The Destiny of Queenza's Love.

The Destiny of Queenza's Love.
Old wounds

Queenzas

Queenza had just finished the last dish she made when Alika came out of her room. He immediately arranged the food at the dinner table.

"Wake up? Let's have breakfast, Al!" Bring along.

Alika was unmoved, with a gloomy face.

"Why, Al? You sick?" He asked, as he walked over to Alika.

"You're not hot, but he's buckled in the face, what's up?"

Alika looked at him, she was sure there was something her cousin wanted to say "Sorry!" Alika said, confusing him.

"I'm sorry? Sorry why?"

"Manager Resto where I work just contacted me, the job vacancy I'm offering you is already filled." His cousin said with regret. "When you have come all the way here, but the work has been taken by people."

Queenza smiled "So that's what got you out of the room with your face bent, I guess why." He said with a smile.

"Aren't you angry?" Ask Alika

"Why should you be angry? If the job is filled by someone else, it means I am not in a match with the job! Why blame others?" Said relaxed.

"But you really need that job, aren't you disappointed?"

"Al, in this city there are hundreds of restaurants maybe even thousands, I'm sure one of them is in need of employees, so there is no need to feel guilty like that." He said, "Take it's God's way of getting me back in town, and I'm sure god has a better plan for me."

Alika smashed the hug of her cousin and best friend. "I was afraid that you'd be mad at me, Za."

"Why should I be angry? Just look at the positive side, at least on the grounds of the job offer I can convince you to let me go back to this town." He said a small laugh, which made his cousin laugh as well.

" What are your plans for next?" Ask Alika then

" Search for a job! Indeed especially? I need a lot of money for Mother's treatment, the results of the garden sale, and the savings are almost exhausted but Mother's treatment is still not finished." Reveal it. "I want Mommy to get well again, she's my family now" he continued.

"And your adoptive family first? Don't you want to meet them? Don't you miss him so much?" Alika asked, which made her chest feel claustrophobic again when the memories came back to her.

"Wouldn't you apply for a job at their company? So at least the chances of you meeting them are much greater." Advice Alika.

Queenza shook her head "Although I miss them so much, but I won't see them. Al." Lirih.

"Why? You're gonna miss them, and they're gonna miss you, too, Za."

Alika said again. Yet again Queenza shook her head.

"I promised you that I wouldn't find or see them. Who am I anyway, Al? Never mind missing me, they may not even remember me anymore, and they may have hated me." Speak with distant eyes. He took a deep breath before continuing. "As Grandpa said back then, I'm giving them bad luck. How dare I expect them to remember and miss me, Al. They don't hate me for profit!"

A tear fell down his cheek, followed by another circle along with a sense of tightness that was again present in his chest. Twelve years have passed, but the pain is still felt until now when he was reminded again of the heartbreaking incident.

Alika knows right, the bitterness experienced by her cousin, the story of her mother and also the outpouring of Queenza's heart every time she misses the family who took care of her it makes it feel like she also felt the pain of Queenza's heart.

"I'm sorry?" He feels guilty. "Sorry to remind you of that old wound, sorry to make you sad!"

"It's not your fault, I'm too whiny." Quennza. "Why are we crying?" He said, forcing himself to laugh. "Eat until it's cold, let's have breakfast." His word. Which is owned by Alika.

After Alika went to work, Queenza decided to take a walk. He took an online motorcycle to the city park.

"This park has changed a lot!" He murmured softly, when he saw the many changes to this memorial garden.

He took his foot to a long park bench and sat there.

"Please promise me that whatever happens you'll never leave your sister!"

The promise that her brother had asked for that night, seemed to be ringing in his ears again. Reminds him of the events of that night, the night he first learned his true identity.

He let out a long breath, "Sister. I miss you so much, do you miss me too?"

"Sorry, I can't keep my word. Then will you keep your promise to me."
