"What doc? No way, the doctor must be wrong." said Alenka when the doctor gave the results of the examination Elvan.
"I know my mother must have been very surprised. But, this is the result ma'am." said the doctor trying to calm Alenka down.
Alenka couldn't believe what she saw. All this time his son looked healthy and well. No way, the results of the examination must have been wrong. Alenka still did not believe the reality she heard.
Blood cancer, it's a disease that's no joke. Alenka tried to pat her on the cheek, hoping that it was all a dream. But sadly, all is true. He's not dreaming.
Alenka's body limp instantly got the bad news. Tears cannot be shed. "How likely is it that my child will recover, Doc?" she still hopes there is hope for her son.
"About 70 percent. But, the chances of that could increase with a spinal cord donor" the doctor said.
"I'll be the donor, Doc. I'm his real mother, I'm sure my marrow fits with my child" Alenka said quickly. He no longer thinks of anything. For him, the important thing is that his son can be healed.
"Mother calm down! I know you want to help your son. But, we need to do a check on whether the mother's spinal cord matches the mother's child."
"I'm sure it'll fit."
".. All right, let's check first!" the doctor asked Alenka to perform a check-up procedure.
Unfortunately, Alenka's spine doesn't match her child's. Alenka was crying. He didn't know what would happen to his son. This is a disease that has no cure. Given her son who is still, Alenka could not imagine it.
"Sorry mother, your sumsung doesn't fit."
"No way doc, I'm his real mother." exclaimed Alenka did not accept with the results she got.
"Try me to ask the father of the mother's child to check, who knows the match." said the doctor again.
Alenka stepped out of the hospital limply. His feet were heavy to step on. He sat in the hospital garden for a long time. She was crying constantly remembering her son.
He was considering contacting Samuel. He was afraid that Samuel would refuse to donate his spinal cord to Elvan.
However, in the end he decided to go to Samuel's company. He wanted to discuss his son's illness with Samuel. Elvan was Samuel's son.
Arriving at Samuel's company. Alenka is confused to find a reason to meet Samuel. But, he accidentally meets Ardilla who has bought ice cream for Elvan.
"Ardilla.." cried Alenka. He did not pangling with Ardilla even though he did not meet for long.
"Miss Alenka?" ardilla's eyes looked up at Alenka. But he finally knew that the child Samuel was carrying must be his boss's son with the woman in front of him right now.
"Miss Alenka looking for Elvan?" Alenka nodded her head.
"Let's come with me!" Alenka followed Ardilla up to Samuel's room.
In the elevator, Alenka sees an ice cream brought by Ardilla. He knew who the ice cream belonged to. "That's ice cream for Elvan?" tanyakanya.
"Yes." replied Ardilla with a smile.
"Let me take it. Thanks for buying some ice cream for Elvan." Alenka asked for the ice cream.
"It's okay. I like Elvan, he's funny. He can also make the boss smile happily after losing his smile for the past six years." Ardilla's reply made Alenka smile.
"Mama's still on holiday, tomorrow's coming in." Alenka did ask permission to take a holiday. Because he was contacted by the hospital to take the results of his son's examination.
"You ate ice cream there first! Mama wants to talk to papa!"
"Yes ma." Elvan obediently headed for the table appointed by Alenka.
Alenka sat at Samuel's desk. "What's wrong? You were out of the hospital? Arya looked at you, but she wasn't sure if it was you." asked Samuel gently.
"Yes." replied Alenka but her face was sad again.
"What's wrong? Why are you sad?" Samuel took Alenka's hand.
Alenka did not answer. He looked at his son who was eating his favorite ice cream. Suddenly her tears came. But, in a hurry he rubbed it.
Samuel was weird. He wondered what really happened. Why did Alenka look so sad when she saw her son. "What's the matter exactly?" ask Samuel again.
"Muel, may I ask you a favor?"
"I know I might be selfish. But, you're your only hope I'm the only one to save Elvan." Samuel frowned. He doesn't even know what Alenka is saying.
"Hiks.. I also know your wife will definitely not allow it. But Elvan is your real son." added Alenka.
"Try telling me what's the point? What happened to Elvan? I don't understand." asked Samuel.
"Elvan has blood cancer." replied Alenka.
The news surprised Samuel. He rounded his eyes and seemed to not believe what Alenka was saying. However, Alenka submitted the results of Elvan's examination to Samuel.
Instantly his eyes glazed over. His heart seemed broken. The child he had just found was now suffering from a deadly disease. Samuel's tears poured down his cheeks. But, he quickly removed it because he did not want to be seen by his son.
"You just calm down! I'll definitely charge for all Elvan's treatment. I'll definitely find the best doctor to cure our son. Don't you worry!" Samuel held Alenka's hand.
"You want to donate your spinal cord to Elvan? I checked but it didn't fit" Alenka said.
"Of course I want to. When do we get a check?" answer Samuel quickly.
"You sure?"
"A hundred percent sure!"
"Al, he's my son, my flesh and blood, I'll do anything for him, even if I have to sacrifice my life." Samuel clasped Alenka's hand. She wants Alenka to believe that she loves her son very much.
"Thank you" said Alenka, unable to hold back her tears. He hopes his son will recover soon after his father donates his spinal cord.
"Why thank you? He's my son, it's only natural that I fight for him. It is precisely I who thank you for giving birth to Elvan even without me by your side. Thank you Alenka." said Samuel while wiping Alenka's tears.
"Don't cry! If Elvan finds out, he'll be sad. Al, let us unite and support each other for the healing of our child. For the health of our fruit of love!" samuel.
Alenka could no longer speak. He just nodded his head while holding back the tears from falling and making his son sad.
