S2 Operations
Erik soon meets Reyhan and talking about his wife's current condition, he asks Reyhan for help getting her twins out. Because it is also impossible, Erik will take the baby himself because he has to accompany Ella.
The operation will be carried out later at 10 am, Erik has asked Ella to fast. Ella's been given painkillers, so she can calm down a bit.
Erik has informed his parents, and his two children will be told if his twins have been born.
At 09:30 Erik pushes Ella's gurney into the operating room. She continues to be next to Ella as her surgery is about to begin, Ella begins to panic when she sees the anesthesiologist entering the room.

The sound of the ECG machine began to sound, Doctor Reyhan entered the operating room at exactly 09.55, he confirmed the condition of Ella, based on the report given by the nurse to him.
“Turn on the music let your wife calm down a little!” reyhan's orders to Erik, when he's about to start the operation. Erik, who was over Ella's head, continued to wipe Ella's tears, convincing his wife that everything would be fine.

Erik saw Reyhan lifting his first child, his lips slightly pulled upwards when he heard the sound of a small cry I had left from his baby daughter.
“She is beautiful, her hair is long, like you,” said Erik who described the baby so that Ella felt calm and relieved.
“But I didn't hear the sound of crying Mas?” Erik smiled briefly at Ella, then looked back at the baby.
“She made a sound, but it was very small, she was being cleaned by the nurse,” Erik explained as he looked at the baby girl the nurse was carrying into the incubator.
Five minutes later Doctor Reyhan again removed the baby from Ella's stomach, this time the baby was a loud manic, even her voice could fill the operating room, making Ella slightly smile thinly in the middle of her cries.
“Bring him to me!” ella orders when she hears the cry of her second baby.
“Patience, let it be cleaned first by the nurse,” explained Erik who tried to calm Ella. Erik then gave Reyhan a hand gesture asking Ella for her condition.
“Your wife is fine, even she can you hamili again after this,” candanya while lifting the placenta of baby Ella who is not intact anymore.
“Na ... bring here my baby!” erik orders the nurse to clean up Ella's baby. The nurse approached and handed the baby girl over to Ella's chest.
“Hai Dear .. welcome to the world, welcome to the Ramones.” family Erik smiled happily when he heard Ella's words.

The nurse immediately took over the baby Ella had brought, the baby was not identical twins, had no similarity in face shape. Even his posture also looks different. But both are female.
Erik immediately moved to the treatment room after the surgery was completed. He looked at his two parents who were already waiting in the room with a worried feeling.
“How? What happened?” jihan asked who looked panicked as he approached the seat of his two children.
“No papa Ma, everything is fine, the baby has been successfully removed, just waiting for the nurse to deliver it,” explained Erik who had finished moving Ella to the bed of the room.

The afternoon after his parents came home, Erik faithfully wiped Ella's sticky body, because after the morning walk he had not taken a bath at all. Both babies are still in incubators. Only occasionally did Erik come to the nursery, afraid that someone would change the baby.
Post-operative care is not easy, fortunately Erik is experienced in taking care of it, so he does not need to ask for help from other nurses.
In the evening Kalun and Riella come to the hospital, after they were called by Erik, accompanied by Damar and Sashi who were there at the time, because of reading Erik's status stating that the arrival of a new member. Ella and Erik's baby are in the room now, because Ella always asks to move the baby, but the baby is put in the incubator, so it's warmer.
Riella and Kalun continued to look at her two younger siblings who were in bed, her sister was only dressed in diapers by nurses. Riella continues to whine asking Erik to put her baby in Riella's lap, making Erik feel furious at himself with his daughter.

He was tired for a day and could not rest after Ella's surgery, and now he heard the whining of his daughter, making his head look like it was going to break.
“Riella and Kalun come home yes, pity Mama is sick, sister also can not be carried,” persuaded Erik who was sitting on the sofa, and, where the two children were enjoying the donuts that his parents had brought.
“Tomorrow Papa and Mama go home right?” ask Riella to make sure.

Erik just fell silent while thinking about Riella's words. He looked towards Ella who nodded to follow Riella's words. But he couldn't leave Ella alone, and even to sit down, his wife needed help from him. What if at midnight her son cries for Asi.
