CHAPTER 19

The night after he came home from a lavish wedding party his best friend Mike sat at his desk specially prepared in his mansion while thinking about the advice Eric had told him. Mike felt that what Eric said had a point as well, why he was drawn into the past and about Imelda's death,it was not the fate of his future wife to die that day, even if it was not Elina who killed him, surely someone else would do it because it was her destiny

Mike is too stubborn to accept the fact that he did something depraved to Elina and somehow the pain hit his chest as he remembered the plain eyes of Elina

"What's wrong with me?" he asked himself in silence.Mike squeezed his chest which suddenly hurt.He also wanted to forget the entire past, about the great mistake he had made as a teenager and at the death of Imelda, he also wanted to forget about the whole past,mike wanted to make peace with his heart and would take responsibility for Elina but he had already promised Governor Erwin that he would bring Imelda's killer to life the middle-aged governor

"I'd better go see the woman tomorrow" he murmured, determined to go back to see Elina

Revan stared at the attic above him as he lay resting his body, ignoring the pain on his back as he lay on his back like that.Entah why his mind was fixed on the incident earlier that afternoon when he was with Claudia, Claudia, he must admit that the blonde girl is very beautiful but he is not interested in the girl because his heart has been written the name Elina.Revan tries to dismiss the strange taste that is present when he is close to the blonde girl named Claudia laurent that, he couldn't possibly be interested in that secretary girl right? "Elina, wait for me.Tomorrow I'll meet my darling, I miss you" said Revan looking at a photo of himself with Elina, the woman he's been guarding for the last 10 years, the woman he loved and the woman he wanted to marry.Siang, after his meeting with Claudia, was, Dira calls her and tells her to meet him because there is something that needs to be asked by the nurse and Revan immediately replies yes with passion especially if she has no important work tomorrow.Once again she looks at the photo and kiss slowly

"I love you dear" he said, smiling shyly to himself, carrying the photo in his arms and closing his eyes to dreamland.

The next morning Mike looked at reports submitted by Claudia related to the development of cooperation projects between his company and the company Pak Anwar

"How did it go? you met with the person in charge of the building, right?" ask Mike while reading the report

"Yes sir.I met directly with Mr. Revan as the architect who designed the building as well as the person in charge" replied Claudia, her face suddenly met when she remembered the incident yesterday, when he tried to open Revan's shirt

"Revan?" mike's forehead shriveled

"Yes, Revan Anggara" Claudia agrees to make Mike look at the girl and her eyes catch something on Claudia's facial expression.

"Is he so handsome that your face turns red like that?"

"You know clearly I mean, your face can't lie.You like that Architect?" Revan looked longingly at the house in which there was a woman whose heart was owned.Step quickly to the house after almost two weeks he did not give news to his lover.So that in front of the door Revan had breathed his breath slowly before knocking on the door, he became nervous at the thought of meeting the woman he loved.Revan began to knock on the door and did not have to wait for long for the door to open featuring a pale-looking Elina

"Mas Revan" Elina looked at Revan's surprise, but she wasn't ready to meet Revan because her guilt for the good man made her heart ache

"Elins.." Revan called the name longing and without orders his body immediately hugged the girl in front of him

"Mas misses you so much Elin." continued, while Elina just stood stiff, desperately trying to keep his tears from spilling and not returning the man's embrace even though his longing is also so great on Revan.Elina releases the longing embrace plan Revan

"There is something I want to talk to you about mas" said Elina.Revan looking at the girl with gentleness

"What do you want to talk about Elin..?"

"I want us to break up" Elina said immediately before she lost her courage to break off the man and instead turned to hug him

"What do you mean Elin..? break up..do you want to do mas?" Revan asked in disbelief.Not this word he wanted to hear came out of the lips of Elina who was so missed

"I'm serious mas.I want to break up, I can't live with a man like you who doesn't even have a regular job especially I don't want to live poor" Elina said again

"I'm sorry Revan" she continued in tears, she could not bear to say those cruel words to the man who had taken good care of her all this time but Elina had to strengthen her heart so that the man could live better than having to be with women dirty looks like she's even carrying another man's child

Revan laughed pitifully, tears in his eyes

"Well! stop acting baby because I know you're not that kind of woman who looks at someone from her property" Revan is still trying to think positively even though now his heart is so sick to hear the words coming out of the lips of the woman he loves

"I said the truth Mas.please stay away from me from now on.I don't want to see you anymore" said Elina was about to turn around but Revan immediately caught the girl's hand

"If indeed you want to end the relationship with mas tell me what the real reason Elin.mas does not believe the reason you mentioned earlier"

"It's up to Revan to believe it or not, which is obviously why I want to part with you.I don't want to live poor with a man who has nothing like you"

"Well, I'll accept if it's your reason, but I promise I'll try to make Elin a lot of money..especially now that mas has obtained a job contract with a large company.Mas will try to fulfill all your wishes but mas please.don't break up like this" Revan still hopes Elina changes her decision to separate from him.

"I don't want to be with you anymore, let go of me and don't bother me anymore" Elina said as she brushed Revan's hand and left the man in her room.Revan was silent in disbelief,the girl he had been guarding all this time asked to part with him,the girl he loves does not want to see him again just for trivial reasons.How can Elina not accept her who is lacking in financial matters when she accepts the girl as she is even though the girl is not again a virgin, this is really unfair to her
