The atmosphere seemed tense as everyone had sat together in the living room. Johan as the oldest of them all took over the conversation before it led to a more serious topic.

Arion sits side by side with Alza and Falia. Sultan with Arnis. And Jenny who always accompanied Jesly who was still sobbing.

Johan cleared his throat before speaking. "Ehem! As the oldest person in the house. I'm accepting the arrival of your Lady Jenny Chung and also your daughter. I'll give my granddaughter a chance to talk. You guys don't let anyone interrupt and let Arion talk."

Johan looked at Arion who looked silent and lowered his bow.

"Arion! Please answer the statement made by Mrs Jenny. As a man, you have to admit your guilt if you're guilty."

Arion started to look up at his face. There's no way to go anymore.

"Grandfather... Papa, mama, Falia, and... Wife, Alza..."

Falia did not let go of her hand from Alza. Although Alza was silent without making a sound, Falia knew that Alza's heart was rumbling waiting for what Arion would say.

"I'm sorry..."

"I'm sorry? Why did Arion say sorry? Is it true that he did the forbidden thing with Jesly?" Inner Alza guessed anxiously.

"I made a mistake with Jesly..."

Devastated already Alza's heart heard Arion's confession. The husband she believed in loved her very much. The husband who always said if he loved Alza can do anything to get the woman's love. Now it's all crumbling like a skyscraper that's being eroded by an atomic bomb.

Alza closed her eyes. Not a single tear remained in his eye. Just as much as the feeling of tightness and regret because again and again must feel disappointment.

"Well, you heard it yourself, right? Arion had already impregnated Jesly. So, now you have to take responsibility by marrying Jesly! How could Jesly conceive without a husband? What do people say later? Jesly is an artist. This family's good name is also at stake because of this matter." Jenny speaks at length and urges Arion to marry Jesly.

"But, Mistress... Arion is married, how mung..."

"You're a mother too, right? You must know how a mother whose child is hurt like this feels! What is wrong if a man has more than one wife? Arion is more than capable of doing that!" Arnis' words were immediately intercepted by Jenny. It seemed like this woman had prepared everything neatly in order to achieve her goal.

Johan sighed hearing Arion's statement. One more time Arion disappointed him. Johan looks up at Arion and waits for what decision Arion will make about Jenny's insistence.

"Why are you silent? Let's answer! You're going to marry my daughter, right? Jesly is pregnant with your child! You can even do a DNA test if you want. So that you don't have any more doubts about the truth of all this."

Here only Jenny seems to dominate the conversation. Everything is still silent because it is too shocked by the reality.

"Okay, I'll take responsibility!"

Arion's reply made Alza turn to him. Alza doesn't believe Arion agreed to take responsibility without waiting for accurate evidence from the hospital.

"Arion! You sure?" Ask Sultan. "They haven't shown any evidence that Jesly is pregnant. So, should..."

"Just kid! My daughter is really pregnant! Here's proof!" Jenny showed me the results of Jesly's checkup yesterday at the obstetrician. "It's not engineering, it's original!"

Inwardly, Arion had already admitted his mistake. Arion is back to make a cut for Alza.

"I will be responsible on condition that the child conceived by Jesly must be male."

Alza's body is bristling. After all the struggles he tried to achieve with Arion. In this battle... Alza has lost.

"What did you say?!" Jenny didn't take it. "What if her daughter is a girl? Will you escape your responsibility?

"I will continue to support the life of that child, Auntie."

"Mi, it's okay. We don't demand too much. I know my position is weak here, because there is Alza as the legal wife. But, I'm asking you, Ar. If this boy is a boy, I want you to actually marry me..." Jesly who started to control himself, finally came to talk.

Falia wants to refute Arion's words, but Alza prevents her. Alza shook her head slowly. Alza wants to see what Jesly really wants.

After the incident drained Alza's heart. Everyone went back to their rooms, including Alza and Arion. Alza is still in her silent and quiet mode.

Looks like Alza's heart is numb to what Arion did. He wants to start a new life with Arion.

But apparently fate still toyed with the happiness of Alza.

"Is there nothing you want to explain, Mom?"

Finally Alza asked because Arion had also been quiet since he entered the room. Suddenly Arion knelt in front of Alza.

"I'm sorry, Alza. I'm guilty. I'm a despicable person who doesn't deserve your forgiveness..."

Alza turned her face. He really doesn't want to be weak right now. A voice in her heart said Alza can't cry. Why cry for a man who never understood you?

"Why did you ask him to stay here? Did Mas deliberately want to show me that she's valuable to you for carrying your child?"

Alza even asked the thing that tickled his heart.

"No, Alza. I just don't want this issue to be exaggerated by Aunt Jenny. They're both sneaky, Alza. I have to see if Jesly is really pregnant or just a charade. That's why I asked her to stay here so I could watch her."

Alza doesn't understand Arion's mind. "So, you're just thinking about this family's good name without thinking about my feelings? I didn't expect you to be this low, Mas."

"Darling..." Arion now stood and held Alza's shoulders. "I'm sure we can weather this storm. Our test of love is not yet finished."

Alza takes Arion's hand. "Come, Mas. Do you think I'm that strong to hold on? We'll see!"

Alza came out of the room and chose to help the ART in the kitchen. The breakfast that was supposed to start an hour ago, had to retreat due to the presence of Jesly and his mother.

Alza was arranging breakfast at the table when Jesly suddenly arrived. After driving her mother home, Jesly headed to the dining room because he felt his stomach was getting hungry.

"Ehem!" Jesly.

Alza doesn't care about Jesly's presence. Although Alza actually wanted to curse and adopt Jesly, but Alza felt that all of that was useless. Anger does not bring back time.

"Hey, waitress!" Jesly deliberately mocked Alza.

Alza looked over with a cynical look. "What's wrong?"

Jesly closed his mouth in disbelief. "God! You are a waiter, yes! All right, then I'd like to order a steak for my lunch!"

"What did you say?"

"Cz, steak! Ye know? S T E A K, beef, do you understand?" Jesly really tested Alza's patience.

"Yes, I know. But why are you asking me?"

"Because you're the servant in this house. You should know who you are in this house!"

"Your path!" Jerky Alza.

"What's this?" Someone's voice from behind made Alza and Jesly speechless.
