Chapter 2: Knight School part 7

My name is Andre, 16 years old. Looking from a distance towards the school fence, there are already Bagas, Tiara, and some others. Bagas is seen holding Tiara's hair casually.

Actually I wanted to go back to school, but since I saw Bagas was fine, I decided to go back home.

On the way home, my mind was always thinking about Bagas' safety.

"Do I have to tell him, about this quest ?" say me

"Again they looked at me. It's so hard, I better get home soon" I said, looking around the streets

I avoided them and immediately went home.

Arriving at home, I saw Yanto coming out of the palace.

I didn't want to say hello, because I'm sure he'll take me again to join his party.

Yanto was no longer visible from a distance. I rushed inside.

I saw Dad at the dinner table, he seemed a little confused. My hunch says that Yanto told my father about this quest.

"Ohh... My son, you're home" my father said

I rushed to the dining table, and sat flat in front of my father.

"It looks like Yanto has told me, I better not tell him anymore" I said

"Yes... Yanto has told me this quest, he looks like he is very busy preparing goods for travel" replied my father

"Heyy My son, why don't you join Yanto's party?, instead it's safer to be with them. You are rarely alone in running a quest, let alone a very dangerous quest" said my father

"Dad knows you're strong, but there's a limit for you too. I'm just afraid you're why on this quest" my father said

"Wait son, what about Bagas?, do you want to party with him ?" ask my father

Although she looks so cheerful in front of people but when she is alone, she is seen several times emitting tears, and looking towards the sky. I always see him when he's on the balcony alone. He always kept her alone" I replied

When the incident where both parents Bagas killed by the devil. He never cried for the departure of his parents in front of people, Bagas always kept him alone until no one knew. Even then he had a fight with Yanto, when my father and Yanto picked him up in the village.

"Hey, you are a real human being, no?, why do you look so cheerful when both of your parents have just been killed" Yanto told Bagas, aged 8

"Why grieve?, if I cry loudly, my parents are not alive anymore, they have been killed by the devil" said Bagas, calmly peeling

"Braven brat !!!" yanto said, he looked emotional, and immediately he hit the face of Bagas who was still a child

Cough (sound blow)

Bagas fell on the ground, his face bleeding.

"Sakitt's.... What are you doing knight horse ? you are fighting yaaa" said Bagas

"Hey... Yanto you're overreacting" my father said

"I'm sorry, sire" replied Yanto, rushing out of this palace

Father delivered Bagas to his room, and treated his wounds.

"It hurts my uncle" Bagas told my father

"Are you really not why why kid ?" asked my father, he was still a little when he saw the bodies of the two parents Bagas

"Just calm down, I'm strong" Bagas replied, with a smile

"I'm sorry son, I couldn't save those two people" my father said

"No. It's not uncle's fault, it's the devil's swing's fault. Because I killed both my parents" said Bagas

My father was seen crying so hard when he saw Bagas' face.

Since my father was not strong to hold back his grief, he decided to get out of Bagas' room.

"I'm sorry, I didn't keep my promise" I said, to Bagas, who was wrapped in his face

"Ehh... It's not your fault Andre, our promise is still continuing" Bagas replied

"Thank Bagas. You better get some rest" I said, hurrying away from Bagas' room

Actually I also felt sadness, when I knew where uncle sam and aunt elsa were killed by the demon. But I can still be thankful that my only friend is alive.

Seen some servants and maids grieve, because Uncle Sam is very good his man towards them.

I approached my father, and suddenly my father hugged me tightly, as if he would not want to lose his loved ones.

A few minutes later.

I decided to go back to Bagas' room.

When he got there, the door was closed.

I decided to go back to my room, but when I tried to go back. I heard a voice from behind the wall of Bagas' room.

I heard the sound of crying from Bagas, behind this wall.

"Father mother. I'm sorry, I can't protect you. I promised Andre to be the protector of mankind. But I was unable to save you from that swing demon. Once again I'm sorry I'm mom's dad" said Bagas, behind the wall

I heard Bagas saying behind this wall, it looked as if he was saddened by the deaths of his parents.

"From now on I'll live without you, mom's dad. But I promised myself that I would protect my loved ones, even if it was just a smile. Looks like I'll be taken care of by uncle Yasir, I promise I won't be wayward to him anymore. Father mother, may you be about there in nature" said Bagas, shedding so many tears

From then on, I learned that Bagas looked at his feelings alone.

I met Bagas when I was 7 years old, where he came with his father to this palace, to meet my father.

He follows me everywhere, and always invites me to play with him.

