Chapters 14. Memories of the Past Om

Flashback.

Looks like two lovers are still hugging affectionately on the bed after their new hot struggle. Yes, they are Pram and Anita. Anita is still curled spoiled in Pram's arms which are still both plain and only covered in a thick blanket. Their clothes were still on the floor of the hotel room.

“Rey, shouldn't we just get married? I feel guilty and guilty for my family in the village.” Anita said while confirming the location of the blanket covering her innocent body.

“Alright, later I will come to your parents to propose. I have a little savings that could be used for a wedding. We talk again later,” said Pram kissed Anita's lips at a glance. It is seen that he took Anita's clothes scattered on the floor and put her on the bed.

Anita is unpacking a cardboard box that contains her memories with Pram. There are photos, Pram gifts are still neatly stored in it. Anita took a few photos and smiled cynically.

“I purposely kept all this, so that at all times I could remember all the wounds you inflicted on me and my family. That day is drawing near, the day I can avenge all my heartache, your humiliation of my family. We have sacrificed a lot."

"Dad, I'm sorry. I had to wait a long time for the heartache and disappointment I felt. I know, you left this world full of wounds in your heart. I promise you, they'll feel what you feel. They have to pay for everything!"

After cleaning up all the photos and memories with Pram, Anita called someone.

“Please find out more information about Reynaldi Pratama and Riadi Dirgantara. Who is his family, relatives or colleagues. I need as detailed and reliable information as possible. I will pay dearly for all the information you provide!” anita orders to the person across the phone.

“Riadi Dirgantara, you will feel what we feel.”

Anita still vividly remembers how the beginning of her family's destruction began

It was three days before the wedding, he received a letter from Pram that someone entrusted to him. In the letter, Pram reported that he could not come and marry Anita because their wedding plans had been known by Mr. Riadi. “Nak, let's find him in town. I will accompany you,” said Anita's father at the time.

Anita knew that day her father was devastated. Two days later, they left for Jakarta to find Pram. As soon as they reached the residence of Mr. Riadi, their disappointment grew. Instead of successfully meeting with Pram and getting clarity, they got insults from Mr. Riadi. Mr. Riadi threw a pile of money in front of Anita and her father. Mr. Riadi also asked Anita to stay away from Pram, because according to Mr. Riadi, Anita does not deserve to be Pram's wife.

Not until there, Mr. Riadi still asked security to expel them like beggars. There Anita saw how devastated her father was. All the way home from Jakarta-Bandung, his father did not want to talk. Once in the village, things got complicated. When his family is insulted by neighbors and relatives.

Not long after that, his father became ill. No one can sustain their family's economy. His mother had to work odd jobs. Not to mention Anita at that time still had a little brother and a school. Almost every night his mother cried every time they fell asleep. Anita also has not continued her studies, but is one step away from graduation. His life was ruined without a purpose.
