The Unconsidered Bungsu

The Unconsidered Bungsu
Chapter 1 My complaint

I'm Aira. I am the youngest of 5 children. My sister's first woman .High School graduate, married and following her husband out of town. The second sister too. Graduated from SMK, already working and married. He lives in one place but still one city with us. Me and my two brothers are still living with their parents.

Indeed, my parents were only able to send their children to High School /SMK. Because my father was just a teacher who retired early because he was often sick. And to supplement my mother's income opened a food stall on the side of the road near the central market, about 1km from where we lived.

My mom needs her kids to help out at our shop. Because I only hired 1 employee to help him. Intentionally so that his child does not laze or play after school. Of course we cannot argue. Even though going home from school sometimes feels tired if there is exercise or extra-curricular.

Even for just a walk to the mall or relaxing in the city park while snacking with friends it was unthinkable. If I'm reckless, I'll be late for the food stall. My address will be taken by my mother.

But the thing is, if my sister mbak Nia never be rumored if it's too late. He plays almost every day after school. But my mother never complained. I don't know why I get scolded so often.

And yes, my brother number 3. He was instead relieved of the task of helping out at the food stall. And he's also the only son of my mother who can get S1 college. Maybe because the only son so my mother is very indulgent Mas Bayu. Now Mas Bayu works as a Junior High teacher and is not married.

Last year, Nia graduated from High School . Although my mother offered him to continue college, Nia refused. She chose a bridal makeup course. Of course it still helps at the mom's food stall. Because the course starts at 2 pm so early in the morning Mbak Nia helps mom first. Later after I go home from school we change. I'm the one who continues the task of helping mother and mother Nia leave the course.

Because the mother's food stalls are around the market, it cannot be open until night. At 19:00 we are closed. Well, time out coming home from the market is what I often use to meet with my best friend Eva. Just chatting about a boy friend who is in class or a girl friend who is negligent at school. On Sundays sometimes me and Eva go out to eat meatballs or go to the movies. Of course he paid. Because I was never given any extra pocket money by my mother. Learning sparingly, that's the reason mom.

We talked about this when I stayed at his house. I used to sleep at Eva's house. For this, my parents never complained. Because Eva's parents are a respected family in our village.

" Tomorrow after graduating High School we go to college together, right? " Eva asked me this afternoon. The school exam is only a month away and we are studying at home. " I don't know, I'm not sure if I can go to college" I replied. "Looks like my mom didn't support me in college." I continued.

" You can do it. You promised me the same ! " Eva sewot's. But I don't answer anymore. He must be disappointed. But I'm not sure myself. Lately, mothers often complain that food stalls are reduced buyers. I know because my mom has been selling for 10 years.

At that time my first sister Mbak Rina had just graduated high school and Mbak Tika was still in SMK. Dad decided to retire early because of illness and Ms. Rina could not continue her education to college. I remember that time when Rina cried. I'm still in 2nd grade SD yet to understand anything.

If now the customer has begun to decrease of course because there are many rivals.
