"Wow!" Jesslyn stared in awe at the large bianglala that was in the middle of the fair held in the town square.
"You're going up?" Tawar Paul while embracing Jesslyn who was still staring in awe at the large round object that resembled the bicycle wheel.
"We can go up?" Jesslyn asked excitedly.
"of course! But let's eat first because I've smelled the smell of Oscar-made sandwiches that make me hungry" said Paul who immediately made Jesslyn laugh.
"Oscar's Sandwich is the best so far!" Jesslyn tells Paul and praises Oscar, who is busy preparing a picnic spot with Miss Rivera.
"You ever say that in front of Oscar?" Paul asked curiously.
Jesslyn shook her head.
"He would instantly pat his chest arrogantly like this." Jesslyn practices how Oscar shows his arrogant demeanor by patting his chest hard in front of Jesslyn.
"If I praise him," continued Jesslyn again, this time changing to make Paul laugh.
"But you still have to praise him every once in a while" Paul gave advice and counsel.
"All right! I'll do it sometime!" Jesslyn's promise before the girl pulls Paul into the finished picnic mat by Rivera and Oscar. The food they had brought had also been neatly arranged on the mat.
"Have you seen the reanglala?" Rivera asked as he greeted Paul, who sat next to him, and rubbed the woman's stomach.
"Yes! Jesslyn said she wanted to go up later" Paul replied to Rivera and Oscar, who smiled at the relationship between Paul and Rivera.
"You want to go up, too, Osh? With Paul and Jess?" Rivera asked Oscar who was working on an orange for Jesslyn.
"What's okay?" Ask Oscar who hasn't listened since.
"That big wheel!" Paul pointed to the giant reanglala in the middle of the town square.
"I? Ride those big wheels?" Oscar shook his head and the look on the man's face was funny.
"Why?" Paul and Rivera asked in unison.
"I'm just not interested" Oscar replied. It seemed like the man was a little embarrassed to admit to something he might be hiding.
Could an Oscar be afraid of heights?
"Not interested?" Jesslyn muttered with a sneering tone that immediately received a delicacy from Oscar.
"What's the matter, Jess?" Paul asked, curious.
"Oscar fear of heights-"
"Jesslyn!" Oscar reflexes silencing Jesslyn's bucket mouth. And Oscar immediately pinched her daughter under the armpits until Jesslyn thrashed.
"Take me off, Osh!" Jesslyn screams while banging Oscar's arm.
"Take him off, Osh!" Rivera immediately helped Jesslyn off Oscar's clasps, and the woman still laughed. Paul also did not stop laughing to see the struggle of Oscar and Jesslyn.
"I'll ride with Paul later!" Jesslyn had already moved into Paul's lap now and was staring fiercely at Oscar.
"Please! I'll just stay here and take a picture of you on that big wheel!" Oscar mimicked Jesslyn's facial expression as a sudden fright made Rivera and Paul laugh again. While Jesslyn was just scowling and crossing.
"You want to ride too, Rivera?" Oscar instead asked Rivera who was munching on the orange that Oscar had cut for Jesslyn. But Jesslyn didn't want to, so Rivera just ate.
"Your questions are outrageous, Osh!" Paul's chirps still holding Jesslyn. Oscar laughed and the man shook his head.
"I'll keep Rivera down here then, while you and Jess ride on that monstrous giant wheel!" Oscar returns to find an excuse.
"Basic weak!" Jesslyn on Oscar.
"Rather than you having to clean up my vomit up there." Oscar finally confessed.
"Oh, sorry! I'm not interested!" Jesslyn quickly grabbed an orange in Oscar's hand, then devoured it.
"So she said she didn't?" Oscar pouted at the princess who just popped her tongue.
"Have finished? Let's go up now before it's full!" Take Paul finally to Jesslyn while standing up
"Yeah! Ride a reindeer!" Jesslyn cheered as if she had just won the lottery.
Ck! Basic lebai!
"Be careful and watch Jess!" Rivera's message as he kissed Paul's lips.
"You can ride next year" said Paul who rubbed Rivera's face back with a smile
"You sure you don't want to ride, Osh?" Paul's bargain was once again that Oscar answered with a headband.
"I'll be here looking after Rivera and your baby-to-be. Who knows Rivera gave birth suddenly," Oscar said again reasoned.
