"The coal!" Banyu called out to his brother with worry. He stopped his steps and turned around. He smiled even though it was a forced smile.
"I'm fine." replied Bara. Banyu could not bear to see his brother. He hugged Bara.
"If the soul mate is not going anywhere." whispered trying to encourage Bara.
"I'm fine. You just calm down. I knew this was gonna happen. Maybe I'm in too much of a hurry. But my intentions are good. I just want to show my determination. Maybe I'm not. I don't deserve Yasmine" Bara said.
"Trust. Everything will be beautiful in time." back Banyu encouraged Bara.
"Yes. Let's go to the room."
They began to move towards their room.
At Mr. Kyai's house.
Ustadz Huda followed his brother inside.
"Change!" call him.
Mr. Kyai stopped and sat down on the sofa of the living room. His face is a little gloomy. He breathed heavily.
"Change?!" back ustad Huda making a sound while sitting in front of his brother.
"You must want to ask why I acted like this" said Mr. Kyai, sighing. He rubbed his face with his palm.
"Na'am, Bah."
Mr. Kyai took a deep breath again. "I just saved him from his ill-doing."
"You mean?"
"Applying to a woman who has been proposed by her brethren is an illegal act."
Ustadz Huda choked, "Do you mean? Has anyone else caught Yasmine?"
Mr. Kyai nodded.
"Oh. abah." sighed Ustadz Huda. He felt sad. He hoped that he would become a priest for his beloved brother. He knows the good young man. He also knew that Yasmine had also put her heart into Bara.
"Do you know, Bah?"
Mr. Kyai shook his head.
"Change?! How can you decide for yourself?" tanya Ustadz Huda regretted his brother's decision.
"Huda, you are bound by promise." replied Mr. Kyai short.
"Did Huda know who the young man was, Bah?"
Back Pak Kyai sighed, "I don't think so. Even I haven't met him. Abah only knows about himself from his friends. He said the young man was also deepening religious knowledge in a pesantren. Later if he has graduated, will be brought to face abah to meet with Yas."
Ustadz Huda gulped with great difficulty. He felt his chest tight. His mind was fixed on Bara and also Yasmine took turns.
Ustadz Huda then implored himself. He's out of his house. The goal is to go to the dormitory to meet Bara.
In his room, Bara was cleaning and tidying up the room. During their stay, the room was a lot of dust.
"Finally it's done too" Banyu said. He then slammed his body on the bed from exhaustion.
The bara lays down. He looked up at the ceiling.
Yas...
His heart called out to Yasmine.
As they fell into each other's minds, the door of their room was knocked from the outside.
"Assalamu'alaikum." Ustadz Huda saluted.
"Getishalight." Banyu immediately got up and rushed to open the door. She sits on her bed.
"Ustad. Let's go in."
Ustad Huda smiled and walked in. The first thing he saw was Bara. Bara nodded respectfully.
"Sit down!" order ustadz Huda when he saw Bata will stand. Ustad Huda sat next to Bara.
"Patience" he told Bara. Bara nodded.
"Ustadz knew a long time ago that you had the same heart as Yasmine. And Ustadz bless you."
Bara raised his face which had been looking down since.
"Syukron. But Mr Kyai?" bara.
"Change.he is bound by promise." replied Ustadz Huda with a slightly moody face.
"Promise?" ask Bara.
"Yes. With friend. Promise to match their son."
Bara's eyes are breaking.
"That's a sign Yasmine was betrothed?" muttered.
"so. But don't despair. Turns in a third of your night. If the soul mate is not going anywhere. Ask the owner of the heart."
The hope in Bara's originally dim heart now shone again. A bright smile adorned his face. Huda's restu and ustadz advice is like an oasis in the desert, soothing Bara's heart.
