Ice Pool

The winter day will not last long, when the sun begins to hide and dusk replaces it, just before dark breaks.

Wang Tian Sin walked away from the residence towards the east, where the small pond he used to run punishment from Long Tian was. The young man had not been in the punishment pool for three years, making him long for what he had feared so much.

With a sword hanging from his waist, Wang Tian Sin continued walking without a care if he was being followed. At the top of Long Hong mountain there were only three people, namely him, Physician Yan and Xiao Lang, there was no way both of them were malicious in him.

As he reached the edge of the pool which was enough to hold around ten people, Wang Tian Sin released a sword that was sheathed at his waist as well as a black robe that covered his body. In the dark of the gripping night, Wang Tian Sin dipped himself into a pond that could freeze bones.

"It's still as cold as I remember," Wang Tian Sin muttered softly.

The young man could sense that someone was still watching him from afar but did not care about him. He had to focus on holding back the cold water that began to puncture the bone.

Returning to the memories before he ventured, Long Tian would punish him for soaking in this place if he made a mistake or was unable to meet the target that Long Tian gave. After a while had passed and Xiao Lang was still groaning in pain, Wang Tian Sin only realized that Xiao Lang was not okay. Wang Tian Sin pulled Xiao Lang's body onto the mainland and examined it for a moment.

With a forced Wang Tian Sin carried Xiao Lang's body and darted into the house to meet Physician Yan.

Physician Yan was drinking tea and reading a book near the heating furnace when the door of Wang Tian Sin's house was smashed from outside. The young man wearing only black pants appeared carrying someone who was groaning in pain.

"What's going on?" physician Yan asked as he looked at the drenched Xiao Lang while struggling in pain.

Wang Tian Sin did not answer Physician Yan's question and directly laid Xiao Lang down.

Physician Yan checked to open the white robe that Xiao Lang was wearing and let go of it as it was wet.

"What are you guys doing?" ask Physician Yan again.

Physician Yan poured hot tea into the cup and asked Xiao Lang to drink it. Xiao Lang immediately drank the tea but no change was felt.

Physician Yan inspected some parts of Xiao Lang's body and found some purplish-red dots. "Have you just recovered from a broken bone?"

Xiao Lang nodded speechlessly.

Physician Yan asked Wang Tian Sin to take Xiao Lang to the room and change his wet clothes. Physician Yan picked up some equipment in the room and headed towards Xiao Lang's room.

Unroll the cloth containing the needle, then pull out a needle and stick it on Xiao Lang's shoulder. Physician Yan again pulled out a needle and stabbed Xiao Lang in the stomach.

The trembling in Xiao Lang's body started to subside, but the young man's face was still wrinkled withstanding the pain. Wang Tian Sin felt guilty about Xiao Lang's condition because he was the one who pulled Xiao Lang into the ice pond.

Physician Yan lowered his hand, "you don't know if Xiao Lang is injured?"
