CHAPTER 07: Flashback - Infinity.

The Queen walks behind Peter. Everyone looked at the two of them with surprised looks. Peter and Queen join hands. Except for Sean, because he knows a little about Peter. He smiled at his heart he said. "Did she manage to win the heart of this Mad Girl ?"

Peter and Queen immediately sat on the empty seats that had been provided. Once complete, Edgar also immediately sat down. "Ehem, alright now I will start this meeting." all nodded his head, except for Queen, he just kept quiet with his flat gaze, all right, surely he was faithful to hear what the Old Man was going to say.

Edgar also began. "Before, surely you already know what the meaning of the Multiverse is. Some call it the Parallel World, Alternative World, Other Dimensions, and still other mentions. From each World in the Multiverse that I supervise, vary, and have its own characteristics. There are even Variant figures who are similar to you, and have different fates."

"From the many Worlds within the Multiverse that I guard, there are 1 Worlds that are already chaotic. When I observed it carefully, I was shocked, I did not expect that the World was no longer part of our Multiverse. The world seemed to be willing by itself." at length Edgar explained.

Edgar stopped for a moment, slowly he took a breath, then he made another sound. "I'm calling the World a D-Danger. There have been 4 Worlds devoured by D-Danger. Dilapidated in a sense, the 4s are fused with the D-Danger. And all living beings from the 4 Worlds he devoured turned into Monsters. And now the D-Danger is trying to devour the D-22 World. While the D-Danger was trying to devour the D-22 World, I was forced to exert all my strength to make a protector to lock up the D-Danger and the D-22 World."

"Therefore, I gather you together and ask you for help to save the D-22 World from the threat of D-Danger" he added after he explained everything.

All were silent, now they understood why Edgar gathered them all, even if only 5 people. Then one of the 5s made a sound. "Why are the five of us ? Why aren't everyone you've ever reincarnated ?" ask Peter.

Sean added. "And the people you transmigrated. Why are we only five ?"

Edgar answered. "There are 25 people in total, but out of all there are only 6 people who have strength above the average of normal creatures, which is none other than all of you" Edgar replied.

"There's 6, right ? Why are there only five of us ? Where's the other one ?" ask Arkhan.

Edgar breathed. "She's none other than Tilda."

"Ahh, my Grandmother-in-law yes." said Sean who was a little understood by Tilda's attitude.

"Why should we ? Can't you do everything ? Just come over there and get everything done. Simple, right ?" queen said suddenly.

Sean, Arkhan, Peter turned his head and looked at the half-Vampire girl. Reyhan was just silent, he just sighed. Edgar looked at Queen, and he answered. "It's not as easy as you think, Queen."

Queen replied with a smile. "What is the reason then ? Why don't you just intervene yourself ? And why should we ?" Peter who was sitting next to him, he could only shut up and glanced towards this Half-Vampire Girl.

Edgar sighed, and then he answered. "Actually I don't want to involve you all. It is true that I am the guard of the Multiverse, who has the task of reincarnating or transmigrating the people I think they deserve."

"What makes you believe in us and feel that we are worthy, Grandpa Edgar ?" it was not the Queen who asked, but Arkhan who asked, because he also wanted to know why the figure of Edgar reincarnated himself and others.

Edgar answered firmly. "I choose people who are worthy like you does not mean to overcome the problems I experienced. Because I can feel the determination of those of you who fight to live for happiness."

Edgar looked at the grown man who had golden blonde hair. He's none other than Reyhan. He and the figure of the former King of Wan Kingdom was indeed very close, he had often asked that, Edgar still did not tell about who he was. And now in front of all the people who chose and he believed, Reyhan again asked the same question.

"I am Edgar, a trusted figure and have sworn an oath to him." replied Edgar firmly.

"Who is he ? Is he a god ? The supreme god" asked Reyhan.

"Yes, maybe he could be called one of the gods. Because I never met him. All I know is that once I open my eyes, I have this task." replied Edgar.

"that's weird. Is that person you mean God ?" guess Arkhan carefully.

Edgar shook his head. Then he answered seriously. "He's not God. Compared to God, a god is like dust, even lower than dust."

Then he added. "Because God is the only infinite, it is not wrong to mention God. What else is his name if it's not that ?"

Everyone froze after hearing Edgar's reply. The old man returned to his voice. "I want to tell you." His right hand took something from inside his clothes.

Edgar stretched out and showed it by opening his palm. Then there were 5 small objects that were light and floated above his palm. Each of the 5 lights has a different color. Each of those single points of light gave off an incomparably powerful aura.

Everyone saw what Edgar had brought up, they gave unequal expressions. Peter, and Edgar were surprised. But not for Sean and Reyhan, they both frowned because they did not know. As for Queen, she slightly tilted her head looking confused.

"Isn't that." said Peter and Edgar together cut.

"really. Judging from the expressions of all of you, only Peter and Arkhan could definitely guess what my hand was." Edgar replied cutting off Peter and Arkhan's words.

"What is in your hand ?" ask Reyhan. Sean and Queen also looked confused, the three of them felt very foreign to what the Old Man showed.
