PART 6'S

It has been two weeks since Zalynda interned at a famous cake shop in Jakarta. Zalynda was happy, out of the many course participants, only she was accepted as an apprentice in this big store.

The shop owner's mother is her course teacher. Her name is Layla Zubaidah's mother, but she is commonly called Edah. Edah saw a rough diamond inside Zalynda and when properly polished it would shine

Zalynda is very good at making cakes and combining ingredients. Just to decorate it, Zalynda still has a lot to learn.

Zalynda still works at Reema's mom's house. Day after night, Zalynda interned at Edah's cake shop. Although an apprentice, Zalynda also earned a proper salary. Although sometimes tired, however, Zalynda was very grateful.

Zalynda was stunned to stare at a girl who entered the cake shop with a young man. The same girl he saw at the Frederick Groups Company. The girl with Ray

"Ina, I'd like to taste the cake." Said the young man beside the girl

The girl smiled broadly. "Yes Yan, but I'm the one who broke up."

"Za, there's a customer. Quickly serve." Whisper of a senior.

Zalynda was surprised, but quickly took control of him. Zalynda walked towards Ina and Ian, occasionally improving his appearance

"Good afternoon, ma'am. Can I help you?" Zalynda asked kindly trying to display her best smile

Ian glanced at Zalynda's nametag, guessing at Zalynda's call

"Mr...Linda.we're looking for a wedding cake for my beautiful sister."

Zalynda felt her throat dry up. So this girl is getting married, to Ray? The world stopped in Zalynda's sight

"Mr?" Call Ina soft, pull Zalynda back in reality

"Ah yes, sorry. What'd you like to taste? How's model?"

"I want to look at the model and feel first. I will continue to photograph and give a look to my candidate."

Zalynda smiled even though her heart was a little sore. Soon he brought a photo catalog of pastries that can be ordered

"When is the time?" Ask Zalynda

"Two weeks left. What is the popular taste?"

Za bit her lip. Two weeks and Zalynda will lose Ray forever. The girl was stunned for a moment

Ina and Ian looked at each other to see Zalynda. It seems like the maids of this store often daydream and not focused

"Sir, we want to buy. If it is no longer healthy, mending replacements with just the same cement." Ian said a little annoyed.

"Yesin.." Ina immediately pulled Ian's hand while shaking

Zalynda immediately woke up. He should stay focused on serving customers. He must keep his smile, even though his heart screams

"Pardon me. In our store there are some favorite flavors like Red Velvet, Chocolate mousse, Vanilla berry, Lemon pound cake and Matcha. I'll bring it a minute."

Ina nodded. Zalynda immediately went to the pantry to prepare a cake to taste.

"Focus Za..fokuus!" Zalynda's whisper encouraged himself

Zalynda brought back some cake testers. Ina and Ian started to taste the taste. Ian looked like a professional tasting the taste of the cake, but Ina knew Ian wanted to eat all the cake in front of him

Zalynda stole a glance towards Ina. Pretty girl, Zalynda thought. Her skin was pure white with a reddish hue on her cheeks. His eyes are soft and smooth he said. Ray must be in love with her. Zalynda smiled wryly

"Gue seneng the same matcha lemon, Na. The choice is bold." Ian said after tasting all the tester cakes Zalynda brought

"Are you happy that too?" Ask Ina

"Where do you choose?" Zalynda braved the conversation between Ina and Ian

"It's my brother's taste, Ina asked.." Ina said softly while trying to squeeze a number on her phone. Ian immediately held Ina's hand while shaking

"Don't, this is elo Na. You also have to choose dong. I'm all going to Elo Na."

"Traditional or modern wedding models?" Ask Zalynda again

"For the sake of commitment, traditional. But the reception continues with an international theme out of respect for my father and brother's clients." Ina said

Zalynda nodded. Then Zalynda showed some models of multi-storey cakes that are usually made in stores.

"Normally for an international theme the cake is terraced like this. Can also be ordered specifically for example want what kind of model. The price is different" Zalynda explained

"For flavor?" ask Ina

"For the taste we follow the taste of the bride, mbak."

