The process of forming the first Joints

The first exercise that Tian Feng had to do was to form one of the Four large joints and also one of the Five small joints.

The four large Joints were the main foundation that Tian Feng had to perfect, the four large joints that had to be formed were the Soul Joints, Raga Joints, Muscle Joints, and Bone Joints.
