"Why was there such a warm feeling when I heard her reading the book? what book did he read?" slow-sounding

"Why stop?" william reflexively asked Alisha as she stopped teaching

"Mr William? you in here? do you need anything?" alisha asked politely and approached William who was still standing there

William was glued to his place when Alisha approached him

Her beautiful face with long face covered all of her body except her face

"Master?"

William awoke from his daydream and turned his gaze and neutralized himself

'What's wrong with me? why am I so stupid? how embarrassing!' muttered

Without further ado or talk William just left

Alisha could only gawk at William acting like that

'What's wrong with Mr William?' mumbling wonder Alisha

It's night Alisha's preparing dinner saw Dave just get back to the castle

"Sir Dave, are you back?" alisha's friendly greeting but ignored by Dave, she hastily goes to William's reading room

'What's up with Mr Dave?' muttered Alisha

"Come in" William said from the inside

Dave came in and bowed respectfully to William

"Sir Dave? why did you come back? is your grandson healed?" ask William to sip some warm tea

"No sir, I just came to give you this" Dave said, giving William an envelope

William opened it and read the letter

"Return? why did you resign? is the salary you receive insufficient? do I have to raise it again?" asked William to knit his right eyebrow

"Sorry sir, it's not about the money, but it's about my grandson, his illness is getting worse and always making him difficult, therefore I can't keep leaving him alone, that's why I submitted my resignation" Dave replied

William paused for a moment and put the letter he had read to his desk

"Sir Dave, you've worked here for a long time and I consider you my family" William said

"Why didn't Mr. Dave bring your grandchildren to live here? I don't mind, I'll pay for all the medical expenses as long as Mr. Dave doesn't resign" William said again, he felt a little sad to be left by his castle administrator

"I also once thought that way sir, but my grandson doesn't want to trouble master anymore, you've financed his school, he won't be able to accept any more of your help this master" dave replied slightly bowing his body

Now that William's vision was shading and weakening, he turned his chair back to face the transparent window glass that showed the darkness of the night decorated with moonlight and stars

"If Mr. Dave leaves, who will take care of this castle and me?" william asked quietly but could still be heard by the middle-aged man

Dave approached William, who was sitting on his back and holding his shoulder

"Son Will, you're old, you're not always alive and you're guarding this castle, you're going to want Will" said Dave gently stroking Will's shoulder

"Son Will, get married, you're lonely, the castle is also very quiet, don't you want to have a family of your own and have children?" dave tries to persuade William to marry

William just silently responded to Dave's words

"Son Will, I know your trauma as a child plus your ex-lover betrayed you, but you have to remember that life goes on, you can't always be alone like this" say Dave then

"But.... Who wants to be with me? I am a monster, only know kill and workaholic, I don't even have a heart when killing people" William said slowly

"Son Will, you still have a heart, you have a right to kill them because they have done evil to you" Dave answered holding William's hand

"You're not a master monster, maybe for an outsider you're a monster, but for me, my grandson, and lord Daren, you're very kind, you're funding my granddaughter's school until she's done, and for me, so please don't tell me you're a monster, that's not true" Dave said gently

"Son, get married and have children so that your life is not lonely, please" Dave hugged William

Dave already considers William his own son so he knows exactly what William is going through and feeling especially he is often the place confided by William

William was silent for a long time hearing Dave's words

"Will I think, when will you leave?" ask William

"Tonight is also the master" Dave's slow answer successfully made William sad

"Then accept this, Mr. Dave" William said, taking a blank check with his signature to Dave

After saying goodbye to William, Dave came out of the reading room to clean up his belongings

After cleaning up the things he was going to bring, Dave went to Alisha in the kitchen

Dave smiled sincerely and shook his head

"I'll go, miss" he smiled warmly

"Where are you going, sir?" ask Alisha

"Go out of town, I've resigned" replied Dave who made Alisha surprised

"Why did you resign?"

"There was a very complicated problem until I couldn't leave it, so I resigned" Dave said

"Oo so, how about me sir?"

Dave smiles and gives a big chain of keys to Alisha

"This time the responsibility of taking care of the castle is in your hands, miss" said Dave

"A..what?"

"Yes, you will continue to take care of this castle and Mr. William as well"

"But.... am I willing to take care of this castle sir?" alisha is not confident

"Son Alisha, I believe in you, you are a good and trustworthy person, so I'm sure you can take care of this castle"

"Mr also apologize if your attitude seems stiff on you" said Dave softly

"Yes sir, I understand" replied Alisha with a faint smile

"Mr William and Mr. Daren are actually good people, Miss Alisha, it's just that something happened in the past to make them cool like that" he said, as if he knew what Alisha was in heart
