Darren's Plan

There was nothing they could do but surrender to fate. The sky was getting darker but help was not coming. Prince Dalson was never afraid to spend the night in the wilderness. She was worried about Reine's health.

His beloved tiger could definitely protect him from the beasts. But the wild animals could not protect them from the cold of the night and various diseases in the forest.

“You hungry?” ask Prince Dalson.

“No. My appetite just disappeared when we were trapped in this forest. How annoying! Is this the surprise you wanted to show me?” ketus Reine's. Precisely now replace him fierce.

“Don't I tell you. I took you into the woods to protect you from people who wanted to harm you. Why are you charging a surprise now? Why do you just trust me? Why are you so sure that I've prepared a surprise for you?”

Prince Dalson's tone was no less fierce than Reine's. “Already, I'm going to sleep. If it's night wake me.” The man, not thinking of a way out, now chooses to rest.

The irritated Reine could only sigh harshly. The woman glanced at the tiger that was in front of her before approaching Prince Dalson. He did not want to get caught by the beast when Prince Dalson slept.

“Reine.”

Reine was shocked when Prince Dalson opened his eyes again. But there was something important that made Reine more excited at that time. The look in the eye belonged to Darren. His girlfriend has returned.

“Darren?” Without waiting any longer Reine hugged Darren tightly. She was so happy to be with Darren again like this.

“Are you okay? What about our son?” Darren went straight to check on Reine's stomach. That confused Reine.

“You already know?”

“Whatever you do now I can see it clearly. Including when you act sweet in front of Prince Dalson.” Darren's jealous face was so obvious that it made Reine guilty.

“Honey, you should know that I'm-”

“I'm not angry. I'm glad to see you Reine. Prince Dalson was already suspicious of himself. He began to realize that something was strange. He began to know that his body I used all this time.”

Darren holds Reine's hand. “I have one way to solve all these problems. This solution is the happiness that we have always dreamed of dear. Only you can do it.” Darren's sincere gaze made Reine nod in agreement even though the woman didn't know what plan her lover had prepared.

“I miss you.” Reine hugged Darren.

“Disappeared forever?” Reine took off her embrace and looked at Darren seriously.

“How to?”

“Killing his soul.”

Reine nodded in disbelief. “If I kill him, it will only make him die and you have no place to appear as a human.”

“I said kill his soul. Not his body.”

“With him?” Reine's getting curious.

“Make him fall in love with you Reine. Then break her heart until she no longer has compassion in her soul. He will be the worst. By then I will have mastered his soul and buried Prince Dalson deep in his subconscious. He will not return forever. There's only me.” Darren explained it solemnly.

“But, what if I fail?” Reine fell silent as Darren closed his eyes. When he opened his eyes, the look of those eyes had already returned to Prince Dalson. Reine noticed the surroundings. Unfortunately he can no longer see the form of Darren when he became a spirit like before. But he's sure Darren's around.

“What are you looking for? You're not sleeping?” ask Prince Dalson. The man acted like nothing had happened to his body. “Have I slept? Why am I still feeling tired?”

“Obviously the fatigue is not lost. You fell asleep where you shouldn't be,” replied Reine in a jutek tone.

Prince Dalson stood up and rubbed the tiger that had been guarding him. “Go. I can take good care of myself.” The tiger stood up and left immediately.

“Where are we going?”

“Go home,” replied Prince Dalson.

“You know where the way home is?” reine asked in disbelief.

“I am the leader of this region. How could I not know?” ledek Prince Dalson. The man laughed as he was satisfied with Reine.

Clenching firmly, Reine followed Prince Dalson from behind. “I couldn't possibly make her fall in love. He's a shitty guy!” aspers Reine in the heart.
