Aya opened her eyes, trying to adjust her vision to the bright lights in the room. The first one he saw was the face of Arga, then the face of Andini's mother and then Hutama's father. The three men smiled warmly at him.
Aya held her head because she still felt dizzy, she frowned because she had just realized something.
"How long have I been unconscious?" Weak question. This is how Aya, whenever she felt depressed she would faint. He got up and leaned on the head of the bed.
Now that her clothes had changed into sleeping pajamas, there was no hijab covering her head. Ah, Arga is her husband and Hutama's father is her father-in-law, they both have become her mahram, it's okay to see Aya's aura.
"It hasn't been so long, but it's enough to make my dad's bones feel like they're going to take them all out." Said Hutama's father smiling, he complained because he had been sitting at the side of the bed waiting for Aya to wake up.
Aya just shook her head in response to the joke of Hutama's father. While Arga just silently looked attached to Aya.
"You're all better? Pray first well, this is maghrib, soon the time is up." Gentle Andini's mother's speech. Aya nodded.
"You pray first, calm your mind. After that I'll talk to you, okay!" Said Hutama's father staring softly at Aya. Again Aya just nodded.
With a quick movement Arga got up and carried Aya into his lap towards the bathroom. Sontak made Aya shocked, Aya protested, trying to escape from Arga's arms, but she lost power. Not out of sense, Aya pinched hard Legan Arga, but Arga did not care.
"Open the bathroom door, or do you want me to hold it for a little longer?" Arga said with a commanding tone.
"What's? This is a real man, doesn't he know that I'm mad at him?" Again those words were only spoken by Aya in the heart.
Aya opens the door then Arga puts Aya on top of the closet.
"Get out!" Aya chose to look the other way.
Without saying anything Arga came out of the bathroom and shut the door.
Before ablution, Aya first urinate, actually already from earlier he kebelet. It's relieving.
Aya came out of the bathroom and found Arga sitting on the side of the bed. Aya chose not to care and immediately prayed maghrib. After the Maghrib prayer he continued to pray the Asar prayer that he had missed.
Sayup-sayup heard the sound of Adzan isya from a distance reverberating. After the adhan was finished, Arga stood up to Aya who was still sitting in her alphabet.
"We pray together." Arga said immediately held a prayer mat in front of Aya. Aya also stood up and pulled a bit of her alphabet back so that its position was not parallel to Arga.
After the greeting, Arga turned his body to Aya and said a remembrance and prayer. Aya followed Arga's words by continuing to look down. There was no clear liquid dripping from either end of his eyeballs.
After Arga closed his prayer, he gave his right hand to Aya. Aya who was still bowed instantly realized there was Arga's hand right in front of her face which might only be 2 inches away. Aya raised her face looking at Arga sharply.
Arga nodded pointing at his right hand through the eye code. Because Aya was lazy to argue, Aya also took Arga's hand and put it on her forehead.
Arga then pulled Aya's hand to his body, his free left hand he used to hold Aya's body from behind. Arga kissed Aya's crown, long enough new he took it off. Aya could no longer hold back her tears. He hiccups. And the hiccup becomes more and more when Arga's hands wipe Aya's tears then pull Aya into his arms.
"I hate Arga." Aya's words interrupted her crying. His hand hit Arga's chest but Arga tightened his embrace.
"You can hate it, but not for too long. Her love will turn into love." Arga said with a smile.
Aya tries to escape from Arga's embrace, but can't. Finally Aya pinched the waist of Arga.
"Awww. sick dear, ouch. Dear off!" Arga complained of pain but still held on hugging Aya.
"Please hug mas Arga, or Aya will not stop pinching mas!"
"Awwww..awwww. ouch.. whoa, sick!"
"Eat, freelance!"
"MasyaaAllah" suddenly his father and mother entered the room. As Arga and Aya stood up, they both looked misbehaved.
"If you're friendly, don't forget the door is locked." Said Hutama's father staring at Arga with his sly smile.
Arga scratched his head that was not itchy, embarrassed also caught this way. Same with my own wife.
"We go down to dinner first, and then we'll talk." Said Hutama's father to Aya and walked out of the room followed by Andini's mother.
Aya folded her face and then folded the two prayer mats she had been wearing with Arga. She walked to the closet and took a house hijab inside and put it on.
"Tok wearing a hijab?" Arga protests because this is still in their room.
"Don't you like to see your wife's aura seen by your father's driver?" Ask Aya sewot.
Arga's smile.
"So you've now acknowledged our relationship?" Arga even teases Aya.
"If I could, right now I would divorce you." Aya answered and passed out of the room.
Degs...
Arga stood around to hear Aya's words just now. It hurts! That's how Arga feels right now. What is it like to love without being loved?
*****
Arga approached them at the dining table after a while he calmed the rumbling in his heart. He could not hide the look of sadness hanging on his face. No different from Aya, her condition was just as terrible.
Hutama's father and Andini's mother chose silence and ignored the scene. They all focus on finishing their dinner.
Arga stood up to leave the dining table. He felt that he could no longer bear the presence ignored Aya since then.
"Where are you going?" Ask her father to stop her steps.
"There was a little work, Arga forgot to finish." Arga answered without looking at his father.
"Same polite old man little young man, stare at his face." Said his father. He realized there was a problem between the two of them, but he did not like to see Arga's current attitude that seemed to have lost his spirit.
Arga turned to look at his father. His eyes are now red. "Sorry." Arga said briefly and then lowered his head. He now looks like a little boy caught his father has made a big mistake.
Aya who witnessed the scene in front of him was quite surprised to see the attitude of Arga who was so submissive in front of her father. He thought Arga would come back against his father, but he didn't. Aya felt guilty, maybe her words earlier so hurt Arga's feelings.
"Wait for us in the living room." His father's orders were firm. Arga simply nodded and walked lethargicly towards the living room.
His heart is now shaken. Aya's words were considered a rejection. Is this what you call a broken heart? It felt like just yesterday his heart was overflowing with happiness because he felt in love. But now the conditions are different. Apparently Arga was not prepared with a rejection. Her heart was broken, crushed, her chest felt like it was squeezed, can Arga cry right now?
