" how did you find me in the middle of this meadow?."
" it's easy" X said as he pointed at Altan's clothes and lifted the tool he was holding.
" i'm tracking you."
" then you know the way back to your ship, right?."
" well, that's it!. I forgot to put the other one on my ship" he said with a smile so wide that he showed his teeth.
" what are we going to do?."
" what else." "survive till the sun rises."
" are you crazy!. we'll get killed by this plant.!"
" look, this is all happening because of you. so-"
his words paused for a moment.The look on his face was like he was gathering anger to bring out the whole thing to Altan.
" so stop complaining!." he did not shout, but his words were cold and piercing enough to make Altan silent a thousand languages.
" this, take this and keep your gun." X gave him a sword not too long, "I know you can't use that weapon."
"cut the grass trying to reach your feet just to save energy." Altan nodded.
The more the night the grass grew fiercer they began to try to catch both of their feet, but for a while Altan and X made a patient cooperation. that makes the grass still have to stall for longer.
30 Minutes passed their stamina began to fade but they were still as tough as 30 minutes ago. Sweat began to pour. the grass began to violently slash forward. but still cut off by the slash of the sword they both slashed.
" we won't last another hour" said Altan. "I agree with you. We have to start moving. We can't stay anywhere." Altan nodded in response.
they began to move little by little, they walked without knowing where they were headed. X took something from his sling bag and threw a bottle of water at Altan.
" drink.but don't spend it straight away. I only brought two."
" why didn't you take it out of here."
" i don't want us to last an hour, so I decided to give you after you're really exhausted."
Altan opened the bottle and drank it. He was really dehydrated.
An hour had passed since they started walking.
" estimated time?." asked Altan "about an hour away."
" we won't be able to last that long."
" i agree, but do you have a better idea?."
" what if we look for their weaknesses."
" are you crazy!. You've seen how savage this grass grass is. Any weapon won't be able to break their movement."
Altan gave a glimmer of a smile to X and picked up the weapon he was hooking around his waist earlier.
X rolled his eyeballs.he knew what Altan was going to do. But that wasn't a bad idea.
Altan began to open the security and cocked the weapon, then fired the first bullet that there was a hope in his shot that it was his weakness.
unfortunately, his hope was immediately dashed to see the grass that continued to advance despite having been hit by the laser weapon.
Altan's facial complexion was changed.back to his face before shooting.he again dissolved in disappointment and resignation that his life would end no later than 30 minutes.
" why are you smiling?."
" you gave me an idea." "you mean?."
" didn't you notice?." "what?."
" the grass you just shot." Altan turned his head to follow in the direction pointed by X. he was still confused as to what the difference was. The grass was still advancing and did not stop.
" he's still alive."
" so you mean?."
" don't you notice the change."
" just get to the point" said Altan who was starting to get upset because he did not know what the words of his friend were.
" think why they become passive during the day."
"mm... oh! I understand!. light!." X nodded as the answer.
" but how do we make a device that can emit bright light?."
" may I borrow your gun, man?."
" nih." "em. and can you protect me for a minute. sebenta.r alone."
Altan let out a heavy sigh. "how long?."
" fastest 5 minutes." "ok."
X immediately sat down and removed his sling bag from his shoulder and placed it on the ground.He gnashed the ogrok into looking for some materials he needed to make a device that could emit bright light. he took out a screwdriver and other utensils and began his work.
5 Minutes later...
One slash floated right where X's head was. If he did not reflexively duck then his head was the bet.
" ye! heart with your sword!."
" hurry up!. I'm not strong anymore." "sabaaar. hang on any minute."

"it's done!." "nah, catch it!."
Altan caught the thing X threw at him, lamenting that it looked like a round iron bar.
" how do I use this?."
" tap that thing to something hard."
He tapped it on his thigh like a man trying to break an iron stick in a movie!. it lit up bright enough to make the grass dare not hit them.
The grass grass again let out a sound that sounded like the sound of hissing.
" we only have twenty-five minutes.we have to make the most of it."
" let's hurry, let's get out of this field of death."
They half-run past that meadow.they're already safe-(at least for a while).
plan X has been effective so far. For the next twenty minutes they are safe.no grass dares to approach. until finally an oddity was realized by the two of them.
" hey man, it looks like they're tired of chasing us" Altan said as he walked.
" i don't know, but instead I have a bad feeling about this." "this shouldn't have happened. They should always be trying to catch us."
Right after X finished his talk, there was a very loud roar.so loud, the ground they stepped on until it shook like there was an earthquake.
" roaa......r!!!." "what's that sound!!?."
" i sometimes hate to think I'm always right" murmured X
From afar they saw a silhouette of a large black shadow with no less large hands, but strangely the creature had no legs.he walked like dragging the surface of the grass below.
" what kind of creature is that?." "I don't know what kind of creature it is. All I know for sure what we're supposed to do now is-"
" run!!."
They tried to run with the rest of the energy they had, but it seemed like the creature that was chasing them was much faster than they expected.The silhouette of the shadow was getting bigger and bigger until they could see its shape now. it was no ordinary creature.it was grass that formed a monster.
