The Spear Knights of Nirwana

The Spear Knights of Nirwana
The Inpu (Anubis)

***

The quiet middle of the night where there is only the sound of insects ringing in the dark of the night makes the night so peaceful.

Moreover, the slow and cold wind whirr makes everyone sleep and move to dreamland.

Yet in the darkness of that night there was only one person who had yet to sleep, he was none other than Tian Feng who was sitting alone on the roof of the inn alone.

Tian Feng closed his eyes but instead of sleeping, he meditated while putting up his sharp hearing to ensure that the people from Yamuru did not come.

"Oh..!!"

"Pst...! Don't be noisy if anyone hears us!"

Faintly Tian Feng heard the voice of people speaking quietly from below, but the language was not the language of the People of Wu Kingdom, but Yamuru language.

"Are you sure that window is that little girl's room?"

"Yes, I've confirmed it, I'm sure the people I've asked to keep an eye on them have already provided accurate information!"

"Then we go up slowly and blow this smoke into the room!"

Tian Feng started to open his eyes and slowly he crawled up and looked down.

Four people are still discussing each other, and the four are people from Yamuru, three are long sickle holders and one is just carrying a rope around the waist.

"It turns out my guess is right!" tian Feng muttered while observing their movements from above.

The person with the rope around his waist immediately pulled out the rope and threw it up and it fell right by Hiroshi's window.

The rope turned out to have a small hook at the end so that it could get stuck in the cracks of wood near the window.

They alternately climbed up until they were all by the window, the four of them sneaking out while peering into the window.

"Why is he inside?" asked one of them and was answered with a nod by the person peeking at the window.

The peeking man took out a small bamboo measuring about three feet long and then stuffed something into his mouth.

The bamboo then he put into the cracks of the window and the back end he stick on his lips then the person blew something from the bamboo.

"It looks like they blew the dope! Alright this way it would be easier for me to attack them without fearing those Toakai people waking up," Inner Tian Feng then slowly he descended to approach them.

"We'll wait a while until the dope works!" said the blower.

The four of them sat crouching and counting their fingers to measure the length of time the drug worked.

They were so focused on time that the four of them were unaware that Tian Feng was already near them.

"It's time, let's go in!" the person with the rope said quietly then one of them started to pry the window shutters.

"What do you want to pry Mr. Hiroshi's bedroom window?"

The four of them were shocked instead of playing to hear the voice of the boy who suddenly sounded from beside them even the distance was very close.

The four of them immediately jumped backwards a bit away from the window, so surprised they forgot if they jumped in a direction that there was no footing for their feet.

All immediately fell down, but fell in a half-standing position, "Why is none of us if there are people?" ask one of them.

Tian Feng himself jumped down then he stood up and looked at the four of them in turn.

"This child is one of the Toakai people's entourage, but why isn't the child sleeping and also knowing where we are?"

"Where do I know."

The four of them watched Tian Feng closely, despite paying close attention, but in their eyes Tian Feng still looked as a child.

"Why didn't anyone answer? I asked once again, why do you want to try to enter Mr Hiroshi's room?" ask Tian again.

"Little boy, if you love your life, you better not disturb us, go back to your room," said one of them accompanied by a flick of hands driving away Tian Feng.

"If I refuse?"

"If you refuse then I'll make sure tomorrow you won't be able to play again!" the man who did not carry a weapon answered Tian Feng's question.

"Then you guys play tonight."

Tian Feng was not afraid that he would have to face all four of them at once, the reason was very easy, Tian Feng could feel that the strength of the four people from Yamuru was at the lower Swordsman level.

"You think we're kids? All right you three go back upstairs, let me finish this kid!' said one of them then he walked leisurely towards Tian Feng while playing his long scythe.

"I don't need to use the moves from the Hell's Demon Book to kill him," Tian Feng's unmoved mutter was as grave as when the long Crescent pointed at him.

"Death to you little boy..!" exclaimed that person with his scythe that was pointing towards Tian Feng's neck.

