Nissa was sitting on a chair in front of a hospital's surgical poly room. A week he had been undergoing treatment at home and today was Nissa's schedule for further examinations.

Nissa looked around. There is the envy of seeing other patients accompanied by their closest person. While he was alone here, there was no one to accompany him. It is sad, Nissa feels lonely in the midst of crowded visitors at this hospital.

"Annissa Nur Hafizah" exclaimed one of the nurses from behind the door of the examination room in front of her.

"I, sister,"

"Let's go in, the doctor is waiting" the nurse said kindly.

Nissa put her foot inside. A middle-aged man in glasses sat down while smiling at him.

"Annissa?"

"Right, doc," he answered.

"There are complaints during home treatment?" ask the doctor.

"It only hurts when I walk" he replied.

"Of course, it's because the wound is still wet. As long as there is no bleeding in the wound, it is not a problem" explained the doctor.

Nissa nodded her head in a sign that she understood it. Then the doctor asked Nissa to go up to the gurney. He then asked his assistant to help Nissa up and lay there.

The doctor examined the stitches in Nissa's abdomen carefully, whether there was an infection or not.

"Yes, the stitches are getting dry. You take good care of your wounds. I saw no infection in this wound" explained the doctor.

Then he changed the bandage on the wound after applying a special cream to help the healing process and avoid the risk of infection.

"The salves still exist?" ask the doctor.

"Still, doc. There's still a little bit" replied Nissa.

"Then I will prescribe again" said the doctor.

After finishing Nissa came down from the top of the gurney aided by a doctor's assistant. Nissa then sat in the chair provided to the patient right opposite the doctor's chair.

"Who are you here with?"

"Only by yourself, doc," he replied.

The doctor was stunned to hear Nissa's reply. He was surprised to learn that Nissa had gone to the examination alone.

"Then what about your husband? Why didn't he come with you?" asked the doctor, from his tone he looked a little annoyed at once pity.

"Doctor was wrong, I'm not married" replied Nissa. There was a sense of awkwardness when he said it.

"Who's that fucked-up guy then?"

"Oh, Mr Ardian mean doctor? He's my employer, doc," answered Nissa honestly.

"Employer? I guess he's your husband, because when I saw him after the surgery was over he looked really worried,"

Nissa frowned. Worrying? Is it not wrong? Right now I have to act like a ghost. Ck, that sucks.

"Then, this is a prescription medication that you should take. There are pain relievers and antibiotics to reduce the risk of infection in the wound. You need to use these antibiotics. But do not spend it in one drink, look at the dose," explained the doctor as well as joking at Nissa.

Nissa chuckles. "Yes, doc,"

"I have also prescribed ointment, use it twice a day. Don't forget to change the bandages regularly,"

"Good, doc,"

"Is there anything you want to ask again?"

"No, doc. I already understand it" Nissa said with a smile.

"Please go home, but in a week, come here" the doctor ordered.

"Thank you, doc. Excuse me, then" said Nissa.

Nissa came out of the room and walked slowly to the hospital dispensary. While inside the doctor unceasingly praised Nissa's toughness in front of her assistant and nurse.

Ardian sighed harshly when he saw his sister's behavior. Verica Sanjaya, the spoiled girl is now in the room of her brother. He struggled on Ardian's arm, asking the man to bring him together with his brother's bodyguard who was willing to be injured to protect him.

"So you left your lecture in J town just to meet my bodyguard?" ask Ardian.

Ica nodded. "If it wasn't for a mean mother, I might have left my college,"

"Truely, usually if mom tells you to do something you always argue with her. Why do you want to obey this time?" ask Ardian.

He believes there is a certain purpose behind his coming here. Because with her stubbornness it is impossible for Ica to leave the lecture if there is nothing. Moreover, he really wants to become a lawyer, he used to run away when he wanted to continue his studies in the city of J rejected by his father and mother.

"Let's say, what do you mean come here?" asked Ardian probing, he glanced intently at the girl beside him.

"I want to ask for help with my most handsome brother," he replied spoiled as he rolled his eyes.

Ardian chuckled amusedly, this time what his sister wanted.

"What kind of cute sister would you like to ask for help?" asked Ardian gently, he also mengoel cheek Ica.

"My girlfriend wanted me to introduce her to our family, but I'm still not ready" Ica said.

"Aren't ready why? Wouldn't it be nice if there was someone who would get to know your family closer. That means he's serious" said Ardian while knocking Ica's eel.

"My boyfriend is ugly, brother. I'm afraid that he will be rejected by father and mother" said Ica again, now he lowered his head.

"If she's ugly why would you want to date her?" ask Ardian wonder.

"Because I love him, brother. You know, I was there always looking geeky, even I like to pretend to look poor in front of my friends. But he always accompanied me, helped me. Even he took care of me when I was sick, he was willing to buy me expensive food at restaurants so I could be happy. While my other friends only want to approach me if there is a lecture assignment," explained Ica.

Ardian stroked his sister's head. "That means he really loves you. Such a man was already extremely rare. So I want to see him soon,"

"But, brother. I'm not ready yet,"

"Don't act like that. If you love him too, introduce him to mom and dad. Brother is sure they will accept whomever you choose as long as you are happy," Ardian stared at his sister intensely.

Ica slammed into Ardian's arms. He is very happy to be able to bring out his colleagues all this time. It's nice to have a sister who can protect and nurture like Ardian.

The door of the room is open. Looks like a sexy-dressed woman went inside without permission first.

"Darling!" Thalita exclaimed until the pair of brothers who were hugging were shocked.

Thalita's eyes were perfectly rounded looking at the scene in front of him. Intentions want to give a surprise, but even he who is now surprised.

"Dear, explain it to me. Who is this woman? Is she your other lady?" thalita asked while pointing at Ica. His face was now flushed with anger.

Thalita looked at Ica and Ardian alternately, she stared furiously.
