Chapter 16

Andreas and Alenka meet at the company's rooftop. There Alenka explained to Andreas about her relationship with Samuel. Including those who live together.

Andreas was shocked to hear Alenka's confession. Especially when Alenka said that they had been living together for almost a month.

"Are you sure about Samuel?" ask Andreas.

"Yes." Yeah." Alenka nodded her head quickly.

"Do you know why Mr. Samuel ordered the ornament you designed?" Alenka shook her head.

He didn't know and felt there was no need not to know. Because he only thought that they were just cooperating and did not know anything more nor did he dare to ask.

"That's jewelry for Samuel's wedding" Andreas said.

"Wedding?"

"Yes. That's what Mr. Samuel told me when he called our company for cooperation" Andreas replied.

Alenka was not angry. But he was happy. She thought the woman Samuel was going to marry was her. Because they have lived together and even been like husband and wife.

"Sir Samuel will marry the son of the conglomerate." Andreas added.

But, even though I was told. Alenka remained unconvinced by what Andreas had said. He trusted the man he loved more. "Sir, I don't know what you and Samuel have in common. But never slander my lover!" alenka said she felt unacceptable to Andreas' accusations.

"I'm not slandering, that's the truth."

"Udahlah sir. Even though father slandered Samuel, I will never believe it before Samuel himself says." replied Alenka angrily.

The reason why Alenka believed in Samuel was because Samuel always loved her. She never even went home but always stayed with him in the apartment. Besides the jewelry in question, Samuel gave it to her.

Two days ago. The day that the deal between Samuel and Future Design was struck. That day, the day Samuel's jewelry was supposed to be.

Andrew gave the jewels to Samuel. However, it turns out that Samuel gave a set of jewelry to Alenka.

That night Samuel accidentally invited Alenka to dinner and stayed at one of the hotels. The hotel was where they first dated. It was there that Samuel gave her a set of jewels. "Will you marry me?" samuel said that night.

Tears can't be contained by Alenka. He was happy, moved and shocked. Jewelry he designed himself. He was the one wearing it.

Alenka left Andreas in annoyance. He assumed Andreas had slandered his lover. "If you still slander my girlfriend. Mending me out of the father's company." said Alenka before leaving Andreas.

Andreas is shocked by Alenka's threat. But he prefers to remain silent. He knew Alenka was being blinded by her love for Samuel.

And don't know why. Andrew's heart ached when Alenka recognized Samuel as her lover. His heart is pierced.

He refused to come down. Andreas enjoys the view of the city from the top of his company building while calming his mind.

All day Alenka kept moody. He was still upset that Andreas was slandering Samuel. He even started to feel at home in the office. At lunchtime, he asked to meet Samuel. Samuel asked him to come to his office.

Without a second thought, Alenka immediately went to Samuel's office. On the grounds of delivering the documents Alenka went to Samuel's room freely. Other than Yoga and Ardilla, no one knows about Alenka's hidden relationship with Samuel.

Alenka's face was still gloomy despite having met Samuel. "Why was his face bent?" ask Samuel. Alenka was sitting on her lap.

Samuel closed his eyes. He wondered why Alenka asked like that. He suspected something.

"Why is that? Do you doubt my love?" ask Samuel.

"No, I'm just asking. But no, it doesn't matter." Alenka hugged Samuel. He shouldn't have asked like that. Especially if Samuel knew that Andrew had slandered him. To avoid Samuel's anger. Alenka better not ask that question again.

After feeling calmer. Alenka then said goodbye. "Let me anter!"

"No need to."

"Then be careful!" Alenka nodded her head. He immediately came out of Samuel's room.

Two minutes after Alenka came out of her room. Suddenly someone came into his room. "Samuel, I miss you." a woman suddenly walked into Samuel's room and hugged Samuel who was standing in front of the glass behind his chair.

Samuel then turned around. How surprised he was when he saw Rea had arrived at his office. "Why did you come home so soon?" the question is a bit cold.

"Two weeks from our wedding. I want to prepare everything." replied Rea.

Samuel looked at the calendar at his desk. Yes, it turns out that in two weeks she will be married to Rea. It didn't feel like for more than a month that she lived with Alenka. The days he went through were very pleasant. He forgot the time and the day.

"When did you arrive?"

"Just now, keep me here." Rea hugged Samuel again because she felt bad about her future husband.

"If so, go home and rest first! You must be tired of traveling long distances." asked Samuel. I don't know why he'd worry if Rea was in his office.

"Yes, he's tired. But after meeting you, I'm not tired anymore" replied Rea reluctantly leaving Samuel's office.

"Sam, eat yuk! I haven't eaten!" bring Rea.

"I still have a lot of work. You've got Ardilla or Yoga!" Samuel refused Rea's invitation, arguing that he still had a lot of work.

"My future husband is you, not Yoga." exclaimed Rea irritated.

"But I'm really busy."

"Well, I said to your mom." Rea threatens Samuel with his mother.

"Yes, come on!" Samuel just didn't want to hear his mother's long-winded hospitality. He finally gave up, he obeyed Rea's willingness to have lunch together.

Rea was pleased that his threat always worked. Samuel would never refuse when he threatened to use his mother. Excited and flowery, Rea took Samuel by the hand in front of her employees.

But it was clear that Samuel was feeling angry. He repeatedly let go of his hand. But Rea will further tighten his entanglement.

Ardilla and Yoga just stared at them from a distance. "Samuel's brother wasn't as happy as he was with Miss Alenka." muttered Ardilla.

And that is allowed by Yoga. Working with Alenka. Samuel became so attentive and possessive. It was different with Rea. He looks depressed and cold.

Yoga guesses that Samuel still loves Alenka, his ex-girlfriend. Because the difference is very clearly visible to ordinary people though.