"Let's play" said the boy

I ignored her again, and immediately went away from her. But again he appeared before me. I hid in one of the rooms of this palace.

"Heeey... Ayuuk playing" said the boy

I kept ignoring her, and rushed away.

He always found me in this palace. Because I was so angry at hearing what he said and he always followed me. I finally decided to kick her, and made her stop to follow me.

Buuk (collision sound)

I kicked quite tight, his head hit the wall.

The blood on the back of his head started to come out.

"Never follow me again" I said to him who was falling

It seemed like father and some servants heard the voice.

"Hey Bagas's. Are you okay ?" said Uncle Sam, holding Bagas

"I'm fine. I just slipped while playing with her" Bagas replied, with his smile

I hurried off and left her.

A few minutes later.

I was in my room, reading a book called "Hero".

Someone broke down my bedroom door.

And it turns out that guy was the kid I kicked earlier.

He was seen wearing a bandage wound on his head.

"Let's play" said the boy approaching me

I've been exhausted to face this boy. He always invited me to play.

"Have stopped asking me to play" I replied

"don't want. I want to play with you" the boy said

"(The stubborn boy)" I said

"My name is Bagas, I'll play with you" said the boy, introducing himself

Since I was so cape to see him continue, I decided to play with him.

"So what do you want to play ?" ask me

"Hmmm... What if the hide and seek, you take care" replied Bagas

"Haaa... I'm the one guarding ?" say me

"Hooh, you take care" Bagas replied

"Why should I take care of you ?" ask me

"I was looking after you, and I managed to find you several times" Bagas replied

"All right" I said

"That's why I will curse, hehehehe" said Bagas, with a smile

He immediately ran out of my room.

I ignored him, and immediately continued reading my book.

Finally the boy did not bother me anymore, I am quite calm now reading this book.

"Huffa... Finally, calm down" I said

I continue reading this book. Until time goes on peacefully.

A few hours later.

"(Ehh.... He didn't really show up in front of me anymore)" I said, looking a little panicked as I read the book

"Open this is good, and I can continue reading this book" I said, trying to continue reading the remaining book a little more

"But what if he's really waiting for me" I said

"I don't care" I said, continuing to read the book

I put the book down, and rushed to find it.

I searched some rooms, but didn't find them.

A few minutes later.

I did not find him at all, but I searched all the rooms in this palace.

I asked one of the maids about her whereabouts. But the maid didn't know it.

"What are you doing here, young master ?" said Yanto, who suddenly appeared

"I was looking for a boy of this height, and dressed in white" I replied, to Yanto

"Hmmm. If it's not wrong I saw him running out of this palace. But that was quite a while ago, about 1 hour ago. What's the matter young master ?" yanto

"It's okay" I replied

I rushed out of this palace and looked for him.

"Ah... Very inconvenient. It's so vast, how do I look for him" I said, looking around the city

I kept running around looking for the boy, the corner of every corner of town I searched, but found nothing.

I finally found a clue in one of those places called the theater.

I walked into this building, and seeing the stage so big, there was a little girl dancing.

I tried to ask the guard about where the boy was, and the guard said that the boy had come here but he was a little upset about getting on stage in his dirty clothes. Then we all sent the guards to throw him out.

"Ciihh." I said, rushing out.

I searched around this theater building, but I didn't find it.

A few minutes later, I found him. He was standing facing one of the buildings called the guild.

I walked up to her, her eyes constantly facing the building.

Some people saw him, because maybe the clothes he was wearing were very dirty with the ground, and bandages on his head.

"I finally found you" I said, to her

He ignored me, and kept looking at the building.

"Hey... The emblem looks cool right" Bagas said to me

"Yes. That is the coat of arms of the knight" said I, who followed the emblem

"Knight ?" ask bagas

"Knight is a protector to protect mankind from demons and monsters, they protect with their own lives" I replied

"I will be a knight, to protect this human race" said Bagas, looking at me and smiling.

"My name is Andre, your name is ?" said I introduce myself

"I Bagas. The one who will protect you and mankind" Bagas replied, with his smile

"Protect me ? Hahahaha" my laughter

For the first time in my life I laughed.

"Of course, I am strong hahahaha" Bagas replied

"You see, I will also be a knight to protect you" I said

"Why just protect me ? what about humanity ?" ask Bagas, to me

"Let's go. It was very troublesome to protect mankind" I replied

"You are so greedy to me" said Bagas

"Hahaha, you're a strange person" I said.

That's where I met Bagas, since then I've been friends with him, until now. I trust him, and he trusts me.
