Shocking Moments

It was a day nobody especially Callista expected.

The day that should have been a joy for the three of them turned into the saddest day.

Dylan never allowed Callista to go to Indonesia. Reasons for unsafe conditions. High crime rate. Various other reasons make their families describe Indonesia as a very dangerous country.

"High level of terrorism. Besides crime. It's not safe." Dylan advises his daughter.

Callista, Sharifah and Azizah agreed to spend their holidays in Singapore.

Their parents provided them with some cash, debit and credit cards as well as travel insurance.

"I won't be calm if I don't have travel insurance on you."Haliza.

"Yeah!" Dylan agreed, "If you refuse. Then please take a vacation at home."

"Pa!" Callista Protest.

"Better money to buy souvenirs or add bugdet holiday."

"We paid for the insurance. Not cutting your vacation budget." His mother Azizah said firmly.

"I mean aunt. It's raw for us to use for what we need more."

"The insurance will come in handy when you need it most." Dylan said, "Don't argue with us.  Are you going on vacation or not?"

The three nodded their heads.

A very pleasant holiday. They spend time tasting food. Disneyland. Entertainment and recreation areas. Don't forget they took pictures. Watching concerts.

"In Malaysia there are concerts." Syarifah.

"But it's different if we look here." Callista Sahut.

"What's wrong with watching a concert here? Mumpung we're here?" Azizah Typal.

Finally they agreed to watch the concert of their idol singer Troye Sivan. Angel Baby is their favorite song.

The next day, after they saw the concert. Sharifah gave the idea to the three of them.

"I'm bored in Singapore. How about we go to Indonesia?"

"My father prevented me from going there. It's not safe."

"We just cross. Reportedly the food of aceh is very delicious. Not to mention the beautiful panorama. I want to take some pictures there. How's it?"

"But my father said…."

"Your father is not here. We'll just be a minute. Before night we were in the hotel. How's it?"

"You have to promise to keep this from my father."

"Just calm. That what friends are for."

They crossed planes to save time.

Arriving at Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport. They came down and stopped by for lunch at the airport. 

They ordered Acehnese food. Iceh fried noodles, Kuah Beulangong, food made from goat gulai and young jackfruit Keumamah, cob and shellfish can be stored long-lasting. The fish is boiled and dried for three days in the hot sun. Sauteed with spices rich. Sie Reuboh, lumps of meat along with fat flavored with salt, dried chili, red chili, chili and turmeric. Red Sie Itiek sauce, derived from ducks cooked with spices. Sauteed kale. White rice in a basket that is still steaming hot. Three glasses of Le Boh Cucumber, very fresh cucumber shaved ice.

"You didn't order too much?" Callista.

"We'll take it to the hotel for the rest. How's it?" Sahut Sharifah's.

"Good idea!" Azizah Typal.

They took a walk around Banda Aceh after eating. Wrapping up food to eat at the hotel. All the food they ordered was delicious.

They continued their journey to Tailana Island. Played all day there.

"I think we should come here again. I want to try diving here. Arriving in Malaysia. How do we do diving?" The Sharifah proposal approved by his two best friends.

"We also have to go to Putroe Phang Park. Taj mahal Aceh, made by Sultan Iskandar Muda for his beloved wife, Putri Kamaliah, from the country of Pahang, Malaysia."

"Ulee Lheue Beach is also famous for being very beautiful. It's like a shard of heaven. So beautiful."Callista admired the view before him.

"I thought your father was paranoid. This area looks safe."

"Maybe it means other parts of Indonesia?" Ask Azizah.

"Eitherway! My father banned me from Indonesia. But this place is so beautiful. I'm in love with Indonesia."

"I think we should travel around Indonesia without our parents knowing. How's it?"

"Yeah! I concur. What's the point of travel insurance if we don't dare to take any risks, right?"

"Our secrets!" Callista is excited. His two friends welcomed his hand out and they clasped their hands together and stomped it.

The plane leaves in an hour. They rush to the airport. Prepare to board their flight to Singapore.

Callista's heart almost stopped. He saw a woman he knew on television.

The woman seemed to be answering questions about the reporter. Giving opinions.

"I don't think we should go back to Singapore first." Tukas Callistas.

"But why?"

"Woman is my mother."

Both of his friends listened to the television show.

"Cannot be. He is the governor of Aceh. There's no way your mother's a governor."

"I know him very well. Even though he's been gone a long time, he's left us all."

"You don't go crazy! We can be accused of slandering. We can go to jail!"

"I don't care! I want to meet my mom!" Callista's eyes are heating up. Her tears are breaking.

"You're serious and you're not lying?"

"Why am I lying?"

"All right! We're gonna find out. But we have to be careful."

"I'll ask where the governor lives. How's it?"

"Good idea."

Azizah helps Callista who is very shocked to see her mother on television.

They got the address. They changed their plans. Decided to stay around the airport. Callista's mother even though it's not easy to see the protocols surrounding her.

The next day, they observed the residence around the governor's house.

A little boy and a man he called Baba. Entering a different car.

Callista ran to her mother when she was about to enter her car.

"Mama!" Hysterical shouting. Tears were broken on both cheeks.

Her mother's guards moved to secure her.

"Hold it!" Her mother exclaimed, "Let her go!"

Callista ran to his mother. Hugged it tightly. Crying in his mother's arms. Mother and son are crying out to each other.

"You're an adult." His mother with a hoarse voice.

"How's grandma?"

"grandmother?"

"Papa says mom takes care of grandma and will come back when she's cured."

"Your father said that?"

Callista nodded his head.

"He didn't say anything to you?"

Callista shook his head.

"I'm sorry, I had to leave you all behind. My marriage and your father were annulled by your father."

"What does mama mean?"

"Your father saved me from a legal case. Run away and marry me. You were born in my escape. Your father kept you from finding me. Cancel our marriage. Because of that I left you all."

Callista's cry exploded. His soul was shaken, "I don't understand!"

"I'm sorry mom!"

"All the stories that mama took care of grandma aren't true?"

His mother nodded her head.

"I never believed the news that you left papa, me and my sisters! It all seems right! I can't believe this! You're so mean!" 

Mother's crying. Not to reply to Callista's words.

"I hate you so much!" Callista snapped at her mother in an angry tone, "Aaghhh!!!" His body collapsed and collapsed 

"Callista!" Her mother panicked.

His bodyguards are running around trying to contain Callista's fall. Get him into the house.
