Deok Man walked up the stairs. Deok Man arrived on the 2nd floor, playing with a magnifying glass (Luv) which he had seen for the first time.
Arriving in front of the inn room, Deok man passed by several guests who stayed. Deok Man immediately greeted them.
"Greetings," Deok Man greeted the guests of the inn, bowing in salute.
"Greetings," One of them answered the greeting Deok Man represented.
Deok Man continues his path.
"So this can make a fire?!" Deok Man was well-grained, playing a magnifying glass and laughing with excitement.
So Hwa walks towards the tavern passing Deok Man and accidentally hears the gunaman his daughter.
"What...fire?!" So Hwa was shocked to hear the words of Deok Man, immediately approached his daughter.
"This?!" So Hwa asked Deok Man, his hand pointing towards the magnifying glass.
"Ahh...no, Mother!" Deok Man answered So Hwa, hurriedly hiding a magnifying glass behind his back..
"Which fire?!" So Hwa asked, trying to snatch the magnifying glass from Deok Man's hand behind his back.
"That's impossible, right?!" Deok Man replied, and kept his hands behind his back.
"Give it to me" So Hwa asked Deok Man.
"It must be dangerous or something?" So Hwa asked and kept trying to snatch the magnifying glass.
"It doesn't bring out fire!" Deok Man answered So Hwa's question.
"It's just a crystal." Deok Man took out his hand from behind his back, revealing a magnifying glass to So Hwa.
"I got it from the merchant Yeoheonguk *." Deok Man smiled at So Hwa.
[*Yeoheonguk \= The old Korean way of mentioning Ancient Egypt.]
"I'm going to take a shower." Deok Man turned around leaving So Hwa.
"Deokmans!" So Hwa called her passing daughter. So Hwa smiled.

A few moments later.
Deok Man enters the bedroom, the bath towel still hanging on the neck. Deok Man continued to play the magnifying glass in his right hand, his left hand holding the book of the black merchant.
While playing full of smiles Deok Man walked towards the oil lamp, then blew it.
Deok Man walked up the small stairs to his bedroom on the 3rd floor.
So Hwa smilingly looked at Deok Man, while sitting sewing clothes on the bed. Deok Man walked towards his study desk.
"Ehh... Have you taken a shower?" So Hwa asked Deok Man, smiling as she continued to sew.
"Yes," Deok Man answered So Hwa, while opening the book at the study table.
"Then don't be wild, go to sleep" So Hwa told Deok Man, embroidery.
"Well," Deok Man replied So Hwa, but his eyes remained on the book.
Deok Man tidied up his book, putting it in his closet. Deok Man shifted the mirror next to the cupboard then returned to play the magnifying glass in his hand.
"By the way, Deokman," So Hwa said to her daughter.
"Uh?!" Deok Man answered So Hwa's question.
"The customer that was..." So Hwa looked towards Deok Man.
"He speaks Gyerim?!" So Hwa asked Deok Man, his eyes back on the stitches in his hands.
"Yes, he's a soldier" Deok Man answered So Hwa's question.
"He speaks Gyerim language and he's also a soldier?!" So Hwa asked in a flat tone to Deok Man.
"Yeah!" Deok Man answered So Hwa's question.
"Gee! Mommy." Deok Man asked So Hwa, put down his magnifying glass and rushed over to So Hwa.
"You know what, that guy?! I mean, that was." Deok Man walked towards So Hwa.
"That man and my father are from the same place." Deok Man sat on the edge of the bed holding So Hwa's hand.
"Your father?!" So Hwa asked Deok Man in shock.
"Yeah! Gyerim, he said so!" Deok Man answered So Hwa's question.
"The world may be vast, but it can feel so small?!" Deok Man asked excitedly.
"So?! You tell him?" So Hwa asked Deok Man.
"If your father were also from Gyerim?!" So Hwa asked Deok Man firmly.
"No," Deok Man replied So Hwa while shaking his head.
"Right," So Hwa answered Deok Man, making sure.
"You can't tell anyone." So Hwa stared intently at Deok Man, her face changing resolutely.
"No matter what happens!" So Hwa said firmly to Deok Man.
So Hwa then took a deep breath while taking her eyes off. Seemed to be holding a great burden.
"Well," Deok Man answered his mother's words.
"How can the Gyerim people be here?!" So Hwa is well-woven, continuing her embroidery.
"By the way, Mother," Deok Man made a voice, looking at his mother.
So Hwa looked at Deok Man.
"Isn't that embarrassing?!" Deok Man asked So Hwa, full of curiosity.
"What?" So Hwa asked. His face was again seriously paying attention to Deok Man.
"I was born of you and of the Gyerim" Deok Man replied So Hwa with a heart.
So Hwa averted her eyes then bowed her head.
"You never told me about my father." Deok Man asked So Hwa while bowing his head.
So Hwa gave a small glance towards Deok Man.
"Don't that embarrass you?" Deok Man asked quietly, afraid of offending So Hwa.
"Not so," So Hwa replied nervously, her face staring at Deok Man in confusion.
"Mother..." Deok Man saw the confusion on So Hwa's face.
In his confusion So Hwa coughed. Pulmonary wounds recur, resulting in shortness of breath. The wound was obtained while saving Deok Man, from the smoke of the fire in the cave.
"Why?! You all right?!" Deok Man asked, worried about his mother's condition.
Deok Man stood rubbing So Hwa's cough-coughing back. Her tears melted while hugging her mother.
"No," So Hwa coughed coughfully, her left hand waving.
"I can live without my father." Deok Man said to So Hwa, holding his mother's hand.
So Hwa glanced at Deok Man.
"It's okay..." Deok Man tightened his embrace. Then stand away wiping away her tears.
"Mothers. Let's go to Rome" Deok Man said, his tears flowing again, but trying to smile.
"Why?" So Hwa asked. Her tears flowed looking at Deok Man.
"Because you like Cartan Ajeosshi?!" So Hwa asked Deok Man again.
"No..." Deok Man bowed his body resting on the edge of the bed in front of So Hwa.
"If we go, we can find a doctor for you." Deok Man sat in front of So Hwa.
"If we go there, you can recover" Deok Man answered the question again.
So Hwa looked at Haru towards her daughter, her tears melting again.
"We must go to Rome, we will raise money, and heal your lungs that are sick with fire." Deok Man looked at So Hwa.
"You're shaking, Falling, Dizziness... Your nose is bleeding... I'll cure it for you" Deok Man said to So Hwa, his eyes glazed with glass.
So Hwa looked at her daughter.
Deok Man stood his back to So Hwa, stretching out his arms, taking off all the weight on his chest. Then walk towards the window, opening it.
Deok Man caught his breath, tears still melted down his cheeks, in his view of the northern constellations.
With a smile Deok Man glanced towards So Hwa who was still looking at him with tears still melting. Then Deok Man looked towards the northern constellation again.
("Even without Dad... I'll do it,") Deok Man said inwardly, taking a breath back and looking towards So Hwa.
So Hwa smiled towards Deok Man. So Hwa took a deep breath.
