His actions made him not know about the people around him. Apparently, Keanu was standing in front of the big fridge while drinking cold drinks to quench his thirst after arriving at this house.

“Who is sick, Bi?” keanu asked when he saw Lastri about to come out with a medicine box.

“Eh, Den Keanu,” said Lastri shocked. He thought there was no one else in this place but him.