"All right!"
"Come Jess!" Take Paul while holding Jesslyn's hand and the two jya immediately mingle with the people who are also in line to ride the ring.
"You want another orange? Let me just get it." Tawar Oscar while offering citrus fruits to Rivera.
Oscar just sniffed his shoulders and ended up peeling the orange again for him to eat himself. But just as Oscar was feeding citrus fruits into his mouth, Oscar suddenly felt a tremor from the ground where he was sitting.
Oscar was silent for a while as the shock grew stronger. And people started running around in panic.
The earthquake!
"Let's get out of here!" Oscar hurriedly helped Rivera to get up on his feet before people came crashing into this pregnant mother.
"Jesslyn!" Rivera reminded Oscar of his daughter who had gone into the crowd.
"There is Paul! He must know better what he has to do," replied Oscar who immediately remembered Paul who was a member of the fire department. So Paul must have taken care of and protected Jesslyn. Now Oscar also has to look after Rivera and baby Paul.
Oscar and Rivera immediately went to the point where it felt safe to take shelter. Oscar carefully guided Rivera so that the pregnant woman did not fall, get hit, pushed, or stumble.
"The tree will fall!" The screams of some people behind Oscar and Rivera, immediately made the two men turn to the giant ring that had already looked tilted.
Oh, shite!
"Oscars!"
"Ck! There's no time!" A lightning-fast Oscar holds Rivera so he can take her as far away from the area as possible to be hit by the big fucking wheel.
After all, who would be a fool with the idea of putting such a big banglala in the middle of a city square?
Oscar continued to run still while holding Rivera, following the direction of the people who were looking for shelter. Oscar meets a team of rescuers who guide him to take Rivera to a safe haven. Oscar's mind is still on Jesslyn who now knows where.
"You'll be safe here with the rescue team, and I'll find Jess first" Oscar said, staring at Rivera, who also worried about Paul.
"I'm also going to look for Paul" said Oscar again, which eventually made Rivera nod.
Oscar immediately returned to the entrance of the ring because the earthquake was no longer felt. Oscar sped up his pace while calling out the names of Jesslyn and Paul who were out of nowhere.
"Jess!"
"Paul!" Oscar continued to shout among the occasional people Oscar would also look up to see the already tilted ringleader. Oscar needs to stay alert.
"Jess!"
"Oscars!" Paul's shout immediately made Oscar look for the source of the voice earlier.
"Oscars!" Paul waved at Oscar who finally managed to find his whereabouts.
"Paul! Where's jesslyn?" Ask Oscar who you saw Jesslyn's whereabouts near Paul.
"I'm looking for him! Our handrails were released while running in the crowd." Paul said before the man called Jesslyn back. Even with Oscar who also called Jesslyn who knows where
"Jesslyn!"
"Jess!"
Oscar and Paul were still screaming when the earthquake hit again.
Damnit damnit!
"Oscars!" Oscar and Paul hear Jesslyn screaming from one direction.
"Oscars!" Shouted Jesslyn again who looked terrified as the tearsa gurgled stronger. Oscar is about to run to save Jesslyn who is angled behind a car, but Paul prevents.
"Stay here and let me take Jess!" Paul said as he ran towards Jesslyn, then jumped over the car that made Jesslyn squashed.
Oscar approached Paul and Jesslyn while repeatedly looking up, where the ring was tilted increasingly alarming.
"Paul's fast!" Shouted Oscar to Paul who had managed to hold Jesslyn who looked frightened.
Paul had just jumped from the top of the car while carrying Jesslyn, when the ground under Paul's feet suddenly cracked and made the man fall backward. Jesslyn is thrown from Paul's arms but the girl manages to survive and runs straight to Oscar.
"Paul!" Oscar was about to help Paul when Rivera's husband raised his hand and asked Oscar not to continue.
"Fast run away from here before the firefly falls!" Paul said along with Paul's feet that fell deeper and deeper.
"Go now, Oscar!
"And watch Rivera!" Paul's screams along with the rumbling sounds of the reindeer that began to fall. Oscar immediately took Jesslyn into a sling and brought her daughter to run as fast as possible leaving Paul who was still trapped and his body covered by the ruins of iron from the giant ring that collapsed earlier.
