Sweet aroma wafted from the kitchen, Sukma was deliberately cooking his youngest daughter's favorite corn soup this afternoon. Corn soup was an idol of Anggun since childhood. This warm soup with sweet and creamy taste always manages to make the Anggun feeling better every time you eat it first.

Sukma shook his head slowly when he saw Anggun moody alone in the guest chair. I don't know what he's thinking right now? Surely Anggun was pitying himself, continuing to dissolve in his pain that never faded.

A worried Sukma rushed to call his daughter. “Nduk, Mom cook your favorite corn soup, nih.”

“Iya, Ma'am,” Anggun replied with a knotty smile.

“Don't just say yes, Nduk. C'mon here! I take it for you,” forcibly Sukma, his hand deftly poured the soup into a small bowl and put it on the table.

Gracefully rose, a sweet smile expanded upon seeing the affection of her mother that never diminished from the time she was little to this size. The way to spoil Anggun is always the same, with his favorite corn soup.

Gracefully stir the thick soup to make it slightly cold. Corn grains combined with egg shakes and asparagus look so tempting. Its sweet smell makes Anggun can not resist its charm. This soup always managed to melt the mood of Anggun when sad, cranky, and also angry after a fight with his brothers first.

“You Want a bribe too?”

“Mother so remember, back when you were a kid, if you were craving again. Mom always cook this corn soup,” - Sukma took a deep breath before continuing his words - “after eating a bowl you must immediately smile at Mom.”

“I—iya, Bu.” Anggun's tongue seemed to be choked when putting the warm liquid into his mouth cavity.

“Rise, Sweetheart. I'd love to see your smile after eating that corn soup, just like I used to,” pinta Sukma. Clear details of tears coming down her old face. His fragile hands continued to clasped Graceful hands.

Gracefully forced her smile and looked at the aging face of Sukma. Can be seen so many fine wrinkles and black stains, the tone is increasingly visible because of his sadness at thinking about Graceful lately. Grace began to realize, not Bimo who had to think for a long time, but his mother. This old woman who had raised him needed more attention and affection from him.

Bimo is gone and it is real, while his mother is alive and he needs Grace to care for and love her. Helping him to live the old days and the rest of his life with the outpouring of love and devotion of a child.

“Sorry Graceful, Bu.” Gracefully crying and hugging her mother.

“Sabar, yes, Nduk. I just want to see you happy,” said Sukma while gently stroking black hair and curls belong to Anggun.

“Besok Anggun will find a job, Mom. Anggun will try to make Mas Bimo and start everything from scratch again.” Gracefully wiped away her tears and tried to rise from reality.

“Mother doain, yes, Nduk.” Sukma immediately cried happily and felt relieved upon hearing the Graceful decision.

Gracefully clenched tightly onto her mother's body, sobbing even harder. It was then that Anggun let out all the tightness and burden in his heart in order to set a new future that was much more beautiful.
