"I've always blamed the creator for the hardships I've been through. Until finally, I realized. The creator has prepared the best for me."
In a room in an orphanage, Reine was lying on her bed in blue sheets. The woman was not alone, there was a man also lying there looking at Reine's beautiful face. The man stroked Reine's long hair like a lover. Sometimes he looked at the bandage on Reine's head with a sad face.
"Is your head still hurting?"
Reine shook her head slowly. "I was too careless to slip in the bathroom."
The man just smiled hearing Reine's words. "You've always forbidden me from going into the bathroom. Just try me to come in earlier, surely this incident will not happen."
"Basic perverted man!" Reine smiled amusedly at the man's words.
"I can do what I want. You know that!" The man stared intently at Reine's face.
"But you won't do it if I don't allow it" Reine replied feeling victorious.
"Yes, let's just say it's because I love you too much."
Ceklek, the door opens from the outside. A woman of the same age as Riene entered the room. Reine immediately set his position. The woman did not want to be seen lying on a man's hand.
"Reine, have you ever seen a little yellow book here?"
"Book?" Reine looked at the man beside her before sitting on the bed.
"Yes. Little book. It contains data of children's homes. Well, where is yes. I put it here yesterday." His face looks panicked.
"Let me help you find." Reine got out of bed. He helps his roommate to find the yellow book in question.
"There it is. In the trash can!" said the man who was with Reine. Reine just stood still and walked into the trash. His right leg he deliberately kicked the trash can so that the garbage inside scattered.
"Reine, what's that sound?"
"I accidentally kicked the trash. Let me clean up," Reine replied before crouching down. He began to choose the paper garbage in the trash can. Eventually, he found the little book he was looking for. "Angel, is this what you're looking for?"
The woman turned her face away. He looked at the little book that was now in Reine's hands. "Yes, right. Thank goodness I met you too."
Reine gave the book with a smile. "Why did you record the names of the orphanage's children?"
"There was a selection of the prince's wife. The parlour mother asked me to find a woman who fit the criteria."
Reine just nodded. "You're not coming?"
Angel just smiled. "I want to, but I won't be elected. My body is obviously short. Only high and proportional women will be chosen."
"really?" Reine raised her eyebrows.
"Yes." Yeah." Angel put the book in the bag. "Reine, I'll go first. Thank you for helping me find the book."
Without answering Reine just smiled. He folded his hands in front of his chest. "The search for the prince's future wife? Was the prince unable to find the woman he loved himself? Why should there be a selection? Just troubling the palace," Reine murmured inwardly.
"You interested in coming?" the man whispered near Reine's ear. Reine's hair shuddered as she felt the man's warm breath.
"Darren, I don't want to marry another man. Didn't I already have you?" Reine smiled spoiled. His head was purposely resting on Darren's shoulder.
"I love you so much too, Darren …."

At nightfall, the head of the parlour called Reine to meet him. Reine who was already wearing sleeping clothes could only obey. After knocking on the door and being allowed to enter, Reine immediately walked towards the available seats.
"Mom call Reine?"
The 45-year-old looked at Reine for a moment before focusing on the photo of the woman in her hand. "Yes, Reine. What about the injury to your head?"
"It's getting better, Mom."
"Is there a trace? There's a drug that can remove those scars."Reines
Reine looked at the medicine given to her before holding the medicine. "Thank you, ma'am."
The middle-aged woman put down the photo she had seen. He looked at Reine's face intently before sighing. "Reine, I have something to tell you."
"What's up, ma'am?" Just looking at the face of the orphanage mother who had turned serious had made Reine's heart unsettled. I'm sure something happened this time.
"In our home, there is not a single woman who is suitable to be the future wife of the prince. You're the only one who meets the criteria, Reine."
Reine was stunned for a few seconds. He was silent because he did not know what to say. "Is sending a woman from the parlour one of obligation, ma'am?"
"Yes. They're always financing our parlors. Your sisters are living a decent life because of the Queen's hand. They're asking our parlour to send one woman whose criteria match what they specify?"
"To be the Prince's wife?" ask Reine to make sure.
"not necessarily. There you will compete with the daughter of a conglomerate and some of the chosen women in the country. If you don't get elected, you can go back to the orphanage. How's it?"
The head of the parlour knew that Reine would not be willing to follow such a selection. But, he had no other choice but to persuade Reine to come along.
"But .. mom. What if Reine is elected and gets married? Reine's not ready to get married." Reine put on a sad face hoping that the mother of the parlour would not force her anymore.
"Reine, this once. Please follow mother's request. You are 21 years old too. It is worth getting married. You don't have a boyfriend either. Even meeting a man never. Reine, I hope you'll grant mom's request. I can't afford to meet the palace envoy tomorrow."
Reine increasingly could not bear to hear the words of the head of the parlour that were so heartwarming. All this time he was considered like a real child. Reine always gets preferential treatment than her other colleagues. Only this time the mother of the parlor asked him for something.
"Alright, Mom. Reine's ready."
The mother of the parlor smiled happily. He held Reine's hands. "Thank you, Reine."
Reine nodded slowly. "Can Reine go back to the room, ma'am?"
"Yes, honey. Please. Tomorrow the palace will come to see you. If they choose you, the day after tomorrow you will go to the palace to follow the selection process," said the mother of the orphanage excitedly.
Reine could only smile. He did not want the mother of the home to know that now he was very depressed. "Good sleep, ma'am." Reine walked away from the mother's room. Upon arriving at the door, Reine's face turned uninspired.
"What should I do? There are a lot of women who want this selection but why should I be chosen?"
