Accompanied by Ruby, Hiko goes to Kyai Nur's house to meet Ruby's family. Fear and anxiety still filled Hiko's mind. Knowing that, Ruby clasped Hiko's hand tightly to give her some spirit. Hiko looked at Ruby, giving her a smile that she was forced to make to relieve the tension.

Kyai Abdullah and Nyai Hannah were waiting for them in the living room.

"Assalamu'alaikum Abi, Ummi." Sapa Hiko's.

Hiko sat back in the living room chair.

Ruby went inside and looked for some of the drugs that were in the medicine box.

"Azizah is sleeping, Mas. I couldn't wake him up just to drop this off."

Ruby was silent again.

"I'm going to drive this to Iqbal, Mas." Ruby said later.

After Ruby gets in the car, Genta drives Hiko to the hospital where Maria is being treated. Genta gets word from Bibi who works at Handoko's house because they can't contact Hiko. Maria collapses after learning that Hiko is taking Ruby's honor.

Arriving at the hospital, they immediately headed to the room that had been infokan aide Handoko when they were still on the way earlier.

A vvip hospital room door that some men and women keep becomes Hiko and Ruby's goal. They went inside while Genta waited outside.

Hiko ran to hug Maria who was lying limp with an infusion needle in her arm. The woman who was almost the age of five heads was conscious and returned Hiko's embrace with tears. While Handoko just stood up, let his wife and child resolve their grief.

"I'm sorry Hiko got Mama up to this." Hiko said after letting go of her hug on Maria.

Maria looked at Ruby who was standing at the end of the bed with a worried look on her face. "Come here, son." Pinta Mary.

"Where are you going?" ask Hiko.

"I'll take my Japanese visa, Mas."

Ruby nodded. "I'm not going to change my decision, Mom."

Hiko pulled Ruby's hand.

Ruby looked back and tried to develop her smile. "I support your decision, Mommy."

Hiko was surprised when Ruby actually stepped on her foot. Piss off!! want stop!! But he can't do it. The stubborn woman kept her feet going to Ehsan's car.
