"Why silence? Are you upset with me?" asked Abi looking closely.
Sha still does not answer, he tries to stay focused on work, preferring silence rather than responding to questions that he himself already knows the answer.
Abi sighed deeply, consciously hurting his wife's feelings. His brain was completely in disarray, there was no intention at all to make the mother of his child disappointed.
"I'm sorry" he said in earnest.
Sha was still silent, even to see that he was very reluctant. No longer want to get carried away with the feeling of being ignorant is better.
"Sha, speak. Don't just shut up!" shouts back.
"No need to apologize, I'm fine" Sha replied flatly, but did not look at the man.
"If it's okay, but why are your eyes avoiding me?" ask Abi.
"Don't you want to be disturbed? But why is it now that you've come to disturb me?" asked the woman looking annoyed.
"But I'm sorry, Sha. Can't you forgive me?"
"I've forgiven you, now go. I want to be alone" replied the woman was not in the mood.
"Alright," replied Abi trying to budge and letting the woman pull over looking for calm.
It felt uncomfortable in the same room, but they came back awkward as before when Sha first occupied the secretary chair.
Sha tried not to care anymore about the man to keep his heart and heart back to normal as usual. The woman worked in silence until the hour of rest arrived.
This afternoon Sha did not want to eat anything, somehow his appetite suddenly disappeared. Sha prefers to keep doing his job, wants to be done soon so that he can go home early.
Abi cleaned his desk, then walked out of the room, but his net looked at the wife who still seemed focused on her work. The man frowned, feeling strange at this hour Sha had not yet moved from his seat. Usually he is the first absentee in the canteen to fill his stomach.
"You didn't have lunch?" tanya Abi stood in front of her desk.
"No taste" replied Sha briefly.
"You what? Let me find it," asked Abi
"Wouldn't do anything."
"You should eat."
"But I don't want to!"
"Alright, then I order a fruit salad for you yes," said the man still trying to persuade.
"I don't want anything, sir! so please don't bother me!" said the woman staring lazily.
Abi breathed deeply. Was this woman replying to her treatment earlier? He left the mother of his own son there.
Long occupy a sitting position makes the pregnant woman's waist feels pain, her eyes also feel tired because too long staring at the flat screen in front of her. Sha wriggling stretches muscles that feel stiff.
Can't stand his eyes getting heavier. Sha placed his head on the table with his hands resting on his hands. In an instant, he was already in the dreamland.
Abi entered with food for his wife, but he saw the woman was asleep in a sitting position. Carefully he put the food on the table, then carried it to lay it on the bed in the restroom in the room.
Sha slept so soundly that he didn't realize where he was at the moment. Of course, his sleep became more and more lena because of getting a comfortable place.
I don't know how long he slept until a boisterous sound rolled disturbing his sleep. Sha opened his eyes and looked around the room, trying to regain consciousness.
"I don't want to, Mom! You should listen to my explanation first!" diana did not want to lose.
"Nothing to explain! I gave you a chance, but you didn't take that chance well. You even deliberately repeated the act back!" abi snapped with a mounting rage.
"But I have a reason for that, Mom. You need to listen to me first!" diana said still begging the man to listen to her explanation.
Abi was silent for a moment, did he have to give the woman a chance for an explanation to be put forward? A little curious about the reason for the woman.
"Say!" said the man was cold
"Actually I have symptoms of uterine cancer, Mas, the doctor forbids me to get pregnant, because if I get pregnant then the risk is very large, which can endanger my life. And actually all this time when I was saying go out of town from you, it was all a lie. I'm actually undergoing treatment at the hospital outside the city" explained the woman who made Abi the shortest.
"W-what! You-you're serious Di?" asked Abi did not believe the reality revealed by the woman.
"Yes, Mas, you can see all the results of my examination." Diana handed over her examination papers at the RS.
Abi received and read the diagnosis of his wife's illness. Unbelieving but real. There was a sense of guilt when he had prejudiced her. Apparently that's the reason why until now Diana is still taking the contraceptive pill.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry I wasn't being honest with you, and that's why I didn't want to get too close to your parents, because I was afraid that someday I'd die, then they could find a surrogate son-in-law," she cried with her tears.
At once Abi clutched the woman's body tightly. "Don't talk like that, honey. I'm sorry, I know that all this time I was too busy with all my work to reduce my attention to you, even when you're sick I don't know" Abi said.
Diana breathed a sigh of relief. Feels very plong, it turns out his efforts are not in vain in the stage of the play created. Her lips slightly raised to form a smile. The smile was noticed by someone standing in front of the door of the small room.
Sha who had witnessed and heard all their conversations, but he was implied by the strange feeling of seeing Diana smiling profusely. Can a sick person smile like that?
Sha was still wondering in his heart, there was a sense of awkwardness in his heart. Just remember a few months ago. Actually who was the old man that walked with Diana back then? Is that man really his uncle?
"Ghem!" Sha muttered past the couple who were hugging like Teletubbies.
"You.." said Diana looking in surprise when she saw her husband's secretary come out of the break room.
Sha did not respond, he immediately sat back in his chair. And restart the laptop that's on his desk. Somehow his heart felt sick of seeing that scene. Not because of jealousy, but feel there is something unhealthy about their relationship.
"Mas, why did he come out of your room?" diana asked to get an answer from her husband.
"Yes, Sha was feeling dizzy and smoky, so I told him to rest inside" explained Abi.
"Why should it be in your room? isn't that called disrespectful? Why do you seem to like sharing with that woman so much" said Diana still did not accept.
"Here you go, don't bother. Sha is pregnant anyway, so there's no harm in her resting there. Pity the baby" Abi said telling Diana not to suspect later.
"Pregnant?" diana asked in surprise.
"Yes." Yeah."
"Ja-so her?"
"Yes, he's married. And now she is pregnant. So now you don't have to be jealous anymore. Because she already has a husband" Abi explained, and of course lied about who her secretary husband was.
Sha heard all the couple's stories, but he pretended to be indifferent. Very clever guy looking for an excuse.
