The doctor gave bad news about Sarah's condition, Sarah was diagnosed with malnutrition. The baby takes all his needs on Sarah's body, because Sarah's food does not meet his needs. Sarah also admitted that she does not take vitamins regularly.

Yama clenched his hands tightly, he threw his fist at the wall of the room until it caused a crack there.

"How can you not take your vitamins regularly?!" Yama asked in a high tone.

Sarah glared at Yama, "Why don't you want me?! why have you never prepared that vitamin for me?! why don't you ever make that milk for me?! why are you more concerned with your business than ours?!" Sarah's breath roared, her emotions overflowing.

The Doctor retreated back to see them fighting, but a second later they both laughed amusedly making the Doctor goosebumps in fear.

"I'm sorry, honey, I promise to stay by your side." Yama holds Sarah.

"I'm sorry too, I know you're very busy. But, I need your attention too." Sarah raises her head and is greeted with a friendly kiss by Yama. Hana who grew up in the Yakuza family was not surprised by this kind of incident. Hana hopes Sarah can accept Yama for who she is.

The doctor told the Dangers of Lack of Nutrition for Pregnant Women to the two of them after the kiss was over.

"Next is the impact of nutritional deficiencies on pregnant women:

Zinc and magnesium deficiency can lead to preeclampsia and premature birth.

Lack of iron and vitamin B12 can cause pregnant women to have anemia.

Sarah who was feeling a little dizzy asked for permission to rest. Hana asks Keiko to drive herself home, Hana intends to make a nutritious meal for Sarah. Yama gives instructions to Tadashi to help in the company.

Now that they were alone in the room, Yama went up to the bed and took his wife into his arms. Sarah felt the abundant affection of Yama. Yama kisses Sarah's head crest affectionately.

They fell asleep with hugs. A narrow bed will not separate the lovebirds. Some nurses who came to check Sarah's infusion became jealous of the intimacy that Sarah showed off accidentally.

A few days passed, Sarah was strong enough to go home. Thanks to a home-cooked meal made lovingly by Hana. Sarah used up all the food Hana brought in, making her gradually improve.

Yama and Sarah are in a car driven by Tadashi. Yama intends to drive Sarah home, but Sarah says she wants to be near Yama all day.
