Bruukks
I just got out of the car when someone hit me from behind. Instantly I turned and found a woman as tall as my chest lowered her head.
"If you go with caution" I said softly, I knew the girl was terrified because she said*****hose shirt ends and lowered her head not to look at me.
"Ma.sorry mas. Sa.. I'm not se.intentionally hit mas," he said. His voice shakes withstanding fear.
"Mister, don't be afraid. I'm not asking for compensation" I said, holding both shoulders.
The girl slowly raised her face slowly. Well-favoured. One word for him. But he looks like he's worried about something.
"Once again I'm sorry, I really did not accidentally" said the girl.
After that he immediately ran away leaving me who was still standing alone in this parking lot.
I walked slowly to the main door of the hotel, enjoying the beautiful view around the hotel. The gardener I hired to beautify the garden in front of this hotel really did his job well. It is not in vain that I pay them dearly.
When I got to the hotel lobby I saw Dadang, one of the security guards was fighting with a girl.
"That girl who hit me earlier," I muttered inwardly.
I also walked closer to them. I don't know why my heart beats when I see that girl. The girl wearing a plain white T-shirt and jeans immediately stopped arguing with Dadang and looked at me.
"Ekhemm.." I cleared my throat to make Dadang aware of my presence.
Dadang turned his body, he then slightly lowered his body.
"Good morning Mr. Ardian" he said politely.
"Can you please explain the commotion that's going on here?" ask her.
"Look sir, this woman claimed to be the daughter of Mr. Haris, one of the chefs in the hotel restaurant and forced to enter the hotel ballroom," replied Dadang firmly.
"Then?"
"As you know today will be held the wedding reception of the mayor's daughter in the hotel ballroom, and only those who carry invitation cards are allowed to enter" replied Dadang again full of decisiveness.
"What does this have to do with Haris?" ask again.
"Pak Haris is the chef responsible for serving our hotel's restaurant menu at this wedding reception, sir,"
I then turned my eyes to the girl who claimed to be chef Haris' daughter, the girl who accidentally bumped into me in the parking lot earlier.
"Sorry in advance, why do you want to get into the ballroom of this hotel?" ask the girl.
"I want to see my father, I have to tell my father immediately, my mother has a heart attack and is being treated in the ICU" he said. "But this father forbade me," while pointing to Dadang.
Her face was pouting, but it even added a sweet impression to her.
"We apologize for hurting your feelings, but the security guard at this hotel just follows the rules" I said gently but still had to show a professional attitude.
"Why don't you call chef Haris on your phone? Or call the hotel's kitchen resto?" my many. The kitchen of this hotel restaurant does provide a telephone that can be used for the family of restaurant employees if there is an urgent matter.
"Dad forgot to bring his phone, and I don't know the kitchen number of the restaurant" he replied.
The girl looked down, seconds later I saw a drop of clear liquid falling on the floor. Apparently the girl was crying.
"Hey.. Oi.. Calm down, don't cry" I tried to calm her down while holding both shoulders.
"What's your name?" my many.
"A..Ana," he answered stammeringly.
"Well, Ana, you follow me. We'll meet your father" I said, smiling and looking into his eyes.
Degs..
What this feeling is, what a strange feeling, I've never felt before. His eyes hypnotized me. I feel soaring.
"Are you really going to help me?" his tanya roused me from my daydreams.
I saw the twinkle of happiness in his eyes. Ah, these eyes again.
"True, now follow me," I ordered him.
I'm heading to the kitchen of the hotel restaurant. The distance from the hotel lobby to the restaurant kitchen is not far, maybe only about forty to fifty meters.
"Thank you for helping me" Ana said on our way.
"No doubt, it is my duty to help the employees of this hotel, including his family," I said with a smile.
While Ana was silent, she smiled at me. Her smile was beautiful in my eyes.
I immediately met Risma, she was the manager of the hotel restaurant. I then explained the situation to Risma, the woman who was three years older than me understood the situation and immediately asked one of the servants to call chef Haris who was currently in the hotel ballroom.
A few minutes later chef Haris arrives, surprised to see Ana here.
"Ana, what's going on?" ask chef Haris.
Ana, who was asked not to answer, hugged the father, and cried as much as she could.
"Ana, calm yourself." Chef Haris tries to calm Ana down, gently stroking her daughter's back.
"Take it easy, if you cry how you know what's going on, dad,"
Before long Ana's cry subsided, she held her father's hand.
"Mothers.. Mom had a heart attack. Now that mom is being treated in the ICU room," Ana begins to explain.
Chef Haris was surprised, he could not cover the anxiety on his face. I know how he feels. He must be confused, between wanting to go to the hospital or staying at the hotel. Especially today the mayor held his son's wedding reception in the ballroom of this hotel, and Chef Haris was in charge of the menu of the event.
"If you want to go to the hospital, I won't forbid it sir" I told chef Haris.
Chef Haris looked at me sharply, there was disbelief on his face. He is also like a confused person.
"What about the mayor's daughter's wedding reception?" chef Haris asked as he looked at me, his gaze turning heartily.
"Let's just relax, sir, if you forget our restaurant has some reliable chefs who can be relied upon, for example chef Tika," I explained to chef Haris so that he did not feel guilty and worried.
"What Mr. Ardian said was right chef," Risma added.
Chef Haris looked back at me, then smiled.
"Thank you for understanding sir, ma'am," he said. "Then I will go to the hospital to see my wife. Thanks again" he said again.
Me and Risma could only smile. Chef Haris then took Ana out of the restaurant. They passed the hotel lobby. I drove her to the lobby before they went through the main door of the hotel Ana looked back. His eyes looked into my eyes, then he smiled as he thanked her through the movement of his lips.
Degs..
This heart is back pounding incoherently. Gee whiz... What the hell happened to me?
