The Little Wife of the President

The Little Wife of the President
Chapters 18. Gonna marry Kailla

In the car Pram was seen busy contacting David to take care of cooperation with Anita company. After his affair with David was over, he tried to close his eyes for a moment. I don't know, Anita's emergence drains the mind so she ignores Kailla. These two days, he hasn't contacted Kailla at all. How's that spoiled kid doing? Did Kailla make trouble again? There were a lot of questions on his mind. These few days his mind is divided, so that his brain does not have time to think at all about his future wife.

“ Ah, I miss that little girl.”

Pram's biggest smile is remembering Kailla. It felt like just yesterday, when the doctor showed the newborn red baby in front of him. He was the only one who welcomed Kailla into the world at the time. Mama Kailla was pronounced dead shortly after Kailla was born, while Mr Riadi himself was abroad to take care of his business. She still remembers clearly how awkward it was when the nurse placed the still-red baby Kailla with wrinkled skin into her sling for the first time.

“I've been really looking after my soul mate since he was born. It never occurred to me that the baby would eventually become my wife.”

The time has shown at 13:00 pm, when Pram's car entered the courtyard of Riadi Dirgantara's house. Pram plans to meet Mr. Riadi to discuss his relationship with Kailla. Along the way from Bandung to the capital, Pram had been thinking about what he should do to protect Kailla.

Anita's current appearance really worried her. He fears Kailla will become a victim of his love story with Anita. What else this matter has to do with Mr. Riadi. Anita increasingly has a compelling reason to hurt the spoiled girl.

“Bu Sari, Mr any?” ask Pram as soon as he enters the house. It just so happened that the housekeeper was in the living room when Pram came in.

“There, Sir. Mr. is in the workspace,” said Bu Sari. Pram rushed to Pak Riadi's study without asking any further.

A soft knock on the door as the back of Pram's hand hit the dark brown wooden door. “Presdir, it's me Pram,” call him in between beats.

“Log in!” There was a faint sound of an old man inviting.

“Happy Afternoon, President,” greet Pram when stepping foot into Riadi's workspace. It seemed that the man at the end of the sixty years was sitting in his great chair. In front of him was a pile of files to be signed.

“Oh, you are Pram. Please sit down,” said Mr. Riadi invited his guests to sit across the table. It was seen that Mr. Riadi took off his glasses while massaging the base of his nose, then leaned on the back of the chair.

“How, Pram? Project in Bandung no problem?” tanyanya opened the conversation

“It's done, President.” Pram answered briefly while trying to be calm before conveying his wish.

There were actually doubts, although he was sure that his decision this time would definitely make the old man before him smile happily. They both know how much Riadi wants to see Pram marry Kailla as soon as possible, even, since two years ago Riadi is always urgent.

“Good. You can go back to the office then. There will be a company anniversary celebration next week. Please take care, Pram,” said Mr. Riadi.

Pram nodded, “Presdir, there's something I want to say.” Pram seemed hesitant, trying to sigh to calm down.

Mr. Riadi looked directly at Pram, confirming his sitting position.

"Unusually! Looks like there's a serious problem Pram.” wants to talk about The old man nodded.

“Good. What's the problem, Pram?” ask Mr. Riadi.

“I will marry Kailla in the near future,” Pram said steadily. Instantly made Mr. Riadi astonished. Strange according to him. Usually he forces Pram to rush to get married, the child in front of him will flinch and stall for various reasons. However, this time Pram suddenly came with the determination to say he wanted to marry Kailla as soon as possible.

Mr. Riadi who was serious about listening to Pram suddenly laughed, trying to make sure Pram's speech was not wrong.

“Why?” ask Mr. Riadi briefly.

Pram. “No excuses. It's just that I thought by marrying her, I was more free to take care of her.”

“You sure it's just that?” ask Mr. Riadi again to make sure. There was a hint of suspicious gouging among his happy roar.

Pram looks to nod. It is impossible to say frankly that Anita now appears again in their lives. Surely it will make the burden of the mind of his future father-in-law increasing.

“Good. At the company's anniversary celebration later, I will announce your engagement to Kailla, as well as your appointment as the new President,” explained Mr. Riadi.

“There again?” ask him on Pram.

“After this, I will pick up Kailla at the campus and take her to her mother's grave. I want to ask for Rania's blessing,” said Pram.

Mr. Riadi smiled, stood up from his seat and approached Pram.

“Come!” he said while embracing Pram.

“Finally you will truly be my son. From now on call me Daddy, just like Kailla called me,” said Mr. Riadi while patting Pram on the back. He is really happy at this moment, soon his hope will be achieved. The eyes closed, seen sending prayers in the heart.

“I hope I didn't choose you wrong. I hope I'm not mistaken to leave my daughter to you, Pram.”

“Alright, then excuse me first. I have to pick up Kailla now,” says Pram.

Pram stopped his car, not far from the campus gate and chose to wait for Kailla while leaning on the car door. With sunglasses and a casual suit, Pram looked increasingly handsome and dashing. Anyone would definitely not have expected that handsome man had already entered the age of four heads.

The presence of Pram that afternoon in front of the campus gate was able to steal the attention of the students who had since stolen a glance every past him, not even a few who tried to spread the charm. However, Pram seemed unaffected and chose to play his phone to fill the time.

“Siang, Sir,” greet Sam who has just returned from lunch at the front campus shop. Once back in the car, he accidentally saw Pram who was standing next to the car. Keeping the question in his heart, the assistant frowned in surprise. It's not usually Pram to pick up Kailla suddenly like this. Usually the mature man would tell her first.

“Oh yes, Sam. I forgot to tell you. This afternoon Kailla will come home with me. You can return to Mr. Riadi's house,” explained Pram.

“Good, Sir.” Sam answered briefly, in his heart already cheering. At least he can rest from serving the mischief of the master's daughter who sometimes makes it difficult on his own.

Before long, the awaited one appeared. It appears that Kailla is circulating the view, looking for Sam's whereabouts. Usually the assistant and driver will wait for him at the campus gate. Sometimes while talking to security guards or teasing students passing by. However, Kailla had not found Sam's shadow at all.

Grunting, Kailla pulled out her phone from inside the sling bag that was hanging through her chest.

Deg—

Kaila's eyes accidentally catch the whereabouts of Pram who is standing not far from her. Lips tightly closed with frowns were suddenly opened wide and smiled. He immediately ran towards Pram.

“Oh my God, my credit card,” Kailla said as she struggled on Pram's arm. Sekapnya tightly stocky arms while sweetly spoiled.

Pram's fingers landed on Kailla's forehead as usual. Pram smiled got a sweet welcome from Kailla.

“Jeez, Om. Just met, already got a sentilan death.” Kailla said as she massaged her reddened forehead because of Pram's actions. The frown came again.

“You didn't miss me?” pram asked with a smile looking at the pouting Kailla.
