Chapter 9

That morning Zetta was in a hurry to get out of the house. Even Zetta doesn't understand the call of Lia who keeps calling her name.

"What's up, Ma? Why yell?" Ask Juno.

"That, Pa. Zetta looked weird this morning. Tumben he's gone this early. Mama has a bad feeling about this." Lia stroked his chest.

"Already, Ma. Maybe Zetta had an event this morning. We have to think positively."

"But, Pa. Remembering about last night... Mama's worried that Zetta's gonna be reckless, Pa."

"May not, Ma."

And what Lia was worried about was true. Zetta comes to Dennis and Alza's house. Zetta came in the morning to meet with Alza and Dennis.

Zetta carried a bucket of sewerage that he would pour into Alza.

"Zetta, what are you doing?"

Dennis immediately stands in front of Alza so Zetta can't hurt him.

"What am I doing? I should have asked you, brother! Brother still belain him after what he did to us? He deserves it, Bang! It should be more than this!" Point at Zetta with real anger in her eyes.

"He's a parasite for our lives, Bang! He could hurt papa and mama who had picked him up from the orphanage. He should have thought that if all this time he could live well because of whom? Because of our family, Bang. It's true! A lowly person like him would still be cheap despite being polished with diamonds though!" Screeches Zetta.

"Enough, Zetta. Don't make a fuss in my house or I'll call security!" Dennis Resolute.

"Let's go!" Dennis held onto Zetta's arm and put her in the car.

"Abang will solve this well, please don't do anything weird."

Zetta chose not to answer. His heart was already upset and filled with disappointment. He picked the gas tanker from Dennis's house.

From a distance, there were a pair of eyes staring at Alza with their own eyes. His hands were clenched perfectly when he saw Zetta dousing Alzarin with fecal water. That's Arion.

Arion parked his car in front of Dennis' house. Actually he wanted to go in and see Alza. But he paused when he saw Zetta's car enter Dennis' house.

"lz... Sorry for putting you in a difficult position. I promise to take you away as soon as possible from that damned house. I'll take care of you, take it easy!"

Dennis turned around and didn't see Alza there.

"Has he gone inside?"

Dennis decided to meet Alza. He wanted to check on Alza's condition.

"Alza, are you inside?" Dennis knocked on his bedroom door. Dennis knows for sure Alza is cleaning himself up.

Before long Alzarin came out of the room in a neat condition and had changed his clothes.

"Alza, I'm sorry for Zetta's attitude!"

Alza smile. "It's okay, Mom. I know Zetta must be disappointed and sad. I understand it. I'm the one who's wrong for making her sad." Alza lowered her face.

"You better take a break! I have to go to the office. Lock the door too. And don't open the door if Zetta comes again."

Alzarin smiles. "Yes, Mas. Thanks for your attention."

"I'll go first!"

Actually Dennis wanted to kiss Alza's forehead before leaving. But because the situation is not good, then Dennis undo the intention.

"Wait, Mom!" Alza stopped Dennis.

"Can you trust me? Just this once. Before there is any evidence as to who the father of this child is, I want Mas to act as the father of this child. I beg!"

Alza's eyes glazed over. Makes Dennis unable to resist. Dennis finally nodded.

"Although later this child is proven not to be the child of Mas, then this child will be my only child. Not someone else's kid!"

Arion came to the office a little late because he had just been stalking Alzarin. It was in a pergoki by Falia.

"You're late, Arion."

"Hmm, there's something I need to take care of." Arion answered casually.

Arion turned body. "Really! Soon I'll get Alza out of the house."

Falia headed to the roof of the building to let go of her upset. I don't know what he's feeling right now. But clearly he does not like the attitude of Arion who seems obsessed with having Alzarin.

"Miss, are you here? And you smoke?"

Suddenly Anand came to the roof of the building. It should be Falia who was surprised. But what happened was the opposite.

"Why? You want one too?" Freshman Falia.

"N-no, Miss. Mr. Arion was looking for you. That's why I'm looking for Miss. Earlier OB said, someone saw Miss coming up here."

"I'm getting off soon! You go first!" Falia is back smoking.

"Since when did Miss smoke?"

Anand refused to leave. He felt sorry to see the depressed Falia.

"Is Miss in trouble?"

Falia glanced at the cynical Anand. "Go!"

This time Falia seriously expelled Anand. He doesn't like anyone to interfere with his problems. Eventually Anand relented and left Falia alone.

In the afternoon, Zetta returns home and is greeted by Amalia.

"Zetta, where have you been, son?"

Zetta nodded and chose to leave.

"Zettaa! Answer mom, son!" Lia's blocking Zetta's arm.

"Where do you want to know me from? I just met the woman who destroyed our family!"

Amalia looked at Zetta. "Darling..."

"Will my mother defend him? He is the one who has ruined all my dreams! He always took everything from me!"

Zetta shook Lia's hand and walked into her room. Lia who was feeling pity with Alzarin finally decided to meet the woman.

"Mama?" Alza was surprised to see Lia coming.

"Darling, did Zetta see you? Did he hurt you?"

Alzarin asks Lia to sit down first.

"I'm fine, Ma. Mama saw it for herself, didn't she?"

Lia checked Alza's condition.

"I'm familiar with Zetta's attitude, Ma. So, I'll take it. Oh yeah, by the way, did mommy come here?"

Lia had forgotten the intention of his arrival at Dennis' house because he wanted to give something to Alza.

"This is my mom making your favorite food. Who knows if a baby wants to eat this!"

Alza was moved by Lia's attitude towards him.

"Ma, please don't do this! L'm... I don't deserve any of this."

Lia shaking. "You are my mother's son. Until ever it will remain so."

"Thank you, Ma..." Alza hugged Lia. At a time like this, Alza needs a mother's embrace. And it turns out that Lia was willing to be a leaning place for him.

"Ma... How 'bout... Is this boy the boy?"

Alzarin began to ask if his fear had been real. Lia seems silent. Really he wanted if the baby that Alza conceived was the son of Alza and Dennis.

"Mama..." Alzarin spilled all his grief in Lia's arms.
