The Love Story of Two Pearls

The Love Story of Two Pearls
3. The Meeting of Two Pearls

The day slowly began to be decorated with beautiful sounds that echoed the call of dawn prayers with occasional accompaniment to the sound of chicken kokokan.

Today is the day of Yasmin's departure to the regional land to continue the education that she had aspired to. After carrying out his duties as a Muslim, he now heads to the kitchen to help his mother prepare breakfast.

"What time will peasawatta' leave, son?"

(What time will your plane leave?) Ask mom while frying chicken.

"God willing at 09.15 ma'am, but you have to be there 1 hour before leaving so you don't rush to take care of it"

(God willing at 09:15 ma'am, but I have to be there 1 hour before the plane leaves so that I do not rush to take care). Yasmin replied as she stirred the fried rice in the pan.

After everything was over, the family had breakfast together.

"Remember ki' kiddo, later if there miki' take good care of dirita', keep the honor of ta' and family".

(Remember son, later if you are already there (Jakarta) take good care of yourself, take care of your honor and our family) said Father while eating breakfast.

"Focus college, do not have to date, if anyone is serious immediately tell him to meet Dad", continued Dad who immediately made Yasmin choke.

How not, all this time Dad never allowed Yasmin to date, let alone date, close to a male friend alone should not. But this time I began discussing the relationship between a man and a woman, probably because Yasmin is now 18 years old, the age at which girls begin to grow up.

After breakfast Father, mother, Yana and Yani accompanied Yasmin to Makassar Sultan Hasanuddin Airport.

Yasmin's departure was accompanied by hugs and cries from Mother, Yana and Yani and Father who occasionally wiped her tears from being seen.

This is the first time Yasmin left her family with such a long distance that it makes the Yasmin family feel heavy to let go of her to the region.

While on the plane, Yasmin looked silent at the window, occasionally wiping away the tears that escaped from her eyes. For the first time he will live alone away from his family, while his parents could not take him to Jakarta because of the condition of the father who was recovering from his illness and the mother had to take care of him.

Because entering a narrow alley, Yasmin finally got off the taxi and walked towards the intended cost, but because the cost was full, it was, finally Yasmin asked for another boarding address close to the first cost to the boarding house and he got it.

"From here about 100 meters and then turn right into the hallway, Bismillah hopefully there is still something empty" Yasmin murmured while remembering the direction mentioned by the boarding mother.

But when entering the hallway was quiet even though it was still daytime, Yasmin saw there were some young men who were busy smoking in the hallway. Not wanting to be so bad with them, Yasmin finally chose to continue her way through some of the young men while pulling her suitcase.

"I'm sorry, excuse me for going through" he said as a young man stood in his way.

"Where is a girl, where is she beautiful? stop first with us yuk" said one of the young men.

At once Yasmin's heart was pounding violently from fear.

"Sorry mas, sa-aya again in a hurry, temen I've been waiting there" lied Yasmin stammered while pointing towards the front in order to escape the young men.

"Lu lied, right? look at your nose red, you're more beautiful" said the young man in front of Yasmin as he was about to hold Yasmin's chin but directly on the rough edge by Yasmin.

Yasmin does have a unique side, where she cannot lie, when she tries to lie her nose will immediately turn red and itchy. That makes people will soon know that Yasmin was lying.

"Don't try touching me!" yasmin was starting to get angry.

"Yes ela nih a fierce girl really, dikit dikit right ti.." the young man's speech was interrupted when there was a sound from behind them.

"Eh here you are apparently, yuk! I've been waiting for it since, too," said a girl who had just come and immediately grabbed Yasmin's shoulder as if she was a friend who had been waiting for her since.
