Steve approached Lia and tried to comfort her with all the fad she was doing. But Lia was so careless and did not care about Steve, Steve tried to give understanding to Lia.

"Lia, this way you won't be able to live quietly. Kai wants you to be happy Lia, remember that!" steve said to Lia.

Lia fell silent and wiped away her tears, and she immediately looked towards Steve with a sharp but not angry look.

Steve hugged Lia, and tried to calm her down. But Steve thinks back, how could Arnes escape the bond of barrier spell that Steve made for him.

Steve's daydreams were broken when the school bell rang and the children returned to class. Steve sat down at Kai's seat, next to Lia of course.

After the lesson was over, Steve observed Arnes approaching Lia. Steve just kept quiet because Kai told him not to expose the truth about Arnes to Lia.

"Hi Lia, want to come home with me?" ask Arnes.

Lia walks past Arnes and approaches Steve, but Arnes pulls Lia's hand forcefully. Lia is shocked when Arnes pulls him off, and Lia rebels.

Steve was still silent because he remembered Kai's words, but Steve kept watching them and listening to them from afar.

"Arnes, don't cross your limits!" lia snapped while trying to take her hand off Arnes.

"I don't want anyone to have anything but me." said Arnes.

"You .." Lia's words were cut off when Steve suddenly came before her.

"Arnes, let Lia go!" said Steve.

"Waw, the second hero comes when the first hero doesn't exist." Arnes taunts Steve.

Steve already wanted to beat up Arnes, but he held it back because he did not want to have a bad impact for Lia.

"It seems like our argument is enough to get here, I'll bring Lia home. So, keep your limits before I go any further" said Steve holding Lia's hand and shunning Arnes.

Steve and Lia get in their car and leave Arnes in frustration.

'Steve, just wait for what will happen, Lia is only mine.' Arnes' inner self with a cynical smile.

At home Kai is cared for by his father and mama, Kai's strength is getting weakened due to Arnes attack, the poison has run throughout Kai's body.

Papa Kai is confused about how else to save his only descendant. Mama Kai could only look at Kai who was still asleep.

It's been 7 days, but Kai hasn't opened his eyes yet. Steve comes and meets Kai who is still lying in his bed.

"Pa, Ma, how's Kai doing?" tanyq Steve's.

Steve cries hugging papa Kai, Steve's feelings are chaotic. He loves Kai more than himself, all these years Steve has been watching over Kai from afar without Kai knowing.

Papa and Mama Kai are very grateful because Steve can love Kai like his own sister.

"Steve, you take care of the girl as long as Kai isn't conscious" said Kai's mother.

"Is there nothing we can do to save Kai from that poison?" ask Steve.

Mom and Dad Kai looked at each other at Steve's words. They know the antidote, but they don't know how to tell Steve.

"Say, I'll do whatever it takes to save Kai" Steve said.

"Steve's antidote is one of Lia's blood" said papa Kai.
