While Al is still trying to calm Sha down, the sound of the ICU room door opening. Sha immediately stood up and approached the doctor who was handling the mother.

"My stomach hurts a lot, sir," she said.

"Take it straight to the gynaecologist, sir," said the heart doctor who handles the mother.
