"Isha, when we were kids you used to tell me to pick up all kinds of fruit in the garden next to our orphanage, do you remember?" his murmurs were softly staring at Alisha's painting

"Isha, I'm really afraid to tell you my heart, you'll definitely leave me if you know I'm a mentally ill person" he murmured shut his eyes tightly and lowered his head

"What should I do?" Daren cried sobbing in her own arms

After eating sahur and dawn prayers, Alisha immediately cleaned her room

"It's still too early, it's not good if I sleep again, I should make a snack for breakfast Daren and William" he murmured to go to the kitchen

In the kitchen, Alisha instantly makes chocolate pudding for breakfast dessert later

After preparing the half-finished pudding, while waiting for the pudding to harden in the mold, Alisha made breakfast

"Sorry lady, we woke up late!!" said some waiters who come to the kitchen to cook food

"I've prepared you a bath, maybe Mr. Kelvin will come to help you take a bath soon" Alisha smiled kindly

"Don't call him master, he's my secretary, just call him by his name" William said, picking up a cell phone next to him

"Okay, I'm going first" Alisha nodded her head in understanding then left from there

Then he climbed the stairs to Daren's room upstairs

"Daren, wake up yuk, it's early" said Alisha gently as she knocked on the door

But there was no answer from inside Daren's room even Alisha had knocked on her door several times

"Did he sleep?" muttered

He tried to turn the door handle and it was not locked

'Unlockable apparently' his inner

Then he slowly opened the door and entered

"Astaghfirullah!! Darren!!" Alisha was shocked to see Daren fall on the floor

As fast as lightning he dashed towards Daren and sat down in front of her

Alisha immediately put on her gloves and held Daren's head and placed it on her thigh

"Daren!! wakeup!! why you?!!" Alisha looked very panicked

He patted Daren's cheek gently to make her aware

Alisha panicked looking at her right-left

"O..Mate?!" Alisha took a small bottle of medicine in Daren's grasp and looked at it

"I have to tell Will!" his mutter put Daren's head back on the floor and then left

He went down the stairs to William's room and found William being helped by Kelvin out of bed

"William!! Daren passed out in her room!!" exclaims Alisha with great breath

"What?!" William was immediately shocked and looked at Kelvin

"Okay sir, lady, I'll call the doctor, you take it easy" Kelvin said understanding William's gaze at him

Alisha nodded in understanding then she went again to Daren's room

He sighed when Daren was still unconscious on the floor of his room

"I'm sorry if I had to touch you, I just wanted to help you into bed" Alisha muttered as she approached Daren

Alisha sat down and grabbed Daren with her glove-wrapped hands

Soon he led Daren to his bed and covered him

Alisha took it and looked at it carefully

"What medicine is this?" he muttered astonished

Alisha put the small bottle of medicine on the table next to Daren

Shortly afterwards, Kelvin comes to Daren's room with a doctor

"Miss, he's Mr. Daren's personal doctor" Kelvin said

"Oh yes" Alisha smiled faintly and bowed respectfully

"Mr Daren was unconscious when I went into her room" Alisha said

The doctor nodded in understanding then approached the unconscious Daren

He examined her with a stethoscope in both ears

Then his hand picked up a small bottle of medicine on the table

"Doctor, if I may know, what medicine is it?" ask Alisha

The doctor stood up to Alisha while showing her

"It's a sedative"

Alisha frowned and turned her gaze towards Daren

"meaning?" tanyanya did not understand

"Mr Daren has a lady's depression" Kelvin continued

Alisha was surprised by Kelvin's reply

"A.what's depression? why can?" the question is getting more astonished

"I do not know for sure miss, which is clear for the past 5 years Mr. Daren has always lived under the guidance of his personal doctor and slept with his sedatives" Kelvin replied as he was

Alisha turned her gaze towards the doctor asking for an explanation

"Doctor, you're Mr Daren's personal doctor aren't you? surely you know what causes Daren depression" he said

The doctor fell silent and turned his gaze towards Daren

"I also don't know miss, all I know is that I'm just Mr. Daren's personal doctor to always look after him" replied the nervous doctor as he lowered his head slightly

Alisha could feel that the doctor in front of her was lying to her

"Mr Daren!!" Sam who just came straight into Daren's room

Alisha and the others immediately saw him approaching Daren

"What happened to you, sir?" he panicked at Kelvin

"Your master fainted" replied Kelvin flatly

Sam immediately turned his gaze again towards Daren and held his hand

"What... Mr. Daren can't the doctor cure?" ask Alisha

"Actually it can be miss, it depends on Mr. Daren himself and the people around him, if he gets good attention from the people around him and get the support of sure Mr. Daren will improve" answer the doctor

Alisha mangosteen understands

"Then what should we do now doctor, and how is his condition at the moment?" ask again

"Mr Daren just fell asleep, miss, it seems like she took too much of her sedative, maybe she will be conscious in 4-5 hours" replied the doctor

Alisha was silent for a moment looking at Daren's unconscious face and Sam beside her

"Thank you doc for the visit" said Alisha smiling faintly

"Same-sama, miss, then excuse me first" replied the doctor with a faint smile

"Miss, I'll take the doctor away first" Kelvin bowed respectfully

Alisha nodded in understanding letting Kelvin and the doctor pass her by

His gaze shifted again to see Daren in his bed

He also approached her

"You're Mr Daren's secretary?"

As Sam turned around and stood up, his eyes instantly perfectly rounded looking at Alisha's face

'She...he is very similar to the one in the master's painting, what is she...the girl that master likes?' insinuations
