mas, his husband mbak Wiwit," he said without turning his head. He's frying tempe flour.

" If Heri mas I know him too, this face looks the same as Wiwit but the male version." I also gave her a picture of her face.

" Oh that's probably his sister, Rifan mas his name. He used to come here to his sister's shop, but after marriage it is rare," said mbak Sri again.

He took a scraping and lifted the tempe from the frying pan. Let stand for a while so that the oil dries a little.

" Wed, yes, but she was alone. There was no other woman there. There are no kids either." I continued the conversation.

I moved the hot flour on the plate and took it out. I previously picked one for myself.

I no longer respond to the story because I'm still chewing tempeh. There was the sound of Wiwit in front, he asked for 2 dishes of rice plus fried chicken.

" Aira, please bring tea dong. Here is my hand with the plate" she asked me.

" Ready, Ma'am ! " I picked up the 2 cups of tea that I set on the table earlier, and I took them to Wiwit's place. I put it on his writing desk.

Ma'am! Wiwit held out a plate he had brought to his sister. Then he started eating without looking back.

" Thank you, Dik Aira, yes" said Mas Rifan. He also began to scoop out his necklace. " Oh yes, introduce my name Rifan" he continued.

I just smiled and nodded, not feeling as good as Wiwit if I responded to his sister's chat. Rifan is married.

" I'm sorry if you'll excuse me ! " i said as I walked into the shop. I hurriedly went into the kitchen to tell Sri about Rifan.

" Mr Sri, it turns out that the guy was Rifan his sister mbak Wiwit. He introduced himself to me..I didn't respond because I didn't feel good about Wiwit. He already has a wife." I told mbak Sri.

" That's right, I said," said Sri. "But why he used to introduce himself to Aira, even though if he never greeted us here. Want to eat her brother who brought her here, right ? "

" Don't know." I said as I went out to get dirty dishes and glasses. Suddenly Rifan appeared.

" At Aira, this is the plate I returned. The glass will be later because the tea is not finished yet." He put the plate on the table and looked at me unblinking.

Mom was having breakfast and didn't notice us.

" Oyeah, Mas. Nothing will be the glass let me take it," I said. He's not out yet either.

" There's less, Mom? " tanyaku. Maybe he'll ask for a fry or a kletikan.

" Aren't you, it's still full." He smiled and then excused to come out.

I brought all the dishes that Rifan brought to the kitchen. Sri will wash it. I'm taking breakfast.

" Sir, if you have finished washing breakfast. Then we give her souvenirs." I reminded mbak Sri. He also nodded.

After washing dishes mbak Sri breakfast. And after the buyers started to dwindle we both came out to hand out the souvenirs.

About half an hour we finished sharing it. In the room there was still one piece left.

" That's still one, Miss Aira. Got who? "

" Oh that's Sidik's ration. But how come he hasn't shown up yet ? " i wondered to myself.

" It's better to keep it first, maybe tomorrow if not tomorrow again. There's still a lot of coffee harvest he must still supply his goods to the market." Mother gave a proposal. I left my souvenirs in the room.

Towards the dzuhur when I was wiping the front room table, I saw mas Rifan coming out of the shop. Next to her was a woman of her age carrying a grocery bag. Maybe it was his wife. Mas Rifan stole a glance at me and threw a smile.

I was surprised, worried that his wife would turn and see her husband stealing my eyes. Mas Rifan was still smiling, I had to throw a smile for a moment and then I looked the other way.

___________

Two days later, Sidik just showed up.

" Good morning, Dik Aira ! " sweep as usual.

" Good morning, new tumben appears ! " The mother who answered the greeting mas Sidik. I was drinking in the kitchen.

" Yes Buk, I don't have any stuff. All I've deposited to the customer, just collect the money." Mas Sidik reasoned.

I came out with souvenirs from Mbak Nia yesterday.

" Mas Sidik, this is a souvenir from Joni mas who has a grocery store in the store next to the market. Yesterday was the thanks of his son Aqiqah." I gave her the package I brought to her.

"How to bother wearing souvenirs of all. Did Dik Aira know Joni mas ? " ask him later.

" Know. Mas Joni is my brother-in-law, "my answer explains Joni's status..

"Ooh so, just found out. It turns out that the world is narrow, yes, I am close to Dik Aira who turns out to be Joni's brother-in-law, my customer. Hehehe..! " He laughs chuckles - chuckles.

What did he say, d e k a t ? Cheese ! Since when have I been close to him? Turns out he hasn't been caught yet even though the other day I busted him.

God please.may the coffee harvest end soon, so that the one man does not stop here again.
