"Dad,"
Zalika did not think that Dirga's father was the man she would meet with Wibi.
He turned his face so that Dirga did not see him when his tears almost spilled when he saw the man again.
However, Zalika really misses the figure of her biological father all this time. But because of busyness Dirga no longer had time to meet him as when he was a child.
Especially after Dirga had a family, he did not even have time to visit his only daughter who was considered to have lived well with his mother and father.
"Good Morning, sorry to keep you waiting" Dirga said
The middle-aged man immediately greeted Wibi excitedly. However it was shocked when it saw the figure of the woman beside Wibi who lowered her face.
"For Miss," he said as he extended his hand.
"For Sir," Zalika replied kindly
Dirga continued to look at him intensely, he had not recognized him let alone Zalika who is now much different from when he was a child. Zalika teen is more beautiful and friendly, she even looks like other normal teenagers.
"I think I'm familiar with you, yeah, have we met before?" dirga asked again staring intensely at Zalika's face
"Someone said my face was familiar, sir" replied Zalika
"Yes too, rich often see that," Dirga then invited two guests to sit down
"Hmm, yes sir," Zalika seemed to smile kindly and then turned her face to throw away her disappointment because the father failed to recognize her.
There was a disappointed look on his face when he realized that the person who missed the most did not recognize him. There is a longing to embrace the father who he has not been able to meet for a long time.
"Za, Za!"
Wibi's voice made Zalika instantly stunned.
"Yes sir" he replied stammering
"Hurry to prepare the presentation" whispered Wibi
Zalika immediately pulled out her laptop and started giving presentations to Dirga.
During the presentation Dirga seemed to pay attention to Zalika's explanation in detail. He even invited two of his personal assistants to participate in the presentation of Zalika.
One of his assistants whispered something to him.
Dirga seemed to nod and then asked Zalika to stop her presentation.
"Sorry I have to go out for a while, you can rest for a while later we continue again" said Dirga cutting Zalika presentation
"Ready sir" replied Wibi
"Finally able to rest too, from that was very tense!" wibi Chirps
"I want a rest, sir," said Zalika
"Where are you going?" ask Wibi
"Rest room,"
"Oh, do I need to take you?" ask again
"No, I can do it myself" replied Zalika
"If there's anything call me!"
"Ok," Zalika hurriedly came out leaving Wibi
On arrival in the toilet the girl heard the chatter of employees who said that Dirga's parents died.
"Grandma!"
Zalika hurriedly rushed out of the toilet and searched for the truth of the news. He ran looking for Dirga up to the building lobby.
Sure enough, a woman with a teenage boy was talking to him.
"Mommy died Mas, now the body is still in the hospital, so hurry home. Rick and I are waiting at home."
"Ok, I'll be home soon,"
Zalika immediately hid when she saw Dirga turning her body. The man hurriedly returned to his room. He then tells Wibi to postpone the conversation because her parents died.
Dirga even asked for another week to hold a re-meeting
"I'm sorry for making you wait so long, but this disaster was so sudden and unpredictable. So I beg you to understand, but don't worry I will definitely get everything done as soon as possible" Dirga said
"Ok sir, I'm sorry for your mother's death, may the deceased be forgiven her sins and you can be steadfast in the face of this ordeal" said Wibi
"Thanks Mr. Wibi,"
Zalika suddenly hugged Dirga making the man surprised.
"Patient father, may Husnul's grandmother khatimah," said Zalika rubbed Dirga's back
I don't know why Dirga felt something different when the girl hugged him especially when she called him Dad. It was like he felt the presence of his daughter that he had long forgotten.
"Aamiin, thank you son" replied Dirga
"I'm sorry if I surprised you by calling Dad. To be honest you remind me of the figure of the father that I have long missed," said Zalika trying not to create an awkward atmosphere between him and Dirga
He knew very well that Dirga might be shaken when he admitted that he was Zalika, the daughter he had left behind.