When his scythe almost reached Tian Feng's neck, Tian Feng quickly sat down avoiding the scythe then he jumped up until his body had exceeded the height of the Yamuru.

"Lion Claws Tear to the Prey."

Tian Feng immediately changed the position of his hand to the shape of a claw and then clawed the person's neck until his throat was broken by the scratch that tore his throat.

The person could not shout or shout, all he could do was hold his neck that had been torn and then fell while wriggling and died in that place with his eyes still open.

It was obvious in his eyes if he did not believe that he would die at the hands of a child with just one strike.

"That's the result of underestimating your opponent too much!" tian Feng muttered then he leaped up in a way up the wall.

Arriving at the place of the three people, Tian Feng anointed those who were about to open the Hiroshi Window.

"Who else wants to play with me?" tian Feng asked so as to make his three startled for the second time.

"How is that possible?" exclaiming one of them then he looked down and found his dead partner.

"I know what you want, but it's very dear that your master has sent people wrong!" said Tian Feng.

Although they were bare-chested and holding scythes, they were not the people he had met in front of the inn.

Their faces were all indeed difficult to distinguish, yet Tian Feng was still able to discern by sensing the level of their strength.

The three people he had met before were at the Upper Swordsman level, that meant that the strength of one with them was equivalent to the strength level of Hiroshi and also Saichi.

Tian Feng was sure that the person called Lord Amun was too confident in the dope so he only sent the four people who were all at the lower Swordsman level.

Now all three became alert when they saw his partner who had been lying into a corpse on the ground.

"Would we stay away from here, facing him now is a mistake because he doesn't seem to be an ordinary child" said one of them in their language.

Tian Feng did not understand at all, but after a while he realized that the three of them wanted to escape from him.

"Don't expect you to get away with me, you're my prey, so give up your lives right now."

Tian Feng who looked annoyed immediately moved to attack them, while the three of them immediately jumped down and ran as far as possible.

"Lion Chasing the Shadow."

Tian Feng with an extremely fast running speed chased after all of them, and in three breaths of time, Tian Feng had already caught up with them and attacked one of them with the Lion's pace.

One of them immediately fell down with the skin of his back that had been torn.

"Wait don't attack us first! If you kill us, then the three knights of the former army of Inpu will chase after you," said one of them while trying to scare Tian Feng.

Inpu soldiers are an elite force in the State of Yamuru, in their language named "Inpu" which means Anubis, more precisely in the nickname Anubis troops.

Anubis himself believed to be the God of death by them in Yamuru, shaped like a Man but the head of a dog.

They were formed about over a hundred and fifty years by the leader of the State, and the State of Yamuru was famous for its vast gold.

Tian Feng who had lived for almost a hundred years had already heard the name of that elite army of Inpu or Anubis from the stories of the people, including the training of the elite troops, which he said was five times heavier than the training of the soldiers in the Kingdom of Wu.

"They're just ex-soldiers, so why should I be afraid! Instead of you procrastinating on your death, you better catch up with your friend!" tian Feng said as he turned towards the corpse he had already killed near the inn.

They all broke out in cold sweat while looking at each other, while one more person was still moaning feeling the pain in his back due to his back being hit by the Tian Feng claw.

Feeling like they had no other choice, they were forced to fight Tian Feng by relying on their long scythe.

"Just be!" tian Feng said by putting up the horses and the shape of his hands that were already forming like claws.

This time Tian Feng really did not use the skill and knowledge of the Hell Demon Book because in fact the Chi he had had yet to fully recover.

Tian Feng had only relied on the moves of the Sacred Lion Scripture, and it was more than enough to kill them all quickly, without even making a sound that others could hear.

In just a short moment alone, Tian Feng had already finished them off without any difficulty then returned to the room and left the four bodies lying on the ground.

Despite killing all four people, Tian Feng remained vigilant considering there were still Three Knights from the former Inpu Army (Anubis) in another inn.

Tian Feng was worried that at any time they could come to the inn, and if that was really the case, Tian Feng felt hesitant to fight all three of them at once who were already at the Upper Swordsman level.
