Chapter.20 Young CEO Coming
Like Ali and John from Pedro's headquarters, they traveled around the city of Metrohills to see the atmosphere of the city he had just entered a few days ago.
The post post where their troops were stationed did not forget they stopped by to give them new instruction instructions.Too much work was delayed these few months because the underground movement they were investigating was very slippery to make them very minimal in getting information.

A young man dressed in a black and white suit enters the office lobby of the MetroHills branch of the Algaritma Group.
Ali who that morning did not ask John to accompany him deliberately dressed ordinary without wearing a suit because he did not want to look flashy.
"good morning deck! is there an appointment?" greet a security guard who guards the lobby door.
"already sir!" reply Ali briefly.
"alright! please enter!" the security official invited Ali in.
"thank you sir!" ali answered while walking in.
"there are still people who are competent with their work!" ali said in his heart.
Ali who saw the atmosphere around him still looks empty even though the day has gone by finally decided to sit first in the lobby chair.
Only a few lowly employees were seen back and forth that morning and several OBs were mopping the floor, even the receptionist had not revealed his nose.
Moments later it began to look some people enter who did not care about the presence of Ali there.
Judging from the way the clothes may be they are several division heads or parallel.
"good morning sir!"
Ali turned to the direction the voice came from, where the security who had greeted him was bowing to a half-aged man accompanied by a fairly beautiful young woman.
It turned out that the woman was a receptionist at the company, Ali found out after the woman occupied the reception desk in the room.
After a while no one else entered Ali took the initiative to approach the receptionist.
"miss is that how it works here?" ali asked the receptionist who he saw playing the phone in his hand.
"who are you ? So chatty!" answer the woman.
"it doesn't matter who I am! I'm just asking!" ali answered with ease.
"just want to apply for a job is already someone else's sokurusi! just take care of your own business and make sure it works!" reply the woman haughty.
Ali smiled and responded.
"what's the receptionist's attitude to a guest lady? what if I report it to your boss?" ali asked then with a smile mocking him.
"YOUYOU....! security get this guy out of here!" the woman shouted again commanding to the security at the entrance.
At that time the man who had come with the woman in front of Ali happened to pass by and immediately approached them to see the commotion.
"what's up, Sherly? why scream like that?" ask the man.
"this kid is so insolent to me!" answer the woman who turns out to be named Sherly.
"hey.who would you dare to be rude to my boyfriend!" he snaps at the man to Ali.
"dadn't make a fuss here!" security added to it.
The security who had just come approached Ali and was about to hold his hand, but Ali avoided it while giving a sign that the security stopped doing its business.
"calm sir, I'll go by myself once my business here is done!" he said to security
"oh yes sir, who am I talking to?" ali asked the man who claimed to be Sherly's girlfriend.
"i'm Ryan's deputy CEO here! hahaha..!" he said with pride.
Ali immediately took his phone out of his pocket and was seen calling someone and was a bit away from them.
"pa I'm in the company! it seems that the company is inhabited by some people do not know themselves, now I am dealing with one of them but he does not know who I am!" ali was telephoned.
"really..? Who's she..?" ask the voice across the phone that turns out to be Leon Ali's father-in-law as well as the CEO of the Algaritma group.
"he's Ryan pa!" reply Ali told.
"give him your HP! let papa talk!" leon's orders from across the phone.
"mister Ryan there's someone who wants to talk to you!" ali said to Ryan while giving his cellphone.
"who's he? How dare you talk to me!" his reply was arrogant while snatching hp from Ali's hands violently.
Ali only smiled triumphantly at the look on Ryan's face that changed drastically after receiving the phone call.
The arrogant attitude he had just now disappeared in an instant, his feet trembled looking at Ali who was standing in front of him.
"now you know who I am!" ali told Ryan.
"ma.ma.ma.pardon me, sir..!" ryan said, giving back Ali's phone with both hands.
"Sherly immediately gather all the managers and division heads and their representatives, send them to the meeting room, give your customers 15 minutes!" ali's orders to Sherly who is standing next to him
Sherly and the security who were there still did not know the real incident, they stood silent to see the incident turned 180° from a while ago.
They were astonished to see the sudden change in Ryan's attitude pale before them, seeing Ryan's attitude they understood a little that actually the young man was not someone they could provoke.
"who is he really, sir?"
"why do you suddenly shut up to see his behavior?" ask security to Ryan.
"in.he's Mr. Leon's son-in-law and the new CEO of the Algaritma group!" ryan replied.
"why did I provoke him! If you knew he was the CEO of the Algaritma group, I would be sweet to him!" inner Sherly.
"hahaha.you are now the young CEO of Algaritma group Al! why ask papa?"
"you can do anything there, all decisions are in your hands! papa believes you can do your best!" leon answered from across the phone while still laughing.
