Ana who is now accompanying her husband is having breakfast does not stop to continue to look at her husband's face. Because since she was pregnant she became more often look at the face of her husband who looks very handsome.

Ana swiftly gave a glass of water when Nick coughed because the man felt wrong because Ana kept looking at his face. Ana also laughed when she saw Nick's face which was now reddened by the wrong behavior with the gaze given by him.

After finishing breakfast, Ana drove Nick to the car because the man was going to work. Ana gives Nick her briefcase when her husband starts getting in the car. There was a feeling of sadness when Nick had to go to work, but Ana immediately threw away his thoughts and allowed Nick to leave immediately.

Not to forget Ana kissed her husband's hand and she felt very calm when Nick kissed her forehead and hugged her with a glance. Ana waves her hand and her gaze is still on Nick's car which starts to drive away from her.

Tired of being left behind by Nick, Ana plans to help out with the waitress' job at Nick's mansion. But again the servants subtly refused Ana's request because of Nick's orders.

Ana feels so grateful that Nick always pays attention to her in any way. The man is indeed a dream husband for all women, and Ana feels that she is the luckiest woman because it is Nick's choice.

For a long time Ana did not feel served by the servants and after she married Nick for several months, she felt again served by the servants. After that, he had to work hard to earn money and survive. Therefore Ana always felt bad for the servants working in the mansion and asked them not to get too exhausted and get enough rest.

Nick, who has just arrived at the company, gets the news that tonight he has to attend a dinner meeting with one of the investors in his company. And Nick immediately agreed because this is a very big project and very valuable for him.

Nick immediately grabbed his phone and immediately contacted Ana asking to accompany him to attend dinner later. With a face that looks very happy Nick told Ana everything through a phone call. Hearing Ana willing to accompany him Nick immediately shouted because he felt happy.

His phone call was cut off, again Nick still with his smile. He felt very happy because this was the first time he attended a meeting with an important investor and he was accompanied by Ana who is now his wife.

Feeling satisfied enough Nick again wrestled with the laptop and some files in front of him. He wants to immediately deplore his work and immediately return to the mansion to meet Ana.

Now Ana already looks very beautiful with her black dress. With a dress that forms the curves of Ana's body perfectly. Showing the shape of Ana's stomach that is getting bigger because the content has gone into 9 months. And Luzy's doctor says Ana's just waiting for the day to give birth.

Ana looks at herself in the mirror and feels that her body is now undergoing quite different changes than before she was pregnant. His cheeks looked bigger than usual, and so did the rest of his body. But in no way did she lose the beauty she had. She tied her hair and made her neck look so beautiful.

Ana smiles as Nick opens the room door and approaches her by hugging and kissing her forehead. Ana always feels calm and comfortable when Nick does that to her. She looked at her husband who now looked very neat using a black tuxedo. They decide to immediately go to the meeting place with the company's inveator Nick.

Ana and Nick step foot into a fancy restaurant, they are now the center of attention of the guests who come to the restaurant. Because seeing Ana and Nick is very suitable and harmonious as a pair of lovers, plus Nick who never let go of his hand on Ana.

They were enjoying the meeting and dinner. Ana is so friendly to Nick's investors that it amazes them.

"Thank you!" Nick said with a smile and confirmed his actual tuxedo was not tangled.

When Nick was busy talking with his investors, Ana suddenly shrieked in pain while holding her big stomach. Nick is worried and immediately takes Ana to the hospital and tells the investors.

Nick's mind is now getting no 7 because he sees Ana continue to see pain, in his heart Nick says it seems like it's time Ana will give birth.

Nick increasingly gas his car quite fast but still careful because he does not want to make Ana more pain.

Several hospital guards immediately brought her into the room to be examined, and Nick was relieved to be given permission to accompany Ana inside. Ana continues to grimace in pain while shouting Nick's name, and Nick feels even more sorry for Ana. Nick's eyes now began to glaze over like he was going to remove clear fluid from his eyes because he saw Ana in pain.

Nick clasped Ana's hand tightly and gave her encouragement because the doctor said Ana had now begun opening to give birth. Nick rubbed the sweat that now soaked Ana's beautiful face while crying because he could not bear to see Ana who was still grimacing in pain.

The doctor immediately took action because it was seen the baby's head that would come out, Ana tried her hardest to give birth and managed to make Nick cry again. Nick remembered when he hurt Ana, and it turned out Ana's struggle to give birth to her child to sacrifice life like this.

In his heart Nick again said not to hurt Ana again let alone to make his wife shed tears. Nick smiles as he hears the sound of a baby crying, which is none other than his son with Ana. Nick kissed Ana.

"Thank you for fighting so hard, baby" Nick said, kissing Ana's forehead.

Nick recalls his mother, who still lives in Las Vegas, giving Ana permission to leave because she wanted to contact her mother and tell him the happy news. And Nick immediately came out and immediately contacted his mother excitedly.

When she had just finished contacting her mother, Luzy's doctor approached her and told her that Ana was going to give birth again. Nick seemed surprised by what was conveyed by Luzy's doctor and immediately ran inside to approach Ana who began to feel pain again because of heartburn.

It didn't take long for Ana to finally give birth to her second child. And Nick still put on a face of disbelief because he has children who are twin girls and also men.

Nick felt grateful for what God had given him. And he was very happy with the presence of their two little angels who did not yet have names.

"Thank you dear! Our baby's twins!" Nick said as he hugged Ana and kissed Ana's lips.
