Chapter 2: Knight School part 9

"Where am I ?" I said, waking up in bed

My name is Bagas 16. I was confused as to why I was in my room, when I was at school talking to Kahfi.

"Ohh... Apparently you're awake" replied Yasir's uncle

"What happened uncle ?" ask me

"You passed out while studying at school, and Andre brought you here" replied Yasir's uncle

"I don't see Andre here" I said

"It looks like he has a quest, and for a while he won't be coming home" said Yasir's uncle

"So that's it" I answered

"You better rest first, your body looks weak. There's soup at the table, eat it !" said uncle Yasir

I picked up the soup on the table, right next to me.

I ate this soup. This soup feels warm and so delicious, I think this is made by Amdre for me.

"This soup is delicious. Did Andre do it ?" ask me

"Yes, Andre made it for you" replied Yasir's uncle

"Well, I will leave you" said uncle Yasir, hurrying away from my room

"Ahhhhh... Wait a minute" I said, stopping Uncle Yasir's steps

"What's up, son ?" ask uncle Yasir

"Thank you for taking care of me" I replied

"Not to mind, it has become the duty of a father, even though I am not your real father" said uncle Yasir, hurrying away

I finished my soup, and was thinking about the events of the time I was half conscious. I remember Andre was holding me, he spoke to himself while carrying me.

"Sorry Bagas, for a while I won't be by your side. I got a pretty dangerous quest, but I promise to go home and see you back" said Andre, holding me home

Those are the words Andre said that I remember, when I was carried by him.

"I don't think I can sleep. I better get some fresh air outside" I said, rushing out of the room even though my whole body was so limp

I'm heading to the balcony, where the wind blows.

"Gee. It turned out to be night, it seemed like I had fainted for quite a while" I said, looking up at the sky on the balcony

The wind blows so favourably around my body.

"This place is so quiet" I said, burning a cigarette, and seeing the direction of the city filled with lights

"Andre, I hope you're okay with your quest" I said, smoking a cigarette

When I enjoyed the night so calm, suddenly the wind felt very strong blowing.

"Hmmm, the wind is a little strange" I said

"A.... My cigarette" I said, watching the cigarette I was holding fall to the ground

The night was very dark, accompanied by a very strong wind.

"Darkness.." I said.

When I looked up at the sky, I saw something so big it was bright white, had scales on its body.

I could not see anything, my gaze was covered by it, because of its enormous body.

The creature crossed the palace of uncle Yasir. It was so big it was white, had scales, and I was silent because I knew it was actually a dragon.

We both left the balcony and went to my room.

Arriving there, Yasir's uncle's face looked faint.

"So what do you want to talk about ?" ask me, sit on the bed

"School tomorrow will be released, because the top knights are busy" said Yasir's uncle

"Because some of them are running quests" replied Yasir's uncle

"Quest ?" ask me

Uncle Yasir left in the room. I thought of something. This felt strange, why uncle Yasir was unaware of the dragon.

I hurried to sleep on my bed.

Next morning.

"Ehhh... I forgot breakfast" I said, rushing out of the room and heading to the dining room

I looked around and met some servants, but did not meet Yanto. Who usually escorts this palace while eating.

"Hmmm, it looks like he's taking part in the quest as well" I said, heading towards the place to eat

Once there, Yasir's uncle was already at the dining table, and several servants stood by the wall.

I'm heading to the dining table, I see there's soup for me.

"Why should I eat soup again, uncle" I said

"Body I'm still weak. So you have to eat warm" replied uncle Yasir

"Ciii... I want that chicken" I said, taking the fried chicken

"Eh... Why did you take my chicken" said uncle Yasir, trying to take his chicken back

As usual, I licked all this fried chicken, and made Uncle Yasir not so take it back.

"Yes, you eat it" said Yasir's uncle

We both started breakfast quietly.

"Wowabuwgahah ?" I said, chewing fried chicken

"I told you how many times. If you talk later, finish your meal first" said Yasir's uncle

When I eat, I look around. The waiters in the dining room smiled at me. Including that servant uncle who trained me in sword techniques.

"Ahhhhh... Satisfied" I said, putting a bowl of soup on the table

"So what did you want to talk about ?" uncle Yasir asked, cleaning his mouth with a cloth

"Where is the knight horse ?" ask me

"It's okay" I replied

"That's why I'm going to go into my room first" I said, rushing away from the dinner table

On the way to my room. I kept thinking about the story that Yasir's uncle had just told me.

I was on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view of the city from this balcony, with a cigarette.
