The heart monitor connected to Zalynda's body is still working fine. His voice rang out between the silence of the night.

"What happened before?" Ask the doctor while looking at Ray
"Nothing, we were talking then suddenly I saw Za shedding tears." Said Ray
The doctor nodded "It seems the patient can listen to the story or chat. It can train the brain circuits responsible for long-term memory. The stimulation slowly helps trigger the awakening of the patient's consciousness during the coma."
"So this is good news?" Ask Daniel
"Of course sir. Each case of a person's coma is different. Reflex movements, verbal responses, and reactions that make people in a coma can cry are important factors in determining they can recover completely." Obviously a female doctor
"Forward to invite the patient to tell a story or listen to the pack because in such a way it will train the patient's brain to rotate the memory and can recover from the coma. In addition, we will continue to monitor and assist with the medicines needed." The doctor said again while saying goodbye to the people in Zalynda's nursery
Ray smiled as he approached Zalynda. Ardhi and Aya hugged each other with happy smiles
"I know you'll recover soon Za. Let's fight to get up. I'm looking forward to you." Ray's whisperings in Zalynda's ear
Daniel approached Ray and patted his shoulders gently
"This seems to be because of you who always accompany him and invite him to chat. I don't know what to do to express my gratitude."
Ray smiled back at Daniel "It's my duty to accompany my wife, sir."
Daniel grieves and smiles broadly at Ray
"Ck, at least make my daughter feel happy by calling me Papa.."

Ray smiled. At least there is a glimmer of hope that Zalynda will recover soon
"Za, there's a secret I'm trying to tell you." whispered Ray softly as he stroked Zalynda's head
"I fell in love with you the first time I saw you at the gates of Gemilang University. You just got out of the car and pulled your hair. You know slow motion? That's what I see in my eyes. Your every move at the time was fascinating.. Am I overreacting?" Ray chuckled small
"I dare not look at you directly because it turns out you are a popular girl among the ranks of new girls in Fabulous Sorority. But my friends say you asked me once. You know, that day Agus said I smiled all day until he worried about something breaking in my head.." Ray laughed again while waiting for Zalynda's reaction
The girl just fell silent
Ray breathed heavily. His eyes were still staring at Zalynda as if waiting for the reaction the girl would give
"When it happened in the senate election, I admit my heart was broken hearing your confession that approached me just to break my heart like a father broke the heart of Mr. Wijaya's son.. After that you disappeared from me. That long I close my heart to another woman."
Ray paused his words while glaring
"I'm hurt, I tried to hate you and remove your shadow.. But somehow I always compare those who approach me with you..Then, that hope came when Marvin said he saw you." Ray smiled considering the incident two months ago
"Since bringing you from Club XX every afternoon I've followed you quietly from the Edah bakery to the hostels. I just got home when I saw your room lights went out. Sounds weird, doesn't it? But that's what happened.." Ray laughed again
Ray looked back at Zalynda and clasped her hand tightly, taking care not to hit the intravenous device attached to Zalynda's thin hand
"I'm sorry that night didn't realize you were. If I had paid more attention to you, then maybe the accident wouldn't have happened.. I'm sorry I'm too late to realize about your pregnancy, Za. I really feel useless.." Ray's whispers slowly while looking up, preventing the tear from descending from his eye patch
Ray took a few breaths to calm his emotions. Ray continued his words
"I still want to write our romantic story, Za. I'm still not satisfied with you after all these years of losing you. Maybe I'll keep clinging to you until you die of boredom.."
Ray reflexively closed his eyes and clenched his mouth realizing what he had just said. A second Ray cursed himself why he had to say the word die in his romantic sentence
Tiiit.. Tiiit.. Tiiitt
Ray gasps at the sound change from the heart rate monitor next to Zalynda. Ray's eyes immediately opened looking towards the heart monitor and Zalynda alternated
"What is this?!" Thought Ray panicked while pressing the button to call the nurse
Two nurses came to Zalynda's room and saw Zalynda's condition
"Come to the doctor immediately." The nurse told her friend
"Hey, what happened to him?" Ray asked in panic
"Please wait outside for a while so as not to interfere with the examination." The nurse said as she slightly pushed Ray's body out, coinciding with several doctors rushing in
BLAM
The door of the room is closed. Ray immediately realized he was already outside the treatment room Zalynda. Ray's brain is empty and unable to think
"What happened.."

Ray walked back and forth in front of Zalynda's nursery. The young man occasionally looked up for a gap to peek at the situation inside. I want Ray to barge in and see what happens. But common sense forbids, because if it is done then Ray will likely not be allowed to wait for Zalynda again
Throughout this new life a Ray Eagle looks anxious and frightened
Ray just sat down while calming his heart with dhikr-dhikr and reciting prayers for Zalynda's recovery.
Ray's cell phone lay beside his seat. Ray had wanted to contact Ardhi and Daniel, but considering it was still early morning and seemed to be interrupting their rest time.
But they'd be upset if they knew Ray hadn't told them at a time like this. Ray sighed and immediately sent a message to Ardhi and Daniel
"I don't know what happened to Zalynda. Please pray.." That's the only thing Ray thought before pressing send
Ray again waited and busied himself with dhikr and prayer. Time feels so slow and exhausting
Suddenly the door to Zalynda's room opened. Ray immediately stood up to welcome a neurologist known as Dr. Adrian, a colleague of doctors Adnan
"Doctor, how's Zalynda doing?" Ray asked impatiently
Adrian looked at Ray
"Sir, your wife.."
