The Heavenly Vanity System
Fall of the City Wall

Yu Jie began to step away from Mu Yang who was now without a word, agreeing that Mu Yang had no effect on him who was already unanimous with the actions he was about to take.

“Don't agree with it, shouldn't I just beat him up?" muttered Yu Jie in case Mu Yang dared to block her.

“Young Master Jie, wait ...."

Yu Jie immediately put his finger grip onto the sword hilt, ready to do something just in case Mu Yang really dared to be presumptuous.

“Ak— I've thought about your words and I don't think it's wrong to try, but first can you tell me what to do? I also want to help," Mu Yang said hesitantly.

The matter of the kingdom having no direct relationship with Yu Jie, letting Yu Jie solve it by himself was obviously a bit excessive even though Yu Jie was indeed intending to give some help.

“Good if you have decided, now you just need to shut up and see me take the first step," Yu Jie said with a faint smile.

Mu Yang immediately nodded before tailing Yu Jie, himself wanting to take a good look at Yu Jie's orders.

“Young Master Jie, why are we back here?" asked the curious Mu.

The direction Yu Jie stepped on was the city wall that contained many of his previous guards, one of them had lost their lives so it was highly likely that Yu Jie would be instantly suspected if recognized by his fellow guards earlier.

“Don't I tell you to shut up? See how I give my greetings before the real chaos begins," Yu Jie with a fingertip that had been shrouded in Qi.

The guards were still busy doing their duty on top of the city walls so unaware of Yu Jie's return there, they also did not seem suspicious of one of their friends who had not come after Yu Jie asked something.

Amidst all that, Yu Jie had already raised his fist preparing to swing it, his target was the towering wall surrounding the city somehow what he meant.

“Don't say ...."

Mu Yang immediately understood what if Yu Jie wanted to do, breaking down the city walls was very possible for Yu Jie to do with the power that Mu Yang had known.

“Tu— Young Master Jie, isn't this a bit of an exaggeration?" ask the Panicked.

“Excessive? Sometimes something extraordinary must start with this kind of first impression," Yu Jie said before swinging his fist.

Brakk!!!

Right after Yu Jie's fist hit the city wall, the wall shook tremendously, making every guard on it oscillate as if it was in the middle of an earthquake.

“What happened?!!"

“Sial, the city wall could collapse if it continues like this!!!"

“All, quickly get down to save yourself!!!"

Screams rang out from above the city walls, all of them guards panicking in fear of the wall they were standing on collapsing if shocks continued to occur.

“Not enough?" Yu Jie raised his eyebrows.

Yu Jie was not satisfied with the result of immediately hitting back his fist, the city wall shook once again which was now much worse.

“No, is this an earthquake?"

“Sial, this is dangerous!!!"

Not yet had the guards above the city wall come down, their wall on foot had already slowly collapsed, it initially collapsed right where Yu Jie struck before seeping in two different directions to tear down the entire wall surrounding the city.

What had just happened immediately caused panic to fill the entire city, the loud sound of the collapse of the wall was indeed very extraordinary so that maybe tens of kilometers from there alone could still hear it.

The sound of the arrival of thousands of soldiers rang out from the direction of the settlement, they came in a hurry after hearing a loud voice afraid of a sudden attack targeting the capital.

The question came to the mind of every newly arrived soldier, the capital of the Iron Armor kingdom suddenly did not have a protective wall for no apparent reason they knew.

“Find the survivors among the ruins, they probably know the reason all this can happen!!!"

The rescue was immediately attempted by the newly arrived soldiers, many of whom were still alive but most were critical because of the rubble.

“Young Master Jie, now what?" mu Yang asked still did not understand the reason Yu Jie did it all.

Yu Jie only smiled slightly before saying, “Now is the show time."

Yu Jie suddenly flew out with his Heavenly Dragon Wings technique, hovering above every soldier who was busy making a rescue under him.

Yu Jie not long after immediately let out his entire aura, the aura of an Earth Soul cultivator's equivalent managed to make every warrior below him feel an overwhelming pressure.

“Sial, now what else?!!"

The matter of the city wall collapse for no reason was still unresolved, now suddenly their bodies were suppressed by the aura of who it belonged to was clearly making them wonder.

“There!!!" exclaimed one of the soldiers who managed to find Yu Jie's whereabouts.

The eyes of every soldier were automatically fixated on Yu Jie, they immediately gulped in realization that Yu Jie's arrival there was not a good sign for them.

A cultivator could violently float in the air as if flying, with just this their mind directly regarded Yu Jie as a dreaded Peak-stage Earth Soul Cultivator.

Cultivators of that level were now on top of them with displeased faces, no matter what bad calamity was coming.

“Listen to every word that came out of my mouth," Yu Jie said, feeling slow but every soldier below could hear.

The soldiers just glanced at each other, they nodded as if gesturing for each to be silent and not fight back.

“The Iron Armored Kingdom, has now become my enemy," Yu Jie continued.

The faces of the soldiers instantly deteriorated, they had no idea who Yu Jie was and what was the reason Yu Jie-level cultivators were hostile towards their kingdom like this.

“Tu— Sir, if possible ta—"

One new warrior wanted to ask when a lesion of Qi suddenly emerged from Yu Jie's sword swing, splitting the soldier's body in half made the other soldiers look up.

“I don't like to hear someone interrupting me when I'm talking" Yu Jie said.

The soldiers immediately lost the courage to do any kind of thing they wanted, choosing to listen to what Yu Jie wanted.

Yu Jie nodded in satisfaction seeing this before saying, “Talk to the first prince to prepare for his death."

After saying that, Yu Jie as if disappeared from the sight of every soldier. This made them breathe a sigh of relief as well as wonder, what the first prince had done to invite a dangerous enemy even when he had not officially become king.

“Sial, that first prince .. I know he's just a greedy garbage of power."

“Hey, lower your voice. If you're reported, you'll be put to death immediately."

“What do I care? After all, the first prince will first be finished off by the master."

Talks among the soldiers began to sound, none of them actually sided with the first prince according to Mu Yang's earlier conjecture.

“Sial, so it's true that most of them are just forced?" Mu Yang was not far from there.

“Forced or not what difference? A traitor is still a traitor, that's a fact," Yu Jie timidly said with a satisfied smile, successfully triggering quite a lot of pure arrogance from what he just did.
