As usual, the gates of Qin city were guarded by at least two dozen heavily armed guards. They would inspect every person who entered the Qin city and ask for identification marks for those who were not Qin natives.

That night, the queue of Qin city arrivals was not as dense as usual. Maybe it was caused by an ice storm in recent days.

An old man in a fleece coat came up to a guard in haste. His face showed panic and in his hand was a badge that was definitely recognized by some residents of Qin city and all the soldiers of Qin City.

"Guard, my name is Huang Lei, I need your help" the old man told a guard.

"What's wrong? If it's not important, you better get out of the way." The guard stared at the old man cynically as it was thought to bother him.

The old man handed a badge to the guard, making the guard instantly widen his eyes. "Where did you get this thing?"

Huang Lei pointed to a forest not far from the gates of Qin city. "A young man was unconscious in the forest. I saw him several times in Qin city, but I didn't recognize him."

The soldier came to some of his friends who were on top of the city wall and handed over the badge. "A man dropped off this badge and said there was an unconscious man in the woods. We should go check on him."

Some of the soldiers were surprised to see Qin Guan's badge. They asked Ho Nai Wong for permission to check on the situation. After Ho Nai Wong had given permission, they went down and asked Lao Huang (parent Huang) as a guide.

Eventually the five Qin soldiers left the city with an old man and entered the forest.

Justright. Shortly after they walked, a man dressed in white was seen lying on the side of the road unconscious.

The Qin Guan residence guard soldier was shocked when he saw Ho Nai Wong coming carrying the fainted Qin Guan.

"Open the gate!" shouted a guard. The two doors that looked solid were opened from the inside. The horse carrying Qin Guan and Ho Nai Wong walked quickly and stopped in the courtyard of the residence.

A guard came to Yao's physician and said Qin Guan had returned unconscious. The old man rushed to Qin Guan's room.

"Move Young Master Qin into another room!" said Physician Yao.

Qin Guan's personal bodyguards nodded and moved Qin Guan's body to another room. Physician Yao directed those people to where Wang Tiang Sin was being treated.

Long Tian was sitting next to Wang Tian Sin when a guard walked in and told him Qin Guan was back. Long Tian smiled as Wang Tian Sin's hopes of coming back to life opened.

Moments later, several soldiers entered with the unconscious Qin Guan.

Long Tian approached Physician Yao who looked so anxious.

"I always hoped that it would not be Young Master Qin who sacrificed," Physician Yao said listlessly.

Long Tian smiled and patted the shoulder of healer Yao."The wheel of life is always running. The balance of nature must be maintained. Too wish sweet things, then only bitterness we get."

Physician Yao shook her head thinly. "Your words are true but not entirely true, Mr. Long."

Physician Yao left Long Tian and approached Qin Guan. The few soldiers who had brought Qin Guan back to their posts.

While the process was still going on, the door of the room opened. A man wearing a dark brown robe came with a restless face.

On the man's cheek, there was a line of scars protruding out. His sturdy body at a young age no longer indicates that the man is not an ordinary person. That person was Qin Huang, Qin Guan's father.

"What happened to Guan'er?" ask the man. Physician Yao remained silent and focused on channeling her inner energy to Qin Guan.

Ho Nai Wong approached Qin Huang, asking him to calm down and not disturb Physician Yao. "Master, Physician Yao is giving her best. I beg you to calm down so that Physician Yao is focused on doing her job."

Qin Huang snorted but the man continued to obey Ho Nai Wong's words and sat in the corner of the room watching his unconscious son.

"If something bad happens to Guan'er, I won't stay put."
