Chapters 2.2

"I told you not to face them directly!" Lilia shouted to the two people.

The four of them were in the forest north of the village, and currently Lilia was slashing one by one Orcs with an annoyed expression. Using the two daggers in hand then slashed through the vital area of the Orc without making any more damage which made Lilia's uniform dirty.

"But I've been trying."

Mental problems were being possessed by Mord at this moment when he was terrified. Then he slightly made some distance from the Orcs attacking him. The difference in strength that made him slightly retreat, even though the Orc attack was no more than strong than an amateur, only attacking Mord with his instincts alone.

That was what upset Lilia, though,

"Did you never think?! Of course, if you lose physical strength with that Orc, use your brain to cover up that weakness of yours! That's why I told you not to attack them directly!"

Previously Lilia had seen the preferences of the two men in a fight and adventurer class, their techniques and strength was nothing to expect when fighting an enemy stronger than them.

"Well, you have to have more experience." Lilac said it was far behind her.

Just as Lilac said that, an arrow shot out then hollowed out the Orc's body without making it react. Lilac just did that casually.

"All right, you repeat again." Lilac said indifferently, "I and Lilia will support you from behind and assess how much potential you have to be able to be called 'Adventures'."

"We understand!" Leo and Mord said that.

As Lilia took care of the other Orcs and finished them off, Leo and Mord started their steps one by one, running towards the one Orc that wanted to attack them.

Unknowingly they split to two different sides and confused the Orc. The Orc decided to focus his eyes on Leo, attacking Leo with his big axe but Leo did not make the same mistake a second time, he dodged it which almost hit his body then made a slash towards the Orc's neck.

His sword was immediately captured by the Orc, and blood flowed from the Orc's hand. Because the Orc had no defense, he sacrificed one of his hands. But that made Leo unable to move and unable to pull out his sword.

If he did not release his sword, he would even be hit by the Orc's attack in an instant. But before that...

"Gr!!" The orcs were screaming in pain.

Mord slashed at him from behind, slashing at the Orc's back many times and continuing to bleed. But the flaw was that Mord was lacking in slashing it, therefore after several tenth slashes, his sword was captured by that Orc with his right hand.

"Damn! I can't pull it!" Mord said as his hands shook.

Now Leo and Mord could not move because their swords were captured openly by that Orc, but that Orc also could not do anything without both hands.

"Although it's quite rude and amateurish, but at least that's enough." Lilac smiled, then she shot an arrow as the Orc's defenses opened.

The arrow was crushed, tearing through the air at a high speed that even made the ears hurt, instantly it made the Orc's body crumble with nothing left.

There was no scattering of blood or scattered bodies, Leo and Mord only saw the Orc disappear without rest as if it had never been there.

Then Lilac muttered without being heard by anyone, "Huh~ well it's time to show off, now I'll use the ordinary arrows without further suspicion."

Leo and Mord were only surprised and astonished without being able to put out his words, this was indeed beyond their meager strength, and then looked at Lilac who ignored them.

"Are you guys just dumb and silent?! Lilia shouted again, expressing her complaint, "If you are satisfied with just defeating one Orc, you will never progress. There are still a lot of Orcs in sight, take them all out!"

Then Leo and Mord bowed, intending to thank Lilia and Lilac for helping them.