Finally Ina chose a level 3 cake with a taste of Red Velvet and Vanilla berry. But Ina also ordered lemon pound cupcakes because she really liked the taste

"Delivered directly to the building. I wrote down the address. For which cupcakes delivered early in the morning before the contract can?" ina says make sure.

Zalynda nodded "Can, ma'am."

"Sip. Come Na. It's late afternoon, ntar bunda nyariin." Ian said as he pulled Ina's hand to squeeze her arm

"Mbak." call Zalynda

"Yes?" He turned towards Zalynda

Zalynda smiled sincerely "I pray that you will always be happy with your partner, have a healthy family, mawaddah warohmah."

Ina smiled at "Aamiin. Thank you, mbak."

Zalynda notices Ina and Ian walking towards the parking lot entering a car. Zalynda held her chest which had felt tight.

"Ray did not choose wrong. She's beautiful and graceful.."

Today is the day of the cake to the reception hall. Zalynda actually did not want to join because there would be many students of Gemilang University there, and most will recognize it because it is a marriage of friends of their generation

Ms. Edah continued to force Zalynda to deliver the wedding cake, because a little bit of Zalynda helped make it and according to the mother Edah it was amazing

"Mom, Za's out." Zalynda said as she watched some people she knew enter the building. Zalynda lowered the hat he wore

"Come on, you go in the back. Go straight to the kitchen. I'll introduce you to those who have an event. He owns Frederick Groups Company." Bu Edah excitedly told Ardhi's profile

"Za knows that already. He married Ardhi's son, Ray." Bathin Zalynda

They immediately turned towards the kitchen. Catering officers also seemed busy arranging the food. Zalynda quickly handed over the wedding cake to the wedding organizer

"Sir Al Farobi." Call Edah suddenly

Za froze, why did Edah call all his father Ray. Why did he go into the kitchen anyway?

"Bu Edah.." Ardhi's heavy voice greeted Edah's mother. His voice is similar to Ray's. Zalynda bit her lip. His hat was lowered to cover his face

"Thank you, the cake is so good that cupcakes." Ardhi said praising

"Ah sir Al Farobi can. This is the wedding cake when you want it out?"

"Awhile more. The bride is changing clothes." Ardhi looked towards Zalynda who was turning his back

Bu Edah saw Ardhi's gaze staring at Zalynda while twitching his forehead. Bu Edah then turned over Zalynda's body

"It's one of the teams that makes the cake." Said mom Edah

Zalynda just nodded. Ardhi again squinted his eyes, this girl was wearing a hat that almost covered her entire face

Ms. Edah looked anxious at Zalynda, immediately pulling off the girl's hat

"It's rude of Za to say that people wear hats like this."

Zalynda was surprised and immediately looked at Ardhi who was in front of him. Ray's father turned out to be very handsome, although it looks old and there is a little gray in his head but his charm is still emanating

"Pantesan bu Edah very excited to meet his father Ray." Bathin Zalynda grumbled

Ardhi also looks glued to see Zalynda. It was like seeing someone he had known, but nowhere

"You're Linda?" Ardhi asked while looking at Zalynda's name tag

Zalynda nodded quickly as she lowered her head avoiding Ardhi's gaze

Ardhi smiling. "Thank you, the cake is good."

Zalynda reflexively looked up at Ardhi. Ardhi's smile was so sincere. A father's smile..

"Ah sir Al Farobi is too complimentary." Said mom Edah

Ardhi laughed "All right, Edah. I went inside first. Looks like the show will start again."

"Don't forget to order another cake if there's a show, sir." Miss Edah was a little screaming

Ardhi nodded and left Zalynda and Edah.

"Well, Mr. Al Farobi is handsome." Said Edah who only responded to a smile by Zalynda

The two of them immediately came out of the kitchen when it sounded that the MC was starting his show. Zalynda sped up her pace to get away from there. There was a faint sound of MC calling the two brides

"Hopefully always be happy, Ray." whispered Zalynda quietly