"well pa! I'll finish our conversation then, I still have something to do!" reply Ali later.
After closing the call with Leon, Ali called Zack to prepare all the documents of evidence of embezzlement of company funds and told him to take to the meeting room 30 minutes later.
After everyone gathered in the meeting room at Ali's request, he looked at the faces one by one.
"alright.introduce me Ali Cheung!"
"The young CEO of the Algaritma Group!" said Ali introduced himself to open the meeting.She was silent for a moment when the applause of the managers in front of her was heard.
"first of all I thank you for your willingness to meet me this morning on the sidelines of your busy life of course!"
"i also thank you for all your hard work, your dedication to the Group Algaritma to the position it is today!"
"without hard work you are certainly still stagnant in an unfavorable position!"
A loud applause was heard in the room.
"but with great regret all the employees in this room will be home to a deadline that we can not determine without receiving a salary!"
The atmosphere in the room was suddenly silent hearing Ali's words.
"to be laid to an indefinite extent without being paid means to be fired!" that's what's in everyone's head in that room.
"Original...! don't mentang mentang new CEO then you can be as cool as that!"
"i'm also a shareholder in this company!" ryan did not accept.
"mr Ryan.this company's 60% stake belongs to Mr. Leon who has been transferred to me, 20% belongs to my wife Ivone which means the 80% ownership is mine! can you who own only 2% shares interfere with my decision?" ali asked mockingly at Ryan.
"even if it's only 2% but I'm also a shareholder in this company!" ryan again denied Ali.
"if you do not accept my decision then please sell your shares to me!" say Ali again.
"what was my fault? I've advanced this company in such a way that to occupy a top position like this why even fired? You don't know thank you!"back Ryan shouted because he still did not accept because with his sacking he would lose the income he had relied on so far, Ryan did not want this to happen.
"pause what you said? by embezzling the company's money?"
"really wise of you Ryan!" said Ali who no longer has a stale feeling at this time.
"youuu...! what is the evidence that I committed embezzlement? don't just talk to you..! I'm gonna take it to the police for defaming me! hahaha...!" ryan is proud to feel like he won.
in his mind the new Ali came today to the company where he might have evidence and so reported Ali to the police he would get money from Ali.
Ali then gave the code to Zack who had entered the room and stood beside the door according to Ali's previous orders.
Zack eventually approached Ali and handed over some files and files of cctv recordings of their fraud.
"you want proof Ryan? here's proof!" ali said as he threw the documents onto the meeting table.
"if there is less of this there is more!" ali said as he turned on the projector in the room.
Before long, there were several scenes, one of which showed Ryan was ordering some employees to put company property into a private car.
Seeing everything that was plastered in front of him then Ryan could only sit helplessly.
"zack call the cop you called, get Ryan right now! I'm sick of seeing it!" ali's orders to Zack.
"for others because this company no longer needs you then please go home!" ali's orders were on everyone in the room.
Ali deliberately only imprisoned Ryan because Ryan was the mastermind of all the embezzlement and according to reports there are almost 90% into his personal pocket.
"Zack, of the employees I fired earlier evaluated some who were still competent.Originally they want to change their behavior to hire again no problem, no problem,we can't possibly hire so many new hires to replace the ones I fired earlier!" ali orders on Zack again because after he rethinks it would be very inefficient to hire so many new employees and yet understand the ins and outs of the company.
"ready sir!" zack answered.
"don't be so formal to me, I don't like it! just call me as usual!" said Ali.

"next I will make you my representative in this company Zack, everything I leave to you!"
"ta..but brother Al..!"
"nothing but Zack's but, I know you're quite competent and have credibility!"
"i believe you are capable!"ali told Zack to convince him.
"good brother, I'll do my best!" zack replied as he bowed in respect.
"alright, everything I've given you, Zack, I still have a little business out there so I have to go first!" say goodbye.
"oh yes Zack! find me a secretary to handle all my business when I'm not around!" back Ali gave the order before he finally closed the door without giving Zack a chance to answer.
Zack who is still in the room can only sigh of relief at last the problems in this company are resolved.
Apart from being helped by Ali at that time,he had promised Mr. Leon to serve in the company as well as possible because at the time he applied for work by Mr. Leon at that time he was in need of money for the cost of his mother's road treatment.
In return, he promised Mr. Leon that he would do his best to work for him.
Ali, who was outside the lobby, called John to pick him up, not realizing that a pair of eyes were looking at him from across the street.
The owner of that pair of eyes was a black haired girl
"sister Al..? am I dreaming? but I'm sure it's Al's sister! muttered the girl.
But unfortunately when he was about to cross the road a truck blocked his view until he did not know when Ali had gone to be picked up by John.
"where's she? but doesn't he work at Mountiles? but I'm also sure it was Al's sister! am I hallucinating..?" he muttered when the truck had passed and realized Ali was no longer in place.
