The Love of the Assistant

The Love of the Assistant
Chapters 26.26. A boost of encouragement for Jennie

Arlan took a deep breath. Her heart ached hearing her daughter's story. Although Jennie's figure sucks in the eyes of others, but for Arlan, her little girl is a proud figure.

Jennie grew up to be a good person in her own way. Since birth, she has lost the affection of her own mother. Even Arlan who never loved his ex-wife from the beginning never came close when he knew the baby was prepared as a tool to bind him.

But his mind was filled where when the innocent eyes of the innocent child always looked at him and called him papa. There is a different affection felt so that in the end Arlan is unable to stem his feelings and prefers to make the poor child happy.

Arlan did not even hesitate to bring little Jennie to just play in the park. Of course it's all out of Reni's knowledge.

Arlan just does not want if Jennie continues to be used by his ex-wife.

"Dad, is there a problem?"

Radit looked at the face of his father. The worried face was so obvious after the man turned off his call.

"Your sister is in danger. A few days ago, someone attacked him. Lucky his life is still helped because there are good people who help him."

"What??? but how can it be?. Hasn't Jennie been getting an escort?"

Arlan shook his head. Radit frowned. How could a conglomerate's daughter like Jennie not get an escort. As one of Darou's descendants, of course, Jennie also deserves it all like the King and also Joaquin sya, Jennie's half-brother. Not to mention, as the daughter of a Reni Daguan and the only granddaughter of Daguan Jennie should have enjoyed all of that. But again and again the facts make Radit increasingly sad against the fate of his half-brother.

"The Darou family never considered him a part of them. However, Jennie's presence they consider a threat. That's why, since the beginning of entering the family of his real daddy Jennie never get any facilities specifically for him. All are still under the watchful eye of his stepmother."

"Then, how is he doing now?"

"He's in a safe place for now, son. I'll ask Bram to help keep her safe, will you allow it?"

Radit frowned again.

"Why did you ask that?"

"Because I don't want any misunderstanding. I've considered Jennie as my own father's son, but I don't want you to feel like I don't respect you as my father's son. My sins to you are enormous, and during my life I may not be able to make up for it."

"Jennie and I had the same fate. We are victims of your selfishness. But, it's all over and Radit's never been in that trouble again. I am proud to have a good father. Never change anything because of my presence. I want you to be the good guy you've been all along."

"Thank you, kid. You have a good heart like your mother. Thanks."

Radit rubbed his father's shoulders proudly. He knows how hard Arlan's life has been.

Jennie hugged Rayyan's cell phone tightly. His heart calmed down a little after successfully talking to Arlan. Everything has been told without him covering up, how his circumstances and also where he is now.

"Thank you, I still have a very good Papa Arlan and want to accept me. I will rise up and fight as Papa Arlan said." Jennie wiped her tears.

The girl was determined that today was the last time she cried for her life. After this, Jennie is determined to improve her own life.

After a while he calmed himself down. Jennie went to the bathroom, cleaned herself up and went back out of the room to help Tyo.

At the kitchen table, Ronald who was talking to Mr. Tyo turned to look at Jennie's steps. The corner of the middle-aged man's lips was attracted to form a smile.

"Sore, Om."

Ronald nodded his head.

"Well, non Jennie can walk normally. Congratulations on non."

"It's thanks to the aunt and uncle who took care of Jen all this time."

"Ah non can only, it is our duty is not." Kelakar mr. Tyo.

"That's beside us delivering fried bananas to Den Rayyan and son Vino." Jennie nodded at Tyo's explanation.

"Sit down here, son. Sample Bu Tyo's fried banana, it tastes great." Ronald again took the fried banana available in a dish in front of him.

"Thank you, um."

"I'll excuse you if so, sir."

"Where are you going, sir?"

"You go to my son's house downstairs, you canterine the banana crop in the back garden for them." Obviously Mr. Tyo.

"Oh yes, please if so. Be careful sir."

Mr. Tyo passed by carrying a sack containing bananas for his grandchildren. Leave Jennie and Ronald in the kitchen.

"May I ask you something?"

Ronald opened his voice while looking at the girl sitting quietly beside him who was only one seat away.

"Yes please."

"What do you think young master Rayyan is?"

Ha

Jennie was speechless, not expecting that the man with the sturdy and dashing body would ask about Rayyan. At first he thought that the man would ask about his origin.

"Ehm, he's good. It's just that he's too stiff and cold. He is cute and also loud but behind it all he has a mysterious personality. Honestly, I don't know him very well." Jennie lowered her head, what she said was the real answer.

Ronald smiled faintly, the man put the half-fried banana back in his mouth. Chew it slowly before swallowing it.

"His life was very hard at his young age. He endured a lot of pain and was lucky to be met with good people until he grew up to be a good young man. His hard and cold nature was the defensive wall he had built to cover his fragility."

"Not many people know how a Rayyan was formed. His soul was not shaken it was already a miracle."

Jennie nodded slowly, much to the puzzle in her mind about who Rayyan really was. All he knew all along, Rayyan was just a trusted assistant to Raka Aditama.

"Hopefully, you can understand his sometimes harsh nature." Jennie nodded her head slowly.

"If you may know, who Ray's assistant is Om." Jennie's curiosity is huge.

Seeing Ronald's unusual appearance and the call that the middle-aged man made for Rayyan, made his curiosity even greater.

"He was a poor boy who had to bear the consequences of the harshness of life. One day you will know all you want. I hope you can help him keep fighting."

Jennie was only able to nod her head despite not fully understanding the intent of Ronald's words.

"Patience, someday I will tell you everything. For now you should focus on your recovery. After that, om will teach you some moves so you can protect yourself later. You want?"

"Of course, I want om. I don't want to trouble anyone else anymore. I want to get up and stand on my own two feet." Jennie nodded her head repeatedly enthusiastically.

Both are too busy talking to not realize there is a pair of eyes that continue to pay attention to their interactions.

"What are you watching?"

"Hem."

"Ckck, recurrence of dry kanebo disease." Vino shook his head and went back to enjoying the fried bananas without any more concern for Rayyan who was engrossed in her own world.
