The Swordsman of the Gods

The Swordsman of the Gods
092. Rainy Season

Shira could no longer move. His entire movement stopped and just sat full of wounds. His right hand slowly returned.

The scratches produced by Shira also had no effect at all on Yongchun's body. The former no longer exists. It was unexpected that Shira was this weak, clearly implied from the girly and disappointed face of Yongchun.

Clack! Re-flatting his two swords, then taking a sitting position crouched facing Shira.

“Is this what is called i-mi-ta-si?”

Mocking, Yongchun hurt Shira's pride indirectly. So Shira just clenched her hands and endured the embarrassment and endured her own defeat. Inwardly, Shira may be disappointed heavily for being easily defeated by Yongchun.

“You are weaker than 7 Heavenly. Are you sure that you are God Hand, the one who has the body of a god? A hand?” yongchun asked with a faint smile.

“You ..why use only half of your power?” Shira asked with a frown.

“There is no half of it. Even a quarter of it is not used,” replied Yongchun casually.

“What? If so, how strong have you been all this time? I really can't believe that God Eye didn't use his full strength to defeat me. But not a quarter of it has made me fall,” grumbled Shira was still in disbelief.

“You asked me how strong? I just can't measure my own strength. And seeing you weak like this, it is certain that you are not the owner of the body of a god,” said Yongchun while pointing at Shira's left chest, seeing a pure soul fragment without the slightest seed of another soul.

“If you're really strong, is there an enemy that makes you unleash all your power? You must have been angry at least once. Or maybe there are people who can surpass you?”

Yongchun cleared his throat as he thought for a moment. Then replied, “I never thought the person who fought me was an enemy while I could rely on it for the future. But there's the only enemy I can't forget for now, and he's the ruler of a different northeast island.”

“He did a fight?”

“Unfortunately no. If he was in hell then I am not here. He is strong but does not know the most appropriate place for him,” Yongchun said.

Shira snorted in annoyance upon hearing Yongchun's words. For some reason this blind man before him still could not be measured how strong or how much power he had.

“Then why didn't you kill me? I am your enemy. I consider you an enemy and I'm betting my life!”

Shira did not want her pride to be trampled over this. Various questions that he had previously asked Yongchun only wanted to know the ins and outs of Yongchun but none of the information could be obtained. It was as if Yongchun was a person of high value yet transparent nature.

“You know? I never considered my enemy just because he was against me. But that doesn't mean I let it go.”

Yongchun's tone felt like a threat, low but very heavy. It felt like there was an object tens of times larger than Shira pinning down her body.

Yongchun whispered in a voice lower than before. Said, “You are no match for me to kill with my sword of pride.”

Shira's body immediately shuddered with goosebumps. His eyes were round and unable to look at Yongchun, he just looked straight ahead and saw the light out there.

There was a thought that Shira was unable to evade. His still-shaking response was as if to say, "Ah, I should be grateful that he didn't kill me."

Today the clouds look dark. When Yongchun looked up, it rained. The specks of water from above the sky made him surprised, he was wary of pulling his steps back. Take shelter inside the temple and leave Shira moistened by the rain.

“What is this? Is the water poisonous? Why can I go down?”

The sound of rain was very noisy, making Yongchun have to cover his ears tightly.

“Truly makes you anxious,” grumbled Yongchun with an annoyed face.

Then he encouraged himself to move forward. Pulling one of his swords and the sheath he made as a container to take rain water.

“Will I try to drink, if it is dangerous ..”

The rush of rain made Yongchun's body drenched. Even the cloth that bound his two eyes became transparent and showed those empty eyes.

After he tasted the rain, he felt nothing but the taste of the rain itself. It tastes a little salty, sour or maybe bitter? He really didn't know what to say when he swallowed it.

All he knew was that this rainwater was not dangerous. At least for him.

“I'll try it on someone else,” Yongchun said as he glanced at Shira. “But not him,” he continued then left the temple.

Running in the heavy rain. Get off the hill and once again pass dozens of Tori (gate). After that he turned to his right and left and then went towards the settlement.

“There are people!”

His face became very radiant when he found one of the people who was doing something in his small shop. Seen an old man with a fierce look, but with the appearance so will not make Yongchun hesitate.

“Hey, sir! Sorry disturbing! Please drink water from this sky!” pinta Yongchun without waiting for approval he immediately strangled her from the scabbard.

Until the water spills. The man was surprised not to play, he suddenly released himself. Departing him then looked at Yongchun in surprise and annoyance.

“What are you doing?!” his yell.

“It seems non-toxic, yes,” thought Yongchun ignored the man's anger.

Gebrack! The man got angry and kicked his desk for attention from Yongchun. Yongchun turned his head and looked at him with a confused face.

“You! You don't know manners!” pekik angry.

“Indeed no,” he said casually while throwing rainwater from his sword sheath.

“Hgh! You're this! You should have some manners especially to older people! Did your parents teach you nothing?! Huh!”

Again Yongchun replied, “Indeed not. Because I don't remember how my parents looked because they left me a long time ago.”

Instantly the man was silent. His anger subsided in an instant when he heard Yongchun's grievous statement at heart.

“I'm sorry,” said the man with a feeling of guilt. He was no longer able to stare at Yongchun's face, let alone in such a blind condition. Honestly, he did not expect.
